Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(04):-
At present, the relationship between hospitals and patients is becoming increasingly tense, which makes feasible approaches of benignization of the relationship worthy of probing into. The sample survey shows that a doctor or a nurse who is able to win patients'trust should treat patients equally, respect patients'personality, enhance mutual understanding, regard patients as their relatives, possess noble professional morality and foster a nice individual image.
3.Reflect on the existence of the phenomenon of Hongbao
Chinese Medical Ethics 1996;0(01):-
The reasons what the phenomenon of Hongbao exist are intricate and complex. The existence of the phenomenon of Hongbao blasphemes against the medical care justice, accelerate the relationship between hospital and patients tension. It will be a fact that the Chinese society unable to radical change in established period. We need to reduce the appearance of the phenomenon of Hongbao as many as possible, and prepare for eliminating the unreasonable and unjust social phenomenon finally.
4.Characteristics and clinical application of the arrival of qi in suspended moxibustion.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2015;35(11):1137-1139
The characteristics and clinical application of the arrival of qi in suspended moxibustion was discussed in this paper. Through literature research and clinical practice, three aspects, including characteristics of arrival of qi in suspended moxibustion, the clinical basis regarding arrival of qi in suspended moxibustion improving therapeutic effects and how to acquire arrival of qi in suspended moxibustion, were discussed to clarify the essential role of arrival of qi in suspended moxibustion as well as its importance to the development of moxibustion medicine. The suspended moxibustion at acupoints could produce arrival of qi similar to acupuncture, which was characterized as non-local or non-superficial heat sensation such as penetrating heat, expanding heat, transmitting heat, even non-hot sensation such as aching, numbing, distending, painful, heavy, cold sensation in the applied region. It is heat-sensitive sensation phenomenon that can improve therapeutic effect in suspended moxibustion.

6.Nuclear Factor-κB,Tumor Necrosis Factor-α and Cerebral Infarction
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2008;16(6):469-472
Nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB),a transcription factor, which widely exists in neuron, neuroglial cell and vascular endothelial cell.It mainly participates in the inflammatory reaction, apoptosis, immunological reaction and other stress reaction of the body.It is considered as an initiation factot of vascular endothelial cell injury.Cytokines.such as tumor necrosis factor-α may promote the inflammatory cascade reaction in cerebral infarction, and may also play an important role in cerebral ischemic injury.
7.Effective analysis on the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis withXueBiJing injection and conventional therapy of western medicine
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(5):405-408
Objective To evaluate the effects of treating severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) with XueBiJing injection and conventional therapy of western medicine. Methods This study was a randomized controlled study. 104 patients meet the inclusion criteria of SAP were randomly divided into a routine treatment group (52 cases) and aXuebijing treatment group (52 cases). Patients of both groups received immediate rescue together with performing ECG monitoring, fasting food, inhaling oxygen. On such basis, the conventional treatment group was treated with inhibiting enzyme activity and resisting infection; WhileXuebijing treatment group was treated withXuebijing injection on the basis of the conventional treatment group. After 7 days treatment, the therapeutic effect, WBC, CRP, blood and urinary amylase, TNF-α, LPS, and IL-6 were observed in both groups. Results The total effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 92.31%(48/52)and 73.08%(38/52), respectively, with statistical difference(χ2=5.442,P=0.020). After the treatment, WBC (9.2 ×109/L ± 2.1 ×109/Lvs.12.2 ×109/L ± 3.1 ×109/L;t=5.778,P=0.000), amylase blood serum (305.4 ± 100.9 U/Lvs. 403.5 ± 197.8 U/L;t=3.186,P=0.002) and urine (702.3 ± 98.5 U/Lvs.1 102.4 ± 202.6 U/L;t=12.807,P=0.000), TNF-α (21.2 ± 9.1 ng/mlvs.27.5 ± 13.4 ng/ml;t=2.805,P=0.006), CPR (7.6 ±3.8 mg/Lvs.15.2 ± 9.8 mg/L;t=5.214,P=0.000), LPS (146.3 ± 52.1 EU/Lvs.281.2 ± 91.7 EU/L;t=9.224, P=0.000), and IL-6 (143.4 ± 52.4 ng/mlvs. 203.7 ± 79.8 ng/ml;t=4.555,P=0.000) in the treatment group were significantly reduced than those in the control group. The times to remission of abdominal distension (5.3 ± 1.3 d vs.6.1 ± 2.5 d;t=2.047,P=0.043) and abdominal paln (4.9 ± 2.3 dvs.6.0 ± 3.1 d;t=2.055,P=0.042), return to normal body temperature (4.3 ± 1.8 dvs.5.5 ± 2.1 d;t=3.129,P=0.002) in the treatment group were all significantly decreased than those in the control group.ConclusionXueBiJinginjection adjuvant to conventional therapy can effectively improve reduction of amylase in blood serum and urine, and symptoms remission, and also shorten treatment time in patients with SAP.
