Objective To analyze the clinical feature and diagnostic methods of patients with ischemic colitis(IC) for improving the recognition and the efficacy of therapeutic treatment. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 30 cases of IC,including the medical history,clinical symptomatology,endoscopic appearance, histopa-thology,treatment and prognosis. Results IC occurred most of frequently in mid-aged and elders,the male-female ra-tio was 1:2.3,83.3% of the patients were over 60 years old, and most them had underlying disease. The most com-mon presenting features were sudden abdominal pain and bloody stools. Endoscopic lesions located mainly in left co-lon. Mucosal edema,erosin and submucosal bleeding were common pathological feature. Vasodilator drugs and compre-hensive medical therapy had good effects. The average duration for healing or improving was 10 days. Conclusions IC should be suspected in all elder patients with sudden abdominal pain and bloody stools. Colonoscopy is helpful for diagnosis. The prognosis is good in most cases and with rapid recovery.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of flupentixol and melitracen(Deanxit) in treatment of non-erosive reflux disease(NERD) and non-responding to proton pump inhibitor. Methods Fifty eight NERD pa-tients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group (n = 29) and control group (n = 29). Patients in control group were given esomeprazole 40 mg qd. Patients in the treatment group were given the same drug plus Deanxit 1 Tab qd. The clinical effect was evaluated and scored by Hemihon Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA) after 4 weeks. Results The total efficacy rate of the treatment group was higher than control group (P < 0.01),and HAMA was lower in the treatment group than in control group (P < 0.01). Conclusions Adjuvant treatment of Deanxit combined with esomeprazole is effective to NERD patients who did not respond to proton pump inhibitor, can greatly improve anxious disorders.

AIM: To evaluate the effect of captopril on action potential duration and outward delayed rectification potassium current (Ik). METHODS: Action potentials were recorded using a conventional glass microelectrode filled with 3 mol/L KCl solution. Membrane patch clamp whole cell recording technique was used to investigate the Ik current maximum in the holding potential - 50 mV, lasting time 100 ms, command potential + 40 mV. RESULTS: The action potential duration of 30%, 50% repolarization (APD30, APD50) and ERP were significantly prolonged, but APD90 wasn' t prolonged significantly when captopril group compared with ischemic group. The amplitude of Ik increased significantly in ischemic group, but significantly decreased in captopril group and in captopril + ischemic group. The shapes of current - voltage relationship were unchanged among groups, but significantly upward in ischemic group and downward in captopril and captopril + ischemic group. CONCLUSION:Captopril exerts electrophysiologic action due to decreasing delay outward rectification potassium current and prolonging action potential duration of APD30, APD50 and ERP.

OBJECTIVE： To observe the changes of insoluble particles of shuanghuanglian in quantity after mixed with benzylpenicillin,cefradine and dexamethasone in normal saline.METHODS： Using ZWF-4D particle counter,the number of insoluble particles in sizes of ≥ 2.0μ m,≥ 5.0μ m,≥ 10.0μ m and ≥ 25.0μ m was counted and compared before and after mixed with above-mentioned three drugs.RESULTS： The insoluble particles of Shuanghuanglian were obviously increased after mixed with benzylpenicillin,the particles in sizes of ≥ 5.0μ m,≥ 10.0μ m and ≥ 25.0μ m increased twice,23 and 94 times respectively.The insoluble particles were also increased after mixed with cefradine or dexamethasone,however,the increase rate was lower in comparison with that mixed with benzylpenicillin.CONCLUSION： Shuanghuanglian,used in combination with above-mentioned drugs,should be put into separate infusion bottle to avoid the increase of insoluble particles and ADRs.

ObjectiveTo détect in the tissue of primary bronchogenic carcinoma(PBC) and discuss its significance. Methods was assessed by immunohistochemical method ot SP in paraffin tissue sections of 40 PBC and paratumor normal lung tissue. Results The positive rate of TNF-a in cytoplasm of carcinoma cells was 47.5 % (19/40), and it was not found in all paratumor normal lung tissue(P< 0.05). ConclusionTNF-a gene expressed in some patients with broncho genic carcinoma. The growth of bronchogenic carcinoma is related to TNF-a gene.

