Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(03):-
Five mongrel dogs were used to investigate the dynamic changes of beta-cndo-rphin-Uke-immunoriactivity(ir-?-EP)and thdr correlation with hemodynamics during intestinal ischemia shock. It was shown that plasma levels of ir-?-EP were increased significantly during shock and were significantly correlated with the decrease in MAP, CO, SV,and CI.Our results give the direct evidence that endogenous opiate beta-endorphin is involved in the cardiovascular pathophysiology of intestinal ischemia shock.

China Pharmacy 2016;27(24):3385-3388,3389
OBJECTIVE:To systematically review the effect of stroke efficacy and bleeding risk of edoxaban versus warfarin in the prevention of patients with atrial fibrillation, and provide evidence-based reference for clinical treatment. METHODS:Re-trieved from Cochrane Library,Medline,EMBase,CJFD,Wangfang Database and VIP Database, randomized controlled trials (RCT)about the stroke efficacy and bleeding risk of edoxaban versus warfarin in patients with atrial fibrillation were collected. Me-ta-analysis was performed for the incidences of stoke and excessive hemorrhage by using Rev Man 5.3 software after data extract. RESULTS:Totally 13 RCTs were included, involving 24 950 patients. Results of Meta-analysis showed, compared with warfarin group, there were no significant differences in the incidences of stoke [RR=0.97,95%CI(0.88,1.08),P=0.60] and excessive hem-orrhage [RR=0.84,95%CI(0.59,1.19),P=0.33] in edoxaban group. But the subgroup analysis showed, when daily dose of edoxa-ban was more than 30 mg,the incidence of stroke in edoxaban group was significantly lower than warfarin group [RR=0.84,95%CI(0.72,0.97),P=0.02];when it was 30 mg,the incidence of excessive bleeding in edoxaban group was significantly lower than warfarin group [RR=0.46,95%CI(0.35,0.61),P<0.001],the difference was statistically significant. CONCLUSIONS:Compared with warfarin, higher doses(>30 mg/d)of edoxaban can more effectively prevent the occurrence of stroke and low doses(30 mg/d) can reduce the risk of excessive bleeding.

7.Two different kinds of fixation materials in repair of distal clavicle fracture:stability of reconstruction
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(26):4136-4141
BACKGROUND:For distal clavicle fracture, clavicular hook plate and Kirschner wire tension band were used in the clinic, but they cannot keep the dual function of stability and functional protection. However, the application of microporous locking plate of distal clavicle makes it possible to double efficacy. OBJECTIVE:To compare and analyze the clinical outcomes of distal clavicle microporous locking plate and clavicular hook plate. METHODS:From March 2011 to March 2013, 40 patients with distal clavicle fractures were involved in this study. They were divided into two groups with the voluntary principles:distal clavicle microporous locking plate group and clavicular hook plate group. We compared and observed perioperative indicators (operation time, blood loss, and hospitalization days), clinical curative effects (University of California at Los Angeles scoring system and American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons Scale), the score of shoulder joint function (Karlsson standard) and the overal treatment (removed the plate and functional training costs). RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Al patients successful y underwent surgery. At 1 year after surgery, internal fixators were taken out. Necessary relevant rehabilitation training was performed for more than 3 months. There was no significant difference in perioperative indicators (P>0.05). However, clinical curative effects and the score of Karlsson shoulder joint function showed significant advantages in the microporous locking plate group (P<0.05). Although the distal clavicle microporous locking plate material cost was high, but there was no significant statistic difference in the overal treatment for better protection shoulder function (P>0.05). We draw the conclusion that distal clavicle microporous locking plate can effectively reconstruct the stability of the fracture site, and better retain the function of the joints at the same time.
8.Research progress and problems of retinal pigment epithelium transplantation
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2021;39(5):459-463
In recent years, promising results have been achieved in retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) cell transplantation in the treatment of diseases such as age-related macular degeneration. The types of transplanted RPE cells include autologous RPE cells, autologous iris pigment epithelium cells, allogeneic fetal RPE cells, allogeneic adult RPE cells, human embryonic stem sell-derived RPE cells, induced pluripotent stem cell-derived RPE cells.According to the transplantation method, RPE cell transplantation can be divided into RPE cell suspension transplantation and RPE cell sheets transplantation. The research on the autologous RPE cells and iris pigment epithelial cells has been reduced due to their limited materials.Fetal RPE cells, which have low immunogenicity and can produce a large number of donor RPE cells, are ideal sources of transplanted cells.Human embryonic stem cell-derived RPE cells and induced pluripotent stem cell-derived RPE cells have adverse effects, including teratogenicity and genetic instability, so transplanted RPE cells need to be optimized. In this article, the experimental researches related to RPE cell transplantation in recent years, the efficacy of transplantation and the existing problems were reviewed. The future trend of RPE cell transplantation may be to establish a comprehensive evaluation system for transplanted cells to screen out relatively suitable donor cells.
