Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2015;(1):85-86,87
Objective To analyze the effect of different postoperative nutrition:enteral nutrition( EN) and parenteral nutrition( PN) in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods 84 patients with colorectal cancer were collected in this study from Jan. 2012 to Jan. 2014, and they were divided into the EN group (43 cases) and the PN group (41 cases). They were given EN or PN after operation. The nutritional parameters such as ALB, TF and PA were detected before surgery and 7 days after operation, Observe the adverse reaction, time of gastroin-testinal function recovery, infection and costs after operation. Results There was no statistical difference (P>0. 05) in the nutritional pa-rameters and rate of adverse reaction between the two groups. The rate of infection in EN group was lower than that in PN group(P<0. 01), and the time of gastrointestinal function recovery was shorter in EN group compared with that in PN group (P<0. 01). Conclusion EN is better in recovery of gastrointestinal function, and there is less complication compared to PN. EN have clinical application value for patients with gastrointestinal cancer.

Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2013;(6):627-628
Objective To study the incidence rate and correlation of anomalous pancreaticobiliary ductal junction( APBDJ) for patients with biliogenic chronic pancreatitis (BCP). Methods From January 2000 to January 2012,the data of 1 373 patients who underwent ER-CP,MRCP or T-Tube cholangiography in which both biliary and pancreatic ducts in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results Bil-iogenic chronic pancreatitis was found in 47 patients,of which 17 patients with APBDJ. The mean (SD) common channel was (19. 3±7. 2) mm in length ( range 11~40 mm) . Conclusion APBDJ may be the important reason of BCP among Chinese patients.

Objective To explore the relationship of professional stress, social support and somatic symptoms of sub-health status of Ningbo normal senior school teachers. Methods 128 normal senior school teachers were selected and investigated by professional stress scale, social support scale and somatic symptoms of sub-health status scale, and canonical correlation analysis was used. Results The canonical correlation coefficient were 0.563, 0.471( P <0.01) with the existence of social support variable. The somatic symptoms of sub-health status would be greater with the rise of their professional stress and the decline of their social support. The canonical correlation coefficient was 0.497( P <0.01) with the elimination of social support variable. The factor loading of "examination pressure","professional burden" and "career expectation" in canonical variable ξ add to 0.801,0.855,0.726 respectively. The factor loading of "feeling of fatigue","sleep disorders" in canonical variable η add to 0.774,0.859 respectively. Conclusion The social support have adjustment function between the professional stress and somatic symptoms of sub-health status.

To investigate the expression change of BDNF in lamina II of spinal cord from partial deafferented cats, L6 segmentsof spinal cord from 20 adult male cats (5 normal cats, 15 unilateral L6 spared roots cats allowed to survive 3 d, 6 d and 12 d re-spectively) were stained with immunohistochemical technique. The results showed: BDNF positive products were mainly dis-tributed in nerve terminals, varicosities and few neurons of spinal cord lamina II in normal cat. After operation, the density ofpositive nerve terminals and varicosities began to decrease on the third day, reached the lowest level on the 6th day and recoveredto normal level on the 12th day on operated side. But the number of BDNF neurons showed no obvious change. The authors sug-gest that the decreased density of BDNF positive products in lamina II on the 3rd and 6th day was related with the degenerationof the nerve fibers and varicosities after section of the adjacent dorsal roots. On the 12th day, the remaining L6 dorsal roots un-derwent collateral sprouting compensatoryly and reestablished functional connection with target neurons. Therefore, BDNF maybe involved in the normal physiological function and the plasticity of spinal cord after damage.

Objective To screen specific mutations on extracellular regions of membrane proteins ( extracellular membrane protein mutations ) in tumor cells and provide the reference information for target searching in cancer precision medicine .Methods Somatic mutations on extracellular regions of membrane proteins of 7042 tumor samples were collected to screen all specific extracellular membrane protein mutations, and the overall distribution of these mutations were obtained by statistical analysis.Genes, gene site and cancer types occured high frequency of extracellular membrane protein mutations were identified. Results 97193 specific extracellular membrane protein mutations were obtained from 4938362 somatic mutations in 7042 tumor samples (30 cancer types), the statistical analysis showed that 4347 genes and 65532 sites were involved in these specific mutations. The study further analyzed five genes (MUC16、LRP1B、CSMD3、RYR2、USH2A), one site (17:37868208) and six cancer types (including colorectal cancer, melanoma, uterine cancer, brain lower grade glioma, lung adenocarcinoma and stomach adenocarcinoma) which occured high frequency of extracellular membrane protein mutations. Conclusion An information library of specific mutations on extracellular regions of membrane proteins was established and the distribution of these specific mutations was obtained which can provide reference information for target detection in targeted cancer therapy and immunological therapy.

Objective To investigate related factors of hypersensitivity reactions in patients undergoing paclitaxel chemotherapy for cervical cancer and provide measures for prevention of the side effects. Methods A ret-rospective survey was taken to analyze the clinical data from 186 cervical cancer patients who accepted paclitaxel chemotherapy from January 2013 to December 2014.SPSS 17.0 was used for single factor analysis and multi -factor logistic regression analysis. Results Among the 186 cervical cancer patients enrolled in this study,34 cases occurred hypersensitivity reactions. The incidence rate of anaphylaxis was 18.3%.Both eosinophil count of more than 0.2 × 109 /L(χ2 =4.171,P <0.05)and history of drug allergy(χ2 =10.667,P <0.01)were not merely risk factors of anaphylaxis, but also independent risk factors(OR =4.691,2.257,all P <0.01 ).Conclusion The incidence of hypersensitivity after paclitaxel chemotherapy in cervical cancer patients is high.Eosinophil count ≥ 0.2 ×109 /L before chemotherapy and history of drug allergy are not merely risk factors of anaphylaxis, but also independent risk factors, which require more attention.

Objective To express P38 of Schistosoma japonicum in Escherichia coli BL21 and develop the monoclonal antibodies (McAb) against rSjP38. Methods The recombinant plasmid pET32(a)-P38 was transformed into E.coli BL21(DE3). 1 mmol/L IPTG (isopropyl-beta D-thiogalactopyranoside) was used to induce the expression of the recombinant rSjP38. The rSjP38 was soluble in supernatant after sonication and further purified by His-Ni chromatography. BALB/c mice were immunized with the purified rSjP38 and hybridomas were generated with traditional technique. McAbs were screened by ELISA with limited dilution. The subtype and specificity of McAb were identified by kit and Western blot respectively. Results Eight hybridoma cell lines secreting monoclonal antibodies to rSjP38 were obtained. The subtype of all the 8 McAbs are IgG1. Western blotting showed that the 8 McAbs reacted strongly and specifically with native antigen (P38) of Schistosoma japonicum. Conclusions Eight hybridoma cell lines secreting highly specific McAbs against P38 have been established.
