3.Primary analysis of family investigation of congenital heart disease in Chongqing
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
Objective:To investigate the family history of congenital heart disease (CHD) in Chogqing for studying the genetic relation of CHD families. Methods:The materials were collected from the population survey about families with more than one members being CHD patients. Map pedigrees for high-risk families were made. The probands and the first and second grade relatives were asked to fill in questionnaires and the high-risk families were analyzed. Results:In the survey of 4387 families, there were 21 high-risk families in which the disease types of the relative patients were inconsistent with those of the probands, the coincidence being 33.33%(7/121).The incidence rates of the first and second grade relatives were 16.49%(16/78),1.89%(5/265) respectively and their difference was significant ( ? 2=27.73, P
4.Course design of‘Medical English Watching,Listening and Speaking' and construction of teacher staff
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(07):-
Teachers'quality is an essential factor to improve teaching, and nowadays, lack of medical English teachers has become a serious problem many medical colleges have to deal with in our country. While designing the cours "eMedical English Watching,Listening and Speaking" ,English teachers, relying on their advantages of oral communication in English, can learn more basic medical theories and knowledge, and can gradually be trained as qualified medical English teachers after several years'teaching practice.

6.Clinical efficacy of the preventing antibiotic-associated diarrhea in infant with pneumonia using the live Clos-tridium butyricum and Bifidobacterium combined Powders
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2014;(24):3715-3716
Objective To observe and evaluate the efficacy of the preventing antibiotic-associated diarrhea in infant with bacterial pneumonia using the live Clostridium butyricum and Bifidobacterium combined Powders. Methods 103 infants with bacterial pneumonia were randomly divided into the two groups,53 infants as the trial group, another 50 infants as the control group with normal antibacterial therapy, two or three hours afterword the live Clostridium butyricum and Bifidobacterium combined Powders was administered at dose of 0.5g ti-daily in the trial group,After diarrhea taken place, the live Clostridium butyricum and Bifidobacterium combined Powders was adminis-tered at dose of 0.5g ti-daily in the control group,to contrast the rate of secondary diarrhea and clinical efficacy in the two groups. Results The incidence of antibiotic-associated diarrhea was 13.2%( 7/53 ) in the trial group and 56.0%(28/50) in the control group (χ2 =21.00,P<0.01).There were significant differences between the two groups.Duration of diarrhea and period of treatment in the trial group was obviously shorter than that of the control group, the rate of dehydration in the trial group was lighter than that in the control group(χ2 =6.64,P<0.01). Conclusion The live Clostridium butyricum and Bifidobacterium combined powders with antibacterial therapy at reg-ular intervals can prevent antibiotic-associated diarrhea. It is worthy of preventive application.
7.Progress in research of endocrine abnormalities in Turner syndrome
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2013;(12):1101-1103
Turner syndrome (TS) is the result of complete or partial deletion of an X chromosome. It is often associated with endocrine dysfunction such as thyroid dysfunction, growth and developmental disorders, glucose and lipid metabolism disor-ders, and so on. Long-term follow-up of children with TS should regularly monitor thyroid autoantibodies, thyroid function, blood glucose and blood lipids for early detection and intervention of the complications, in order to further improve the life quality of children with TS.
8.Stress Resistance of Rhodiola under Freezing Injury Stress
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(1):91-94
Objective To study the stress resistance of Rhodiola under freezing injury stress. Methods With R.kirilowii, R.crenulata, R.Algida and R.fastigiata as the experimental materials, the effects of freezing injury stress on emerging time, duration of seedling emergence, emergence rate, surviving rate, the activity of SOD and POD were observed by field test and experimental detection. Results Before seeding, the effect of freezing injury stress on R.kirilowii was the largest, and that on R.fastigiata was the least. When injury stress happened during seedling stage, surviving rate, increase of SOD and POD activities of R.kirilowii was the least, indicating the freezing injury was severe. R.fastigiata was the best in those indexes. The stress resistance of Rhodiola was as follows:R.fastigiata > R.crenulata > R.Algida > R.kirilowii. Conclusion R. fastigiata and R.crenulata are good choice in introduction and cultivation of Rhodiola in Gannan area of Gansu province, and R.fastigiata is the best.
9.Clinical Study on Heat-sensitive Moxibustion for Poisonous Snakebites-induced Bladder Dysfunction of Different Degrees
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2016;35(7):833-835
Objective To observe the safety and severity of heat-sensitive moxibustion in treating poisonous snakebites-induced bladder dysfunction of different degrees.Method Twenty-six patients diagnosed with bladder dysfunction due to poisonous snakebites were examined by type-B ultrasonic scanning for residual urine volume and uroflowmetry. The patients were treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion. The residual urine volume and uroflowmetry parameters were compared between different severity degrees of bladder dysfunction before and after treatment.Result The residual urine volumes were changed significantly in the mild group and moderate group after treatment (P<0.01); the residual urine volume showed insignificant change after treatment in the severe group (P>0.05). The maximum urine flow rate (Qmax) was significantly changed in the mild group after the treatment (P<0.05); the Qmax was insignificantly changed in the moderate and severe groups after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion Heat-sensitive moxibustion is significantly effective in treating mild-moderate bladder dysfunction due to poisonous snakebites, and it’s safe and reliable.
10.Analysis of the compliance of defecation function training of patients with ultra-low rectal cancer ;after intersphincteric resection
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(24):1863-1866
Objective To analyze the compliance of defecation function training of patients with ultra- low rectal cancer after intersphincteric resection and the influencing factors. And therefore to provide theoretical reference for the problems and nursing management of training. Methods The study was a reviewing trial. The enterostomal therapist educated patients with ultra-low rectal cancer after intersphincteric resection. Research used the basic information questionnaire, compliance evaluation of defecation function training, defecation diary and Fecal Incontinence Quality of Life Questionnaire as research instruments. And statistical analysis was used to acquired data. Results The score of the defecation function training compliance was (67.67 ± 5.28) points; Anal function and the fecal incontinence quality of life was in negative correlation with the compliance; At 9 and 12 months, anal function of patients who had good compliance were obviously improved (P < 0.05). Factors such as complications, internal sphincterotomy, operation, degree of education, pathologic stage, payment of medical expenses were related to the compliance (P < 0.05 or 0.01); The correlation analysis demonstrated that the compliance decreased with time. Conclusions The compliance of defecation function training of patients is related to anal function and the fecal incontinence quality of life. A effective training program and follow- up appointment is very important. Nurses should provide psychological counseling and health education for them to boost confidence improve quality of life.
