Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2015;(3):316-318
This research is to explore the feasibility of construction of real-time network teach-ing platform in anesthesia resident standardization training. The real-time network teaching were car-ried out by platformconstruction and teaching organization. The teaching effect was evaluated. Using the real-time network teaching platform with the four functions of learning knowledge, cultivating ability, communication and supervision can achieve good teaching effect. It was a beneficial supplement of traditional teaching.

The ubiquitin-specific protease ( USP) inhibitors influence many crucial cellular activities and some immune processes, such as anti-inflammatory, anti-infection and anti-tumor by silencing the functions of USP.The main USP inhibitors, which potency and specificity are underlined and current methods for detecting and identifying USP inhibitors are discussed of in this review.

Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2009;15(12):885-887
Objective To investigate the relationship between histopathological changes of donor liver and those after liver transplantation and explore its effects on prognosis. Methods The histopathological changes of donor liver and post-transplantation live biopsy were observed in 87 cases. Results The percentage of hepatic degeneration at immediate biopsy of donor liver was 100%,the injury of sinusoid endothelial cell accounted for 41.3%,the hepatic steatosis for 18.3%and the necrosis of liver cells for 10.3%.Conclusion Most of the pathological changes of the donor liver during and after liver transplantation are reversible. The damage of the hepatic sinusoidal cells is the important criterion for the observation of ischemia reperfusion injury.Moderate and heavy hepatic steatosis can be used in the liver transplantation. After liver transplantation,if the necrosis of liver cells gradually gets serious, the risk of transplanted liver losing its function gets bigger,so the comparative observation has very important value in diagnosis.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2000;0(12):-
Objective To improve the knowledge of X-ray findings of heart and lung in chronic renal failure ( CRF ) . Methods X-ray findings of heart and lung in 120 cases with CRF were analysed retrospectively. Results The X-ray appearances of lung and heart in CRF included augment and blur of hilum, increased, tortuous and disorder lung markings, accretion of heart, and the abnormal shadows in lung were irregular, inhomogeneus and changing fast in morphology. Conclusion Radiography can supply valuable messages and is ofconsiderable value in the diagnosis of CRF.
6.Effects of GLP-Ⅱ pretreatment on mouse intestinal mucosal immunity after ischemia/reperfusion insult
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 1997;0(03):-
Objective: To explore the protections of GLP-Ⅱ pretreatment on mouse intestinal mucosal immunity after ischemia/reperfusion insult. Methods: Thirty ICR mice were randomly divided into three groups: namely normal control (N), control (C) and GLP-Ⅱ pretreatment (P). Group C and group P were inflicted with ligation of superior mesenteric artery for twenty minutes. The morphology of distal ileum mucosa, the rate of intestinal bacteria translocation, the level of plasma endotoxin and intestinal IgA were determined. Results: After ischemia/reperfusion insult, there were obvious damage at distal ileum mucosa in group C and obvious proliferation in group P.The rate of intestinal bacteria translocation and the level of plasma endotoxin were significantly increased (P

Chinese Journal of Infectious Diseases 1997;0(04):-
Objective To investigate Bcl-2 expression in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells and its clinical significance of liver fibrosis (LF). Methods Tested Bcl-2 protein levels in T, B cells of 47 patients (male 17, female 30) with LF, 35 patients (male 24, female 11) with chronic hepatitis B and no LF and 41 cases (male 29, female 12) normal controls by two color cytofluorography. Results Among them, LF patients, chronic hepatitis B without LF and normal controls, the proposition of T cells (including CD3~+, CD4~+ and CD8~+ subgroups) and CD19~+ B cells expressed Bcl-2 protein increased significantly in LF patients (P
8.Protective effects and the mechanisms of DEAAA on focal cerebral ischemia in rats
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2002;0(05):-
AIM:To study the protective effects of (E)-3-(4-(2-(dimethylamino) ethoxyl)-3-anisyl) acrylic acid(DEAAA) on focal cerebral ischemia of rats. METHODS:Middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) model was used to evaluate the drug's effects. With Ozagrel as a positive control drug, after cerebral ischemia, the effect of different doses of DEAAA on the neurological behaviors, the cerebral water volumes, the cerebral infarction areas, the cerebral biochemistry and the pathologic change of brains were evaluated. RESULTS:DEAAA (30,18 mg/kg) decreased the cerebral water volumes and the cerebral infarction areas(P

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2005;0(09):-
Objective To explore the feasibility of minimally invasive video-assisted thyroidectomy (M IVAT). Methods Clinical data of 8 consecutive patients with ben ign thyroid nodules treated by MIVAT in this hospital from September 2002 to Sep tember 2004 were retrospectively reviewed. Results All the pro cedures were successfully completed. The operative time was 90~150 min (mean, 12 0 min), and the hemorrhage volume, 10~30 ml (mean, 20 ml). No complications happ ened and no conversions to open surgery were needed. All the patients were compl etely recovered and discharged from hospital 3~4 days after the surgery. Follow- up checkups for 6~12 months (mean, 9 months) in the 8 patients found normally he aled wounds and no paraesthesia. Conclusions MIVAT is safe and effective, with excellent cosmetic outcomes.

Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 2009;17(3):248-251
Objective This study is to study the age related changes of the expression of caspase-3 and the apoptosis states of neurons in primary auditory cortex of 15 young C57BL/6J mice(2 months, 15~20 g) and 15 old C57BL/6J mice(10 months, 50~60 g) and to determine probable physical effects underlying these changes. This paper also discusses the relationship of caspase-3 and apotosis states in primary auditory cortex, the possible role of caspase-3 in primary auditory cortex and the pathogenesis of presbycusis. Methods The immunohistochemical methods were applied to explore the differences of the expression of caspase-3 and the apoptosis states determined by TUNEI. method in the primary auditory cortex between young and old C57BL/6J mice. Results The expression of caspase-3 and apoptosis in Al of old C57BL/6J mice was significantly higher than that in the counterpart of young C57BL/6J mice. Conclusion The results presented a direct morphological evidence for the strengthening of caspase-3 in the primary auditory cortex in old C57BL/6J mice. This method has an important role in the formation and development of presbycusis. The expression of caspase-3 participated in the regulatory procedure of apoptosis and may be a possible factor of the etiologies of presbycusis.
