Objective To investigate neural correlates of directed forgetting. Methods ERP was recorded from 12 healthy postgraduates while they performed a directed forgetting task based on the item-cueing method. During the study phase, each word was followed by a cue indicated that it need to be remembered, to be forgotten or just to be viewed. During the test phase, subjects were asked to make an old/new recognition response. One-way ANOVA of repeated-measurement and paired comparisons were carried out for the cue factor. Results Both of the accuracy and reaction time of the TBR group were significantly superior to those of the other two groups. No significant behavioral effect was found between the TBF group and the TBV group. In the study phase, statistical parametric mapping of ERP suggested the cue effects were presented in the frontal poles ( 200～300 ms ) and the parietal regions (300～400 ms) ,the left fronto-parietal and the right occipital region (450～700 ms). The difference between the TBF and the TBV was significant in the left parietal area (500～525 ms) and has the significant trend in the right frontal area ( 350～600 ms). In the retrieval phase, the old/new effects of ERP occurred in the left fro-nto-temporal (300～450 ms) for the TBF cue. Conclusions The TBF cue and the TBV cue have the equivalent behavioral performance. During the study period, the activation of the right frontal lobe and the left parietal suggests the active inhibition evoked by the TBF cue. And the TBR cue can enhance the rehearsal function of left hemisphere and improve the memory performance of words. The retrieval of the items of TBF is based on more familiarity and less recollection.

Objective To explore the relationship between big-five personality,and public mood of volunteers,and to find out the moderator effect of justice sensitivity.Methods A total of 1 022 volunteers were investigated.The Big-Five Inventory (BFI),Public Mood Scale (PMS),Justice Sensitivity Inventory (JSI) were applied to all subjects.Results The average score was (19.77±4.49) for extraversion,(26.69± 4.13) for agreeableness,(23.33±5.37) for conscientiousness,(12.49±4.91) for neuroticism,(24.95±5.44)for openness,(8.78±3.23) for positive public mood,(3.46±3.06) for negative public mood and correlated with (26.85± 10.55) for observer sensitivity.The extraversion,agreeableness,conscientiousness and openness were correlated with positive public mood(β=0.31,P＜0.01;β=0.25,P＜0.01;β=0.29,P＜0.01;β=0.26,P＜0.0 1),and negatively correlated with public mood (β=-0.14,P＜0.01;β=-0.29,P＜0.01;β=-0.20,P＜0.01;β=-0.08,P＜0.01).Neuroticism was negatively correlated with positive public mood (β=-0.27,P＜0.01),and positively correlated with negative public mood (β=0.31,P＜0.01).The interaction effect of agreeableness and observer sensitivity negatively correlated with positive public mood,negative public mood (β=-0.09,P＜0.01;β=-0.07,P＜0.05).The interaction effect of neuroticism and observer sensitivity was positively correlated with positive public mood (β=0.08,P＜0.01).Conclusion Observer sensitivity plays a regulative role between big-five personality and mental health,and can slow the negative impact of low agreeableness to positive public mood,strengthen the impact of low agreeableness to negative public mood,and slow the negative impact of high neuroticism to positive public mood.

Lymphocyte-activation gene 3 (LAG-3), also known as CD223, is a 498-amino-acid type I transmembrane protein encoded by LAG-3 gene, which consists of extracellular, transmembrane and intracellular regions.LAG-3 negatively regulates T lymphocyte by binding extracellular domain to ligand, thus avoiding autoimmunitycaused by T cell over-activation. Like programmed cell death 1 (PD-1) and cytotoxic T lymphocyte antigen 4 (CTLA-4), LAG-3 is an important immune checkpoint in vivo and plays a balanced regulatory role in human immune system.Tumor cells escape the surveillance of the immune system by over-expressing LAG-3 ligand. With the development in research of immune checkpoints, LAG-3 has become a new generation of immunotherapy targets after PD-1 and CTLA-4. This article reviews the structure and function of LAG-3 and the application of its inhibitors in tumor immunotherapy, in order to provide reference for the further study of LAG-3.

BACKGROUND:Biological dressings with sealing negative pressure drainage can promote the healing of acute and chronic wounds. OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical effects of biological dressings with sealing negative pressure drainage in repair of diabetic foot ulcer. METHODS: Totaly 40 patients with diabetic foot ulcer were enroled and al underwent debridement or debridement plus skin grafting treatment. Wound treatment methods were selected according to the wiling of patients. Patients in the test group (n=20) underwent polyvinyl alcohol hydration algae salt bubble wound dressings with sealing negative pressure drainage. Patients in the control group (n=20) underwent regular wound dressing treatment. At the 7th RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The visual analog scale scores, blood sedimentation, C-reactive protein levels in the test group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The wound healing time in the test group was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the patient satisfaction was higher in the test group than the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in economic costs between the two groups. There was no local or systemic toxicity, alergy and other adverse reactions in the test group. These results day of repair, visual analog scale scores, blood sedimentation, C-reactive protein levels, wound healing time, patient satisfaction and economic costs at the termination of the treatment in these two groups were compared. demonstrate that polyvinyl alcohol hydration algae salt bubble wound dressings with sealing negative pressure drainage in repair of diabetic foot ulcer is safe and effective to promote wound healing and reduce local inflammatory response.

Objective To evaluate the feasibility,safety,and cosmetic results of single-incision laparoscopic appendectomy by using conventional instruments. Methods From January 2013 to May 2014,clinical data of 52 patients undergoing single-incision laparoscopic appendectomy in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The appendectomy was performed by using conventional instruments through three 5-mm trocars via a 2-cm curved incision above the umbilical margin. Results The single-incision laparoscopic appendectomy was successfully completed in all the 52 cases without conversion to conventional laparoscopic or open surgery.The mean operative time was 43 ±7 min (range,30 -90 min).The average postoperative hospital stay was 2.5 ±0.5 days (range,1 -7 days).During follow-up visits for 1 -3 months,there were no postoperative complications.The scars were not obvious in all the patients. Conclusion Laparoscopic appendectomy can be achieved through a single incision by using conventional instruments.This approach is feasible,safe,and concealing.

Retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) is a potentially blinding retinal vascular disease that occurs in premature infants and low birth weight infants.Along with the development of perinatal medicine,the incidence of ROP has increased.If infants with ROP could get treatment in time,the disability rate due to ROP would significantly reduce.Now,the present situation and advances in treatment of ROP were reviewed.

[Objective]To study the correlation between the severity of bone marrow edema(BME) and the collapse of osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH),to explore the relationship between the severity and the score of Harris,so as to offer the direction for understanding and judging the prognosis of ONFH clinically.[Method]Fifty-eight cases of ONFH patients(94 hips) without collapse,according to the X-Ray and the MRI examination,made a follow-up visit for 16～28 months,an average of 18 months,and made a retrospective study of the correlation between the severity of BME and the collapse,the Harris of ONFH.[Result]The correlation between the BME degree and the collapse of ONFH:the collapse rate was 4.5% in degreeⅠ,11.8% in degreeⅡ 66.7% indegreeⅢ,90% in degree Ⅳ.The correlation between the BME degree and the Harris:93.0?5.41 in degree Ⅰ,84.1?5.42 in degree Ⅱ,76.4?4.22 in degreeⅢ,66.3+7.46 in degree Ⅳ.[Conclusion](1)BME is the secondary sign of ONFH;(2)The tendency of collapse could be predicted through the BME;(3)There is a negative correlation between the BME degree and the Harris,namely the larger scope of BME is,the lower the score of Harris is.
