1.Exploration of Clinical Whitening Procedure for Dental Fluorosis Bleaching

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of combination of Beyond cold light whitening and fluoride removing material bleaching sys-tem for treatment of dental fluorosis. Methods Ninety patients with light,medium and heavy dental fluorosis were recruited for the study and ran-domly divided into three groups. Thirty patients with 180 dental fluorosis from the A group were treated with microbrasion and etch and Beyond cold light bleaching. Thirty patients with 175 dental fluorosis from the B group were treated with microbrasion and beyond cold light bleaching. Thirty pa-tients with 180 dental fluorosis from the C group were treated with etch and Beyond cold light bleaching. The effects of whitening were evaluated by Vita shade guide matching after treatment. Results Good lightening efficacy and 100%bleaching efficacy was achieved in the light dental fluorosis subjects from all the three groups. The Shade value improvement and overall efficacy of observer group were better than the control groups for the me-dium and heavy fluorosis(P<0.05). Conclusion For moderate to severe dental fluorosis,combination of orderly methods ofmicro-polished-etch-Beyond cold light-bleachingis more effective and convenient.
2.Effect of adjuvant treatment of breast cancer in childbearing age on ovarian function

Adjuvant therapy of breast cancer in the child-bearing period tends to affect ovarian function of patients.Adjuvant chemotherapy has a great damage for ovarian function,and tamoxifen's extent of the damage is not yet clear,but gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) has a protective effect on ovarian function.In the adjuvant therapy,synthetic weigh the pros and cons,make the best individualized programs,is the future direction of the treatment of breast cancer.
4.X-ray diagnosis of salpingian diverticulum--a report of 7 cases.

Seven cases of typical salpingian diverticulum were identified by hysterosalpinography (HSG). The differentiation diagnosis of the disease was discussed. HSG is believed to be the method of choice for the diagnosis of this disease.

6.Short-term curative effect of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) combined with platelet rich plasma (PRP) for the treatment of the refractory wounds.

OBJECTIVETo observe the efficacy of the treatment of refractory wound by VSD combined with platelet-rich plasma.
METHODSFrom April 2010 to June 2012,15 patients with refractory wound were treated including 11 males and 4 females with an average age of 35.2 years old ranging from 18 to 45 years old. The formation time of wound was from 6 to 24 months, which was unhealed after long-term medication or repeated treatment. The VSD combined with autologous platelet-rich plasma was applied to treat the wound. The wound healing was an indicator and treatment and clinical features were summarized.
RESULTSAll the patients were followed up for 3 to 8 months (means 5 months). The wound of all patients were healed without recurrence.
CONCLUSIONThe curative effect of VSD combined with platelet rich plasma for treatment of refractory wounds is obvious. It could reduce the treatment course and the treatment cost.

7.Development of new-type portable composite emergency treatment device with multi functions

To develop a new-type portable composite emergency treatment device with multi functions to e-liminate the deficiencies of the existing emergency treatment devices. Mechanics calculation and intensity analy-sis were involved in the design of the device by analyzing the characteristics of pre-hospital first aid in the primary med-ical facilities and the allocation of conventional medicine and materials. The device adopted a chest-like structure with some versatile truckles at the corners of the bottom, which could be transformed into the emergency materials storage chest, emergency trolley, emergency bed, worktable or stretcher. The device was versatile, mobile and convenient, and could be used for CPR, simple operation, transfusion and etc. The device can be employed for emergen-cy treatment of battle injury at war time, pre-hospital first aid at peace time or emergency support in the responses to the emergencies.
8.Pathogenic Bacteria Disrtibution and Drug Resistance of Urinary System Infection

OBJECTIVE To understand pathogen distribution and drug resistance of urinary system infection in Langfang,then help the clinic to use drug rationally.METHODS Totally 846 bacteria were isolated from the urine and given in vitro drug sensiticity test with Kirby-Bauer method to detect special resistant strains such as MRS,VRE,HLAR and the ESBLs-producing bacteria.RESULTS The first 5 were Escherichia coli(60.2%),cogulase negative Staphylococcus (CNS,16.7%),Klebsiella pneumoniae(3.2%),Enterococcus(2.6%),and Proteus(2.1%).ESBLs-producing bacteria were 23.5%,MRS were 83.7%,HLAR were 59.1%,VRE were not detected.E.coli was sensitive to cefepime,piperacillin/tazobactam,ceftazidime,amikacin(71.0-99.0%).CNS was sensitive to vancomycin,piperacillin/tazobactam,nitrofurantoin,and ofloxacin(70.0-100.0%).Vancomycin-resistant CNS was not detected.CONCLUSIONS E.coli is the most encountered pathogen causing urinary system infection in Langfang,Then are CNS.Antibiotics we were used such as gentamicin,ciprofloxacin,et,al already produced higher resistance,so clinic should consider the drug sensitivity agent and special resistant strain and choice antibiotics rationally,to make the resistant streains decreasing in number.
9.Uniform design method for optimizing proportion of transdermal penetration enhancers of ligustrazine hydrochloride

Objective To optimize the proportion of three transdermal penetration enhancers on transdermal absorption of ligustrazine hydrochloride.Methods Permeation tests in vitro through BALB/c nude mouse skin in two compartment diffusion cells were performed to study the effect of synthetic borneol,menthol,and Azone on trandermal absorption of ligustrazine hydrochloride by changing their concentrations,and uniform design method was used to determine the penetration coefficient of ligustrazine hydrochloride and optimize the proportion of three transdermal penetration enhancers.ResultsThe optimal proportion and contents of synthetic borneol,menthol,and Azone were 1.5%∶1.5%∶1.5%(15 mg/mL∶15 mg/mL∶15 mg/mL),the real penetration coefficient of ligustrazine hydrochloride was 69.575 ?g/(h?cm2),while the theoretical penetration coefficient was 69.749 ?g/(h?cm2).Conclusion Uniform design method is an effective way to optimize the proportion of three transdermal penetration enhancers on trandermal absorption of ligustrazine hydrochloride.
10.The anti-tumor immunoresponses by unreplicable recombinant vaccinia virus expressing HPV16 L1,L2,and E7 proteins

Objective:To evaluate the anti-tumor immune responses of nureplicable recombinant vaccinia virus-based vaccine expressing HPV16 L1 and L2E7 proteins.Methods:The anti-tumor effects of the vaccine were observed using mouse models of prophylactic,therapeutic and tumor excision.The cell-mediated immunity induced by the vaccine was assessed by enzyme-linked immunospot (ELISPOT) and cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) assay.Results:The vaccine could protect 60% and 50% mice from the challenge of HPV16-positive tumor cells in prophylactic and therapeutic mouse model,respectively.It could protect from recurrence of the tumor in 70% mice of the excision model.The differences among the groups were significant.Strongly specific cell-mediated immunity was found using ELISPOT and CTL assay.Conclusion:The ideal anti-tumor immune responses can be induced by NTVJL1/L2E7 vaccine in mice and it can be considered to be one candidate vaccine of cervical cancer.
