Objectives:To find out factors that influence the public's organ donation willingness, and explore the effect on organ donation of soft culture system. Methods:We conducted a survey towards people from typical cities and counties of Zhejiang Province by using self-made questionnaire. We adopt some data processing methods such like entropy weight method. Results:Factors like education, age, traditional concept all can affect the degree of organ donation willingness.Soft culture system has favorable social effects. It is directive in reality. Conclusions:In the humanistic perspective, the construction of organ-donation soft culture system plays an obvious role in improving the degree of social organ donation willingness. It includes education training, humanitarian assistance model radiation, and incentive method.

Objective To develop a rapid method based on ARMS, named four primers allele-specific PCR(4p-AS PCR), to detect the most common non-deletional ?-thalassemia mutation Hb Constant Spring(Hb CS) by PCR technique. Methods The 4p-ASPCR was used to detect the Hb CS mutation of ?-thalassemia in 38 DNA samples of Hb H disease patients and using PCR-RE and DNA sequencing to confirm the results. Results Among the 38 Hb H disease patients 15 cases was revealed to carry Hb CS, 16 cases were deletional Hb H, and 7 cases need to be defined. Conclusion A simple, rapid and reliable method, named 4P-ASPCR, to detect Hb CS mutation have been developed. It is also may be useful in screen other point mutations such as Hb Quong Sze.

Objective To study the chemical constituents from Selaginella sinensis. Methods The compounds were isolated with Diaion HP-20,Toyopearl HW-40,silica gel column chromatography. The structures of these compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analyses. Results Eleven compounds were isolated from the 70% acetone-extracts and their structures were identified as ?-sitosterol(Ⅰ),vanillic acid(Ⅱ),(7S,8R)-4,9,9′-trihydroxy-3,3′-dimethoxy-7,8-dihydrobenzofuran-1′-propylneolignan(Ⅲ),syringaresinol(Ⅳ),(-)-pinoresinol(Ⅴ),pinoresinol-4-O?-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅵ),syringaresinol-4,4′-O-di-?-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅶ),?-methylD-xylopyranoside(Ⅷ),?-methyl-D-arabinopyranoside(Ⅸ),hinokiflavone(Ⅹ),and amentoflavone(Ⅺ).Conclusion Compounds Ⅱ-Ⅸ are isolated from this plant for the first time.

0.05).Conclusions Neither the new nor old SIRS diagnostic criteria had a high conforning rate with neonatal critical illnesses; There was no significant difference between them in each clinical item.It shows that the new SIRS diagnostic criteria is not superior to the old one, therefore we should improve the neonatal SIRS diagnostic criteria in the future.

China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(02):-
This article explored professor Wang Qingqi's clinical experiences in treating gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD) with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).According to clinical observation, the key pathogenesis of GERD is abnormal rising and falling of vital energy, presenting in the five aspects of incoordination between the gallbladder and stomach, incoordination between the liver and stomach, stagnation of liver-qi with deficiency of the spleen, weakness of the spleen and stomach and qi-stagnancy and blood stasis. It will get a good curative effect when adopting the TCM methods of acrid-release and bitter-downbearing therapy,worm-like paired Chinese material medica and the opposite complementary relationship therapy.

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy between preparation porcelain veneer(PPV)and no-preparation porcelain veneer(NPPV).Methods:44 patients with 97 PPVs and 23 patients with 57 NPPVs were followed up for 3 years.Mental tension, postoperative dentin sensitivity and satisfaction of the patients, survival rate of the veneers, sulcus bleeding index(SBI)of preopera-tive and postoperative 3 years were evaluated.A comparative analysis was taken to examine the clinical indicators of 2 groups accord-ing to the modified CDA /Ryge criteria. Results:Survival rates of PPVs and NPPVs were 96.91 % and 96.49%(P >0.05),satisfac-tion rates of the 2 group patients were 95.45% and 95.65%(P >0.05),respectively.Mental tension and the postoperative dentin sensitivity of patients in PPV group was higher than those in NPPV group.Preoperative and postoperative SBI were not statistically dif-ferent between the 2 groups(P >0.05).Marginal adaptation in PPV group was better than that in NPPV group.Color matching, Porcelain surface and Marginal stain were not statistically different between 2 groups. Conclusion:Preparation porcelain veneers and no-preparation porcelain veneers both are effective in clinical application.

Objective To explore the effects of electro-acupuncture combined with surface gastric pacing on gastrointestinal dysfunction for patients with spinal cord injury (SCI).Methods Seventy-five SCI patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction were divided randomly into an electro-acupuncture group (group A),a gastric pacing treatment group (group B) and a group for which electro-acupuncture was combined with gastric pacing (group C).There were 25 cases in each group.Members of group A were given 30 minutes of electro-acupuncture per day ; those of group B had 30 minutes of gastric pacing treatment twice per day ; group C was provided with both 30 minutes of electro-acupuncture and one 30-minute gastric pacing treatment per day.All of the interventions lasted ten days. Before and after the treatment, all patients were assessed using a clinical symptoms score and with electrogastrograms, and any adverse effects were observed. Results There was a significant improvement in upper abdominal pain and epigastric discomfort, bloating and early satiety, nausea, vomiting,as well as belching and loss of appetite in each group after treatment. Before treatment there was no significant difference in the average clinical symptom scores of the three groups. After treatment the values had decreased, and those of group C were significantly lower than group A or B.The average scores of groups B and A were not significantly different. The electrogastrogram results showed than after treatment there was significant improvement in N% and T% in groups A and B,and also significant improvement in N%,B% and T% in group C compared to before treatment.Group C's improvements were all significantly greater than those observed in groups A and B.Conclusion Electro-acupuncture or gastric pacing alone can give some improvement in gastrointestinal function and its electrophysiological indicators, but their combined effects are better than when either is used alone.

Homeopathy is a relatively independent therapeutic system that is very popular in Europe and the United States. Although homeopathic medicine and Chinese medicine belongs to two different medical systems stemmed from two distinct cultural backgrounds, they do share similar philosophies, holistic treatment principles, and more importantly diagnostic approaches. This study focuses on homeopathic diagnosis and discusses its diagnostic strategies, laws and clinic practice characteristics through the comparison of homeopathic and Chinese medicine diagnosis.