Objective To study the standardization of medical records writing by residents in hospitals. Methods With both quantitative and qualitative analysis, medical records made by residents were sampled in groups to study their standardization. Results Recognition rate of such medical records was 82. 55%, and the excellence rate was 24. 50% in the grade evaluation. For senior residents, their rate of writing excellence falls below those of junior ones; whether the evaluators have medical background bears no significant difference for grade evaluation of medical records writing, yet a significant difference was found with the recognition rate. Conclusion Writing of medical records by residents is found with incompliance now and then, and the recognition rate ought to be improved.

objective: To study the effects of laser engineered net shaping(LENS) in the manufacture of dental prosthesis. Methods: An experiment LENS system, including a 5 kW continuous wave CO 2 laser, a four-axes numerical control working table and powder feeding system, was built up, by which, a rectangular LENS component was made from Rene95 alloy powder. The microstructure of the component was observed with scanning electron microscope and ESA analysis. Results: The size of the component was 120 mm?15 mm?15 mm , and the wall of the component was perpendicular to the base. The microstructure of the component was made up of fine columnar dendrite with the length of 10～20 ?m, 10 times less than that of the cast made from the same material. The main elements of the powder distributed homogeneously,the negative effect of segregation could be limited and the properties of the component could be improved.Conclusion: The microstructure of components made by LENS is much better than that of those made by casting from the same material.

Objective To investigate the gastric empty and electrogastrogram(EGG) in patients with renal insufficiency before and after hemodialysis, and to study the enteric nervous system (ENS) in experimental acute renal failure rats.Methods The comparisons of gastric emptying and EGG before and after hemodialysis were carried out in 15 patients with uremia who have gastrointerstinal symptoms. Acute renal failure models were also established. The neuroplexus of ENS and levels of some gut hormones were investigated. Results The EGG and gastric emptying were abnormal in patients with uremia before hemodialysis, but improved after dialysis. The neuroplexus of ENS with positive nitric oxide synthase(NOS) staining in rats with acute renal failure was significantly decreased. The levels of gastrin, vasoactive intestinal peptide and motilin in rats with acute renal failure were (159.1?55.6)?g/L, (121.6?48.9)pg/L, and (6.32?3.55)pmol/L, respectively, which were significantly different from those of the control group(P

Objective To observe the curative effects of treatment with Edaravone for acute massive cerebral infarction.Methods 48 patients with acute massive cerebral infarction were randomized into the treatment with Edaravone group(Edaravone group,24 patients) and the conventional treatment control group(control group,24 patients).Two groups patients were admitted conventional treatment for cerebral infarction.Edaravone group patients were admitted with Edaravone 30 mg into 100 ml saline infusion introvenously,twice a day,linked 20 ～ 25 d.Respectively before and after the treatment,neurologic function dificit score(NDS),plasma fibrinogen(Fib) content,coagulation blood function,activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) were examined.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results NDS of tow groups after treatment were significantly lower than those of before treatment,activity of SOD were significantly increased than those before treatment(all P0.05).Significant efficiency ratio of the Edaravone group(87.5%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(45.8%)(P

Objective To understand the intestinal nervous system(ENS) pathological change in rats with acute renal failure(ENS).Methods Rat acute renal failure model was established,the intracanthus blood was drew to determine the serum total creatinine(Scr) blood urea nitrogen(BUN) after 48h and 4th-day,then the rats was sacrificed at fourth day each rat's kidney tissue,duodenum,jejunum,ileum,colon and rectum were stained with hematoxylineosin(SE).Finaly, iNOS staining by immunohitochemstry,observed the numbers of the ENS nerve plexus, ENS nerve cell , and iNOS positive cell nerve plexus. Check whether there has hyperemia hydrops, degenerative necrosis, and inflammatory cell infiltration on the mucosa epithelium.Results ⑴Kidney histological change was occurred. The kidney tubules degenerative necrosis was found in all the ten cases of kidney failure, and the hyaline cast, mesenchyme hemorrhagic necrosis, and inflammatory cell infltration were seen. ⑵ HE coloration and microscope inspection;numbers of the ENS nerve plexus and nerve cell of the acute kidney failure group were less than the normal group, especially in the ileum and rectum .⑶The number of the iNOS positive cell nerve plexus in ENS of the rats with acute renal failure was apparently less than that of the normal group. In addition, the iNOS positive presentation was stronger than that of the normal group.Conclusions The findings suggest that toxic metabolites of uremic rat acts on the ENS,and thus leading to pathological changes of ENS,resulting in stomach and intestinal mortor function disorder.