8.The Inhibitive Effect of Essential Fatty Acids on AFP Secretion and Cell Growth on BEL-7402 Human Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cell Line
Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 1996;0(04):-
In the present study, the influence of essential free fatty acids on AFP secretion and cell growth of BEL-7402 human hepatocellular cacinoma cell line was investigated by radiommunoassay. The results demonstrated that 40 - 50?g/ ml concentration of linolenic acid could inhibit the AFP secretion obviously( P 0.05) . All of these studies about anti-cancer effect of linolenic acid will provide the principle for the patient for health care and therapy.
9.Influence of disulfiram on the expression of transforming growth factor-?2 in form-deprived eyes in chicks
Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2003;0(06):-
Objective:To explore the temporal expression of retinal-choroidal transforming growth factor-?2(TGF-?2) in form-deprived myopia(FDM) chick eyes and study the effect of an inhibitor(disulfiram,DSF) of retinoid acid(RA) synthesis on refractive development and the expression of TGF-?2.Methods:Ninety new hatched white leghorn chicks were divided randomly and equally into 3 groups:unilateral occluded with frosted goggles(Group A);unilateral intravitreal injection of 4 mmol of the non-specific aldehydedehydrogenase inhibitor disulfiram with further treatment with goggles(Group B);unilateral intravitreal injections of 4 mmol of disulfiram without further treatment with goggles(Group C).Refraction and axial length were measured on 1,7 and 14 days after treatment.Expression levels of TGF-?2 and TGF-?2 mRNA in the retinal-choroid layer were analyzed by immunohistochemistry and real-time RT-PCR.Results:In Group A,the form-deprived eyes made by goggles developed myopia(P0.05) with TGF-?2 mRNA level growing on day 7 and decreased on day 14 in group B and decreased on day 1,increased on days 7 and 14 in Group C(P

Objective To investigate?the?distribution?and?antibiotic?resistance?profile?of?clinical?isolates?in?2015?for?improving?antimicrobial treatment in Chuzhou First Hospital. Methods Bacterial identification and antimicrobial susceptibility testing were?performed?with?MicroScan?WalkAway?96?PLUS?bacterial?identification?system.?All?the?data?were?analyzed?by?WHONET5.6?software. Results A total of 1499 clinical isolates were collected during 2015, of which gram positive organisms and gram negative organisms accounted for 24.7% and 75.3%, respectively. Prevalence of MRSA among S. aureus was 37.0% and MRCNS among CNS 86.3%. All (100%) Staphylococcus and E. faecalis isolates were susceptible to vancomycin, daptomycin and linezolid. About 2.8% of the E. faecium isolates were resistant to vancomycin. All the Streptococcus pneumoniae isolates were penicillin-susceptible, mainly isolated from children. The prevalence of extended-spectrum beta-lactamases (ESBLs) positive strains was 52.9% in E. coli, 30.8% in Klebsiella spp. (K. pneumoniae and K. oxytoca) and 25.0% in P. mirabilis. The ESBLs-positive strains showed higher resistance rate than ESBLs-negative strains to most antibiotics. The percentage of the P. aeruginosa isolates resistant to meropenem and imipenem was all 29.4%. The percentage of the Acinetobacter spp. (A. baumannii accounted for 85.5%) strains resistant to imipenem and meropenem was 63.0% and 64.5%, respectively. Conclusions Antibiotic resistance is still serious in Chuzhou First Hospital in 2015, especially the emerging carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae, which is of great concern.
