Objective To study the preparation technique for Jiegeng Zaogan capsules (capsules of total saponins from the roots of Platycodon grandiflorum A.DC).Methods The optimal preparation technique for Jiegeng Zaogan capsules was investigated by L9(34) orthogonal test with the Platycodin D content as the observation index.Results The optimized extraction procedure was as follows:extracting for 3 hours each time and 3 times in total,adding 10-fold water,alcohol sedimentation concentration at 65 %,and alcohol sedimentation solution staying for 48 hours.Conclusion The preparation process of Jigeng Zaogan capsules is reliable with stable quality,which offers a feasible method for the industrialization production of the capsules.

Objective To investigate clinical value of the anti-nuclear antibody (ANA ) ,anti-double strand DNA (dsDNA ) anti-body and anti-extractable nuclear antigen(ENA) antibody repertoire in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) diagnosis .Methods 158 SLE patients were served as SLE group and another 50 healthy people as the control group .Indirect immunofluorescence(IIF) and immunoblotting test(IBT ) were employed to detect ANA ,anti-dsDNA antibody and anti-ENA antibody repertoire .Results Positive rates of ANA ,anti-dsDNA antibody and anti-ENA antibody repertoire in SLE diagnosis were 81 .65% ,68 .35% and 87 .34% ,respectively ,which were all lower than that of their combined detection (93 .04% ) ,with statistically significant difference (P<0 .05 ) .Among anti-ENA antibody repertoire ,the positive rate of anti-U1-nuclear ribonucleoprotein (U1-Nrnp ) antibody (52 .53% ) was the highest .Conclusion Combined detection of ANA ,anti-dsDNA antibody and anti-ENA antibodies repertoire has some clinical value of early diagnosis of SLE .

Objective To explore the expression change of death associated protein kinase(DAPK)and therapeutic time window for traumatic brain injury in rats.Method The traumatic brain injury models of rats were achieved by free drop impact model.The adult rats were randomly divided into normal control,sham-operation and TBI groups.Samples of"TBI group were acquired at the time point of2h,8h,24h,48h and 72h after brain injury.Pathological changes of injured neurons were demonstrated by H-E staining,the expression of DAPK mRNA W8.8 detected by RT-PCR,relative quantitation of neuron apoptosis Wa$detected by TUNEL.Results At the Sh after brain injury,the expression of DAPK increased evidently and neuron apeptosis Wag detected.The expression of DAPK and quantitation of neuron apeptosis reached peal[at the 24h after injury.Conclusion These obaervatiorm showed that the expression of DAPK in the cerebral tissues reached peak at the 24h after injury.The optimum therapeutic time window wag 24h after injury.

Objective To analyse the efficacy of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in treatment of 130 cases heterotopic pregnancy. Methods 130 cases heterotopic pregnancy from January 2014 to December 2014 in obstetrics and gynecology department of First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning Medical University were divided into observation group and control group, randomly, 65 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with 1 mg/kg methotrexate of intramuscular injection, one time per day; patients in observation group were treated with mifepristone of oral, one time per day, 75mg per time on the basis of control group.The serum β-subunit of human chorionic gonadotropin (β-hCG), normal pregnancy rate, size of enclosed mass, rate of treatment success and adverse reactions in two groups were compared.Results The recovery time of serum β-HCG in observation group was shorter than that in control group ( P <0.05 ) , and normal pregnancy rate in observation group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05).After 7 and 14 days’ treatment, size of enclosed mass in observation group was smaller than that in control group (P<0.05).After two months’ treatment, the efficacy in observation group was higher than that in control group (92.31%vs.61.54%;χ2 =17.33,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions rate between two groups (χ2 =0.34,P>0.05).Conclusion Methotrexate combined with mifepristone could improve the clinical efficacy which is a safe therapy with few adverse reactions.

