Objective To explore the work value and its relation with vocational interest types among medical college students.Methods 352 medical college students were investigated by the Work Value Inventory and Medical Vocational Interest Inventory,and the results were analyzed statistically.Results The five highest scores of the work value items were 4.51±0.87,4.34±0.79,4.03±0.90,3.96±0.91,and 3.88±0.55,respectively.Among them,the factor of individual growth and development was the most important follows by the factor of compensation and reward,which had significant differences compared with the factor of social status and reputation included the five lowest scored items(P<0.01,P<0.05).There was no significant difference between male and female,while there were differences among students in various subjects and students with different occupational interest types.Conclusion The factor of individual growth and development is more important than other factors when medical student selecting vocation,and the vocational interest type has effect on the work value.

At present,the satisfaction of free medical care of undergraduate is declining,and the doctor-patient relationship is becoming tense.By investigating and interviewing the three representative universities in Beijing,we conclude three reasons including the supplier of medical service,the receiver and doctor-patient communication.By adhering to the medical treatment concept of"Patient-Oriented",the paper puts forword serveral measures including incresing input and improving system and so on to achieve the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship of undergraduate.

Plasma protein carbamylation may change the structure of protein , thus influencing its function.Carbamylation is mainly through combination of cyanate with protein , which is elevated in patients with chronic kidney disease mainly because cyanate level is raised due to decomposition of the increasing urea in this population .Carbamylated plasma protein may influence the kidney directly , and has potential value in eval-uation of complications , prognosis , and therapy of chronic kidney disease patients .This review introduced plas-ma protein carbamylation and summarized its value as a biomarker in chronic kidney disease , and promising therapy focusing on lowering plasma protein carbamylation based on recent advances .

Objective To discuss the application of Chinese version of Stanford Acute Stress Reaction Questionnaire (SASRQ) in trau-matic fracture patients. Methods 96 patients with traumatic fracture in the Second Hospital of Tangshan City were recruited in the early stage. All the subjects were assessed with SASRQ in 2 weeks after trauma for the first time, and then they were assessed with SASRQ for the second time after an interval of 2 days. 496 patients with traumatic fracture completed SASRQ and Abbreviated Injury Scale-Injury Se-verity Score (AIS-ISS) assessment. Results The Cronbach's alpha was 0.930 in SASRQ, and were 0.729~0.812 in each dimension (P<0.01). Test-retest reliability at 2-day intervals was 0.980 (P<0.01). 133 cases (26.8%) were detected with acute stress disorder (ASD). According to a single entry≥3 as a positive screening, 31.7%suffered separation symptoms, 49.6%suffered re-experience traumatic symptoms, 39.5%suffered avoidance symptoms, 75.6%suffered symptoms of anxiety or increased awareness. The scores of SASRQ (t=37.807, P<0.05) and each dimension (t=36.503, 29.019, 31.111, 19.369, respectively, P<0.001) was significantly higher in the ASD positive group than in the neg-ative group. There was significantly difference in the score of SASRQ and each dimension in different age groups (F=112.319, 94.109, 95.099, 103.291, 61.497, respectively, P<0.001), the acute stress symptoms were lighter in the older group than in the other groups. There was significantly difference in the score of SASRQ and each dimension between men and women (t=7.707,-6.190,-8.944,-7.221,-9.949, respectively, P<0.001), the acute stress symptoms were lighter in men than women. There was sig-nificantly difference in the score of SASRQ and each dimension in different trauma types (F=68.516, 44.464, 59.725, 48.966, 54.827, P<0.001), the acute stress symptoms were severer in the traffic accident patients group than in the other groups. There was significantly differ-ence in the score of SASRQ and each dimension in different trauma degrees (F=63.584, 69.704, 51.569, 43.669, 33.911, respectively, P<0.001), the acute stress symptoms were lighter in the lighter group than in the other groups. Conclusion There is a high incidence and clear gender and age differences of ASD in patients with traumatic fracture.

Objective: To prepare piroxicam nanostructured lipid carrier and investigate its transdermal absorption behavior in vitro. Methods:Piroxicam nanostructured lipid carrier was prepared by a melt-emulsion ultrasonication and low temperature-solidifica-tion method. The physicochemical properties such as appearance, morphology, particle size distribution, PdI and zeta potential of pi-roxicam nanostructured lipid carrier were evaluated. The transdermal absorption in vitro was investigated using Franz diffusion cells. Results:Piroxicam nanostructured lipid carrier was clear and transparent with small spherical shape as seen under a transmission elec-tron microscope. The particle size distribution, PdI and zeta potential was (106. 4 ± 31. 6) nm, (0. 217 ± 0. 07) and ( -31. 6 ± 2. 5) mV, respectively. Piroxicam nanostructured lipid carrier had higher cumulative transdermal amount in 12 h than piroxicam solution. Conclusion:The nanostructured lipid carrier can remarkably improve piroxicam permeation into skin, which provides reference for the new dosage form for the topical use of piroxicam.

According to the characteristics of clinical probation teaching of endocrinology,we established the stage-separated echelon teaching mode that accorded with cognitive law.By inspiring,guiding and other methods,medical students’learning enthusiasm were greatly stimulated,and their understanding and grasping degree to the clinical specialty content was deepened.We focused on training clinical skills and thinking ability of medical students,and achieved satisfactory teaching results.

Objective: To investigate the factors affecting drug-induced liver injury among patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in Ningbo City from 2015 to 2019, so as to provide insights into the prevention of drug-induced liver injury. Methods: Demographic features, presence of drug-induced liver injury, and disease history prior to anti-tuberculosis therapy were captured from patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in Ningbo City from 2015 to 2019 through the Tuberculosis Management Information System of the Chinese Disease Control and Prevention Information System and Ningbo Regional Diagnosis and Treatment Information Platform. Factors affecting drug-induced liver injury was identified using the multivariable logistic regression analysis. Results: A total of 9 397 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were enrolled, among whom 66.43% ( 6 242 case ) were male, 65.89% ( 6 192 cases ) were at ages of <60 years, and 92.35% ( 8 678 cases ) were treatment-naïve. There were 1 425 patients with drug-induced liver injury (15.16% incidence), including 729 cases with grade 1 (51.16%), 24 cases with grade 2 (1.68%), 7 cases with grade 3 (0.49%), 7 cases with grade 4 ( 0.49% ), and 658 cases with ungraded drug-induced liver injury ( 46.18% ). The median duration between drug administration and development of drug-induced liver injury was 24 ( interquartile range, 44 ) days. Multivariable logistic regression analysis identified treatment-naïve ( OR=1.464, 95%CI: 1.153-1.859 ) and history of liver disease ( OR=2.001, 95%CI: 1.709-2.342) as risk factors for drug-induced liver injury in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Conclusion The incidence of drug-induced liver injury was 15.16% among pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Ningbo City from 2015 to 2019. Treatment-naïve and a history of liver disease are associated with drug-induced liver injury among patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.

20%),but turning negative with 3 of them after 3 weeks.All the transplanted kidneys revealed different degrees of atrophy but 4 of them obtained chances of successful retransplantation 3-6 months after the procedure,3 of them with follow up of 1-3 years were being well.Conclusions Renal arterial embolization is a safe,efficient measure for treating post-transplanted renal failure with obvious decrease of correlative clinical symptoms and providing conditions for renal retransplantation.
