1.Comparison of Chinese medicine treatment of juvenile and adult seasonal allergic rhinitis
Chinese Archives of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery 2006;0(05):-
OBJECTIVE To study the treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine on juvenile seasonal allergic rhinitis.METHODS The patients with allergic rhinitis presented to the clinic three or more times included in this study. All of the patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and divided into young group and adult group.Symptom score were recorded in each time presented to the clinic.RESULTS There were 15 patients cured, 30 patients improved and 0 patients unimproved in the young group. While, in adult group, there were 10 patients cured, 21 patients improved and 10 patients unimproved. There was a significant difference between the two groups(?2=29.0323, P
2.Clinical observation on the bronchial artery infusion in the treatment of central NSCLC with obstructive pneumonia
Chongqing Medicine 2015;(22):3082-3083,3087
Objective To observe the effect of bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy in the treatment of central non-small cell lung cancer (central NSCLC)with obstructive pneumonia and its efficacy clinical factors. Methods Retrospective analysis method was applied to the 64 cases of central NSCLC with obstructive pneumonia. All patients were confirmed by pathology. We main contrasted the efficacy between intravenous infusion of antimicrobial agents and bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy (BAI).we focused on the efficacy between treatment group using standard systemic vein chemotherapy/radiotherapy and primary group with no chemotherapy/radiotherapy.Results In control group, the improvement rate was 43.33%.The improvement rate in treatment group was 70.59%.In treatment group, the curing rate was 50.00% for the patients who had ever taken standard sys-temic chemotherapy/radiotherapy.But the curing rate was 88.89% for the primary group. Conclusion For the patients who have the central NSCLC with obstructive pneumonia, intravenous infusion of antimicrobial agents and bronchial artery infusion chemo-therapy (BAI)can obviously increase the curing rate of obstructive pneumonia.

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2016;37(4):501-503
Objective To investigate the correlation and clinical significance between CTGF of fibrosis marker and coronary heart disease .Methods Totally 102 cases of coronary heart disease patients by coronary artery angiography ensured were used as coronary heart disease group ,98 cases with age and sex strict matching of coronary heart disease were normal and were used as con-trol group;T test was used to analysis the difference with disease group and control group at base clinical data ,serum CTGF and TGF-β1 ,the correlation between coronary heart disease and serum CTGF level was evaluated by logistic regression analysis ,and clinical diagnosed value was evaluated .Results Triglyceride ,total cholesterol ,apolipoprotein A1 ,high density lipoprotein ,lipopro-tein alpha ,low density lipoprotein ,TGF-β1 and CTGF in coronary heart disease group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0 .05) .Spearman correlation analysis showed that CTGF and TGF-β1 were positively correlated (r=0 .773 ,P=0 .002) . Serum CTGF can play positive role in the evaluation of the risk stratification of coronary heart disease .Conclusion Age ,smoking , hypertension ,total cholesterol ,apolipoprotein A1 ,high density lipoprotein ,low density lipoprotein ,lipoprotein alpha ,CTGF and TGF-β1 were influencing factors for coronary heart disease .Detection of CTGF in clinical work can be used as assessment coronary artery stenosis and severity index .
5.The Progress on The Ubiquitin 26S Proteasome Pathway in Plants

Selective protein degradation by the ubiquitin 26S proteasome pathway has emerged as a key regulatory mechanism in a wide variety of cellular processes. The ubiquitin/26S proteosome pathway mainly consists of ubiquitin activating enzyme(E1),ubiquitin conjugating enzyme(E2),ubiquitin protein ligase(E3),and 26S proteasome. In an ATP-dependent reaction, uibquitin(Ub) is conjugated to E1,the activated Ub is then transferred to an E2.Finally,the Ub-E2 intermediate delivers the Ub to the target protein by E3 recognition.Polyubiquinated proteins are eventually degraded by the 26S proteasome. In plants, regulated protein degradation by /26S proteasome pathway contributes significantly to development by affecting a wide range of progress, including hormone signaling,photomorphogenesis,self-incompatibility and cell cycle. The recent progress towards understanding the role of the Ub/26S proteasome pathway during plant development was reviewed.

China Oncology 2001;0(03):-
Chemotherapy for lung cancer is expected to prolong the survival of lung cancer patients. multidrug resistance is considered to be a major cause of failure of treatment. Many multidrug resistance mechanisms have contributed to lung cancer drug resistance, such as P glycoprotein (P gp), multidrug resistance associated protein (MRP), lung resistance related protein (LRP). The drug efflux pump mechanisms are the focus of recent researches.