Objective Establishing an employee satisfaction indicator system for tertiary hospitals in Beijing.Methods Evaluation indicators are built on theory research,and questionnaires are designed for survey.Such methods as principal component factor analysis,and verification factor analysis are called into play to test the construct validity and establish in the end the employee satisfaction indicators system.Results Such indicators comprise five grade-1 dimension and 34 grade-Ⅱ dimension,such as hospital management satisfaction indicator.Conclusion This self-designed scale ideally mirrors the employee satisfaction of tertiary hospitals in Beijing,proving the indicators to be objective and reasonable.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy in treatment with transurethral electrocision for prostatic cyst.Methods A total clinical documents of 15 cases prostatic cyst treated with transurethral electrocision were analyzed retrospectively.All the cases were diagnosed confirmly by ultrasonography and CT,all the cysts closed to the prostatic urethra or intrude urinary bladder and all the patients underwent transurethral electrocision.Results All operations were performed successfully with operative time of 18-60 (36 ± 13) min.No blood transfusion during and after the operation and postoperative hospital stay was (5.2 ± 2.6) d.All the patients had been followed up for 6-24 months,the clinic symptom disappeared and no complications happened.Three months after the operation,IPSS decreased from (27.2 ±5.6) scores to (7.5 ± 1.6) scores and QOL decreased from (4.5 ± 1.1 ) scores to ( 1.6 ± 0.6) scores (P＜ 0.01 ),respectively.Qmax increased from (6.8 ±2.3) ml/s to (22.4 ±4.8) ml/s (P ＜0.01).Conclusion Transurethral electrocision is an effective therapeutic measure of prostatic cyst close to the prostatic urethra or intrude urinary bladder without so many complications.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of matrine in conjunction with vincristine(VCR),adriamycin(ADM)and diamminedichloroplatinum(DDP),respectively on the cell cycle of the KBV200drug-resistant cell line.METHODS:The cultured KBV drug-resistant cells were divided into control group,antitumor drug groups and the combination therapy groups(marine+antitumor drugs,respectively),FCM assay was used to detect and analyze the expression of cell cycle and apoptosis of each group.RESULTS:As compared with single antitumor drugs groups,no significant change was found in the proportion of cells and cell apoptosis in the combination therapy groups(matrine+VCR or matrine+ADM).But marine+DDD resulted in a reduction of the G 0 ～G 1 stage cell population but an increase of G 2 ～M stage cell population.CONCLUSIONS:It was assumed that matrine-induced reversal of KBV200cells'drug-resistant to VCR and ADM may not relate to cell cycle and cell apoptosis.Matrine can slightly enhance the cytotoxic effect of DDP.

Objective:To investigate the model,quality as well as effect of teaching-in-English in five-year clinical medicine program of Hainan Medical University.Methods:The questionnaire was carried out among clinical medicine undergraduates of 2012-2015 grades in Hainan Medical University,to investigate studying time,studying habits and the impact of teaching in English.Additionally results of CET-4,CET-6 and overseas internship from undergraduates of 2012-2015 grade,as well as the result of phased medical licensing examination and post-graduate entrance examination from undergraduates of 2012 were accordingly collected from the Teaching Management Department.Results:For the Chinese students in international classes,the average time of self-study was 161.49 min,58.3％ had preview before classes,and 90.7％ had habit of review after classes.Thus the first time pass rate,total pass rate,first time excellent rate and total excellent rate of CET-4 and CET-6 of international classes were significantly higher than those of regular classes.The result of post-graduate entrance examination in 2016 showed that the score,pass rate and acceptance rate of international classes of 2012 grade were significantly higher those of regular classes (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions:Teaching-in-English reform in Hainan Medical University has achieved initial success.Chinese students from international classes are superior to those from regular classes in many aspects.However,there are still many problems,and effective measures should be implemented to promote teaching quality continuously.

Objective:To establish and validate the rat model of syndrome of stagnation of liver qi,followed by a primary study on this model with 1H NMR based on metabonomics to explore the essence of syndrome of stagnation of liver qi. Methods:Twelve Wistar male rats were randomly divided into two groups(model group and control group).The rats of model group were restrained by special equipment for 21 days to get into stagnation of liver qi.The behavior,fluid consumption test and plasma CORT of rats were recorded.At 22th day,animals were sacrificed and biopsies of gastric mucosa and adrenal gland were collected for pathological check,and serum samples for 1H NMR spectroscopy.The NMR data were analyzed using principal component analysis.Results:There were abnormal behaviors,such as decrease of elusion,slackness,looser stools,and matte fur were observed among model group rats.After one week the body weight of model group was significantly lower than that of control group(P

Objective: To compare the molecular weight of sodium hyaluronate in the injection determined by three methods. Methods:Viscometry was used to determine the molecular weight of sodium hyaluronate. The molecular weight and its distribution ( Mw/Mn) was measured by size exclusion chromatography ( SEC) and the combination of multi-angle laser light scattering instrument and size exclusion chromatography( MALLS-SEC) . Results:The results of MALLS-SEC were close to those of viscometry, and Mw/Mn was obtained simultaneously. The average value of molecular weight of three batches of samples was 991962, 1007438 and 990232 with RSD of 6. 5%, 4. 6% and 2. 2%, respectively(n=4). The average value of Mw/Mn was 1. 6, 1. 6 and 1. 6 with RSD of 7. 2%, 3. 2% and 3. 2%, respectively(n=4). Conclusion:MALLS-SEC shows better accuracy and precision, and can be used in the quali-ty control of sodium hyaluronate samples.
