Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological characteristics of kidney disease by renal biopsy,thus to provide reference and help for the application of renal biopsy in the diagnosis and treatment of kidney diseases. Methods From January 2015 to June 2017,136 cases with kidney disease in Zhoushan Hospital were slected in the research. All patients received renal biopsy,histochemical staining of renal biopsy samples,immunohistochemical staining,and observed under light microscope, and the pathological changes of the situation, combined with clinical data,the clinical and pathological characteristics of renal biopsy patients were summarized. Results The distribution of pathological type of primary glomerulonephritis,the highest proportion (79. 41％),secondary glomerulonephritis (15. 44％),followed by the rest of the renal tubular and interstitial nephropathy (5. 15％). Of the primary glomerulo-nephritis,membranous nephropathy ( 28. 68％), IgA nephropathy ( 27. 94％) accounted for a relatively high proportion. However,in secondary glomerulonephritis,diabetic nephropathy (5. 88％) was the highest proportion. Of gender,the proportion of the male patients (59. 56％) was higher than that of the female patients (40. 44％,χ2 =9. 941,P<0. 05),primary glomerulonephritis in the male patients(62. 04％) was higher thanthat in the female patients (37. 96％) (χ2 =12. 519,P<0. 05). The age of renal biopsy was focused on the age of 41-50 years,>50-60 years,>60 -70 years old, which was mainly the elderly population. Conclusion Renal biopsy of kidney disease is mainly primary glomerulonephritis,the incidence of people mainly in the elderly male population. Compre-hensive diagnosis is needed for different kidney diseases with renal biopsy and the specific circumstances.

Objective To study the relationship between tacrolimus blood level/dose and the genotype of CYP3A5 at 6th month after lung transplantation.Method Forty-six cases of lung transplant recipients who received the surgery between January 1st,2011 and January 1st,2013 served as the research subjects,and the genotypes of these patients were measured.These patients were divided into 3 groups (CYP 3A5 * 1 * 1,CYP 3A5 * 1 * 3,CYP 3A5 * 3 * 3) according to their different genotypes.The dose of tacrolimus and daily intake were detected at 6th month after surgery in each group,then the level/dose of tacrolimus was calculated.Result In all 46 recipients,5 of them were CYP 3A5 * 1 * 1 homozygous genotype,20 CYP 3A5 * 1 * 3 heterozygous genotype and 21 CYP 3A5 * 3 * 3 homozygous genotype.Under the condition of holding tacrolimus blood level between therapeutic range,there was significant difference in the dose of tacrolimus between the CYP3A5 * 1/ * 1 and * 1/* 3 versus * 3/* 3 genotypes (P＜0.01),but there was no significant difference between CYP3A5 * 1/* 1 genotype and * 1/* 3 genotype.Conclusion Tacrolimus dosing in lung transplant patients is associated with CYP 3A5 gene polymorphisms.

Objective To investigate whether curcumin could inhibit the metastasis of pancreatic cancer in vitro and in vivo and its mechanism.Methods Pancreatic cancer AsPC-1 cells were treated with different concentrations of curcumin.After 72 hours,cell survival rate were detected by MTT and the appropriate concentration of curcumin was selected.After treated with 6 μmol/L curcumin,early apoptosis of AsPC-1 cells were detected by Annexin V-FITC/PI double staining flow cytometry,and the effects of curcumin on the migration and invasion of AsPC-1 cells were observed.After establishment of the orthotopic nude mouse model of pancreatic cancer,the mice were orally treated with low dose (20 mg/kg body weight) and high dose (40 mg/kg body weight) of curcumin respectively.Eight weeks later mice were sacrificed to observe the tumor metastasis,immunohistochemical methods were used to detect the positive expressions of CD34,NF-κB and MMP-9 in the tumor tissue.Results Curcumin of different concentrations could inhibit the proliferation of AsPC-1 cells and induce its apoptosis in a dose dependent manner,and 6.μmol/L was the best dose of curcumin.After 6 μmol/L curcumin treatment,the migration coverage of AsPC-1 decreased from 70％ to 10％,the number of penetrating cells decreased from 136/200x magnification to 17/200x magnification,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).In the nude mouse model of pancreatic cancer,the size of the tumor decreased from (97.8 ± 15.3) mm3 to (44.3 ± 9.7) mm3 in high dose group and (28.1 ±7.1)mm3 in low dose group,the number of distant metastasis decreased from 108.3 ±6.7 to 29.5 ±4.5 and 8.9 ± 2.4,the expression of CD34 decreased from 20.5 ± 2.3 to 10.3 ± 1.2 and 7.9 ± 3.2,and the expression of MMP-9 decreased from 85.2 ± 2.3 to 53.2 ± 1.2 and 34.2 ± 3.1,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Curcumin can inhibit the metastasis of pancreatic cancer both in vitro and in vivo,and its effect may be related to the inhibition of expressions of CD34 and MMP-9.

Objective To discuss the relevance between vitreopapillary traction (VPT) and anterior ischemic optic neu?ropathy (AION). Methods Two patients suffering from AION were underwent routine ophthalmic examination, and visual field (VF), fundus fluorescence angiography (FFA) and optical coherence tomography (OCT) examination. The images were analyzed. Results VPT syndrome was observed by OCT in both cases. In addition, the affected parts of VPT were consis?tent to that of AION. Conclusion Vitreopapillary traction is a possible reason of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy.
