Objective To analyse the efficacy of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in treatment of 130 cases heterotopic pregnancy. Methods 130 cases heterotopic pregnancy from January 2014 to December 2014 in obstetrics and gynecology department of First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning Medical University were divided into observation group and control group, randomly, 65 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with 1 mg/kg methotrexate of intramuscular injection, one time per day; patients in observation group were treated with mifepristone of oral, one time per day, 75mg per time on the basis of control group. The serum β-subunit of human chorionic gonadotropin (β-hCG), normal pregnancy rate, size of enclosed mass, rate of treatment success and adverse reactions in two groups were compared. Results The recovery time of serum β-HCG in observation group was shorter than that in control group ( P <0.05 ) , and normal pregnancy rate in observation group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05).After 7 and 14 days’ treatment, size of enclosed mass in observation group was smaller than that in control group (P<0.05).After two months’ treatment, the efficacy in observation group was higher than that in control group (92.31%vs.61.54%;χ2 =17.33,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions rate between two groups (χ2 =0.34,P>0.05).Conclusion Methotrexate combined with mifepristone could improve the clinical efficacy which is a safe therapy with few adverse reactions.

Objective To observe the effects of low dose irradiation (LDR) on proliferation, adipogenesis and osteogenic potential of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (hucMSCs).Methods hucMSCs were isolated from Wharton's jelly tissue of human umbilical cord by modified tissuepiece inoculation, and flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of specific marker in the hucMSCs.The hucMSCs were randomly divided into two groups:irradiation group undergoing irradiation with the doses 50,100,or 200 mGy respectively, and control group without irradiation.MTT method was applied to evaluate the proliferation of the hucMSCs at different time points with various doses irradiation. The third passage hucMSCs were randomly divided into two groups:irradiation group undergoing low dose irradiation of 200 mGy,and control group without irradiation, and then underwent induction by adipocytic and oesteocytic differentiation induction fluids respectively so as to differentiate into adipocytes and osteoblasts.Oil red O staining was used to detect the activity of alkaline phophatase (ALP),and RT-PCR was used to detect the mRNA expression of core binding factor alpha 1 in human osteoblast. Results After 9-12days,fibroblasts began to swim out of the tissue piece with a confluence rate of 80% 2 weeks later.Within 7 days the absorption values of the hucMSCs undergoing different irradiation doses 2,3,4,5,and 6 days later were all significantly higher than those of the control group(F = 159.17,448.81,265.15,183.93,and 181.83 ,all P <0.01),with the proliferation rates of the 100 mGy subgroup being the highest. After being induced liquid, vacuoles were observed in the irradiated group 2 days later.21 days later, the adipogenic rates of irradiated group was significantly higher than that of the control group (t = 28.25,P <0.01).The ALP activity increased in the irradiated group compared with control group (t=16.87,P <0.01) .The expression level of Cbf-α1 mRNA was up-regulated obviously (t = 14.16,P<0.01).Conclusions LDR promotes the proliferation of hucMSCs,and accelerates the hucMSCs' differentiation into adipocytes and osteoblasts.

This study investigated the mental health status of medical students in China, and analyzed the influencing factors in order to provide evidence for mental health education for medical students. A stratified cluster sampling method was used to recruit medical students from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China. The questionnaire survey on general information and Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) were used for investigation and analysis. The results showed among the 1137 valid questionnaires, 278 (24.45%) participants had SCL-90 score ≥ 160. The top three mental problems of medical students were obsessive-compulsive disorder, interpersonal sensitivity and depression in terms of the factor score ≥ 2.5 and the number of participants who reflected on the diseases. The third-year medical students had the worst mental health status, and fifth-year medical students had the best mental health status. Students from rural area had more psychological problems than those from urban area; furthermore, students with high professional satisfaction, those who were the single child of the family, non-poor students, and those whose parents had high education level had better mental health status. It was concluded that the mental health of medical students is not optimistic in China. Medical students have some mental health problems of different degrees. Factors that influence the mental health of medical students include academic pressure, professional satisfaction level and family environment.

To retrospectively analyze the safety and efficacy of low dose subcutaneous decitabine regimen in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and intermediate-or higer-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS).Of 6 AML cases,2 achieved complete remission (CR),2 with partial remission(PR),1 with stable disease(SD),1 with progressive disease(PD).As to the 8 MDS patients, one achieved CR and 6 with hematologic improvement (HI),1 case SD.Low dose subcutaneous decitabine regimen could be an alternative choice of older AML or MDS patients.

Objective To observe the clinical response and safety of second-generation tyrosine kinase inhibitor dasatinib in the treatment of Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph + ALL). Methods The clinical data of 10 adult Ph + ALL patients treated with dasatinib were analyzed with review of literatures. Results All the 10 Ph+ ALL patients treated with dasatinib achieved remission in 7 weeks, including 9 cases of complete remission [7 cases achieved complete molecular remission (CRm) in 13 weeks]. The median overall survival time (OS) was 13.8 months (5-33), and the median disease-free survival (DFS) time was 10.8 months (4-25). There were 3 cases of pleural effusion, 4 cases of Ⅳ degree of bone marrow suppression and 6 cases of extremely low blood platelet, which could be that was improved via by symptomatic treatment and, with no case of the death occurred during the treatment of dasatinib, the safety was high. Conclusion Dasatinib can deepen molecular biological reaction and prolonged the survival time of patients in the treatment of adult Ph+ ALL, with high remission rate and safety, and which can be considered as first-line treatment.

Objective To investigate the effects of high spermatic vessel dissection on testicular morphological alteration of SD rats in prepuberty, puberty and sexual maturity phases. Methods Thirty-day-old SD rats were divided into 2 groups underwent sham operation and left high spermatic vessel dissection as a simulation of Palomo′s maneuver.Detailed morphological investigations were made at 3 different postoperative intervals among the 3rd day,30th day and 56th day. Results High spermatic vessel dissection in prepubertal rats induced acute testicular ischemia in the operated testes on the 3rd day. Most of the operated testes on the 30th day showed testicular atrophy. And all the operated testes showed testicular atrophy and sperm disappearance in epididymis on the 56th day. Conclusion High dissection of spermatic vessel in prepubertal rats induced testicular ischemia in prepuberty and testicular growth failure in puberty, testicular atrophy completely and sperm production losing in sexual maturity phase.
