1.Establishment of a sandwich ELISA method for measuring soluble IL-2 receptor
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(06):-
Two kinds of mouse monoclonal antibodies which recognize distinct epitopes of the IL-2 receptor (a chain) were used to establish a sandwich ELISA for measuring soluble IL-2 receptors. The results indicated that this method is sensitive and specific for detecting soluble IL-2 receptors of cell culture supernatant and serum from both healthy donor and patients with leukemia. Therefore this sandwich ELISA method is useful for basic and clinic immunology research.
2.Studies on the requirements for growth of Epstein-Barr Virus thransformed human lymphoblastoid B cells at low cell density
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(02):-
We obtained human lymphoblastoid B cells secreting human antibodies IgM and IgG to HFRS virus by Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)transfomation of PBMC.Conditioned media from the supernatant of a human fibroblast cell CRL1506 culture and irradiated CRL1506 cells as feeder cells could markedly promote the growth and antibody produotion of the human B lymphoblastoid cells at low cell density. It was shown that conditioned media contained a high level of interleukin 6(IL-6) .These results would be very useful for human monoclonal antibody technique including improving human B lymphoblastoid cell growth at low cell density and enhancing cloning efficiency andantibody production.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(01):-
To study the changes in vestibular function in Parkinson's disease patients, and its significance, eletronystagmography (ENG) was used to examine 54 patients with Parkinson's disease, and also 20 hea thy elderly subjects. The results of vestibular function tests including sensory organization test, nystagmus test, cold caloric test and positional test of these two groups were recorded for statisticed analysis. It was found that the rate of vestibular dysfunction in Parkinson's disease patients were 81 4%, and that of the controls 30%. There was significant difference between the two groups ( P

5.Current Development of Breast-Specific Gamma Imaging (BSGI) Technique.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2015;39(2):108-112
Breast-Specific Gamma Imaging (BSGI) is an improved and optimizing nuclear medicine breast imaging technique on the basis of traditional gamma camera. It uses a high resolution, small field-of-view scintilla detector. The detector is designed with 3 073 individual detector crystals and 48 position-sensitive photomultiplier tubes. The FOV of detector is 15 cm x 20 cm, and optimal system resolution for breast imaging is 3 mm, can detect the diameter of only 2-3 mm small lesions. BSGI has better sensitivity in detecting subcentimetre or nonpalpable breast cancer. The sensitivity for the diagnosis of breast cancer is high, not influenced by the density of the breast tissue, implants, architectural distortion-or scars from prior surgery or radiation. So it is called a high resolution, small field-of-view breast-specific gamma camera.

6.The relation between cardiac development and Wnt/?-catenin signal transduction in early embryo
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(01):-
The Wnt/?-catenin signal transduction pathway is essential for regulating cell proliferation, movement, differentiation and embryo development. Researchers have found that Wnt pathway is an important regulation factor in the early stimulation of the cardiogenesis and contacts closely the several key events during cardiac morphogenesis. The article reviews the recent studies about the relation between cardiac development and Wnt pathway in early embryo.
7.Clinical analysis of interventional ultrasound combined with medicine on the treatment of endometriosis cyst
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(8):231-232
Objective To observe the clinical application of interventional ultrasound combined with medicine on the treatment of endometriosis cyst , and evaluate its clinical curative effect. Methods 76 cases with endometriosis in Yuyao the second people's hospital from April 2014 to March 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 38 cases in each group. The control group were given interventional ultrasonic, the study group were received oral mifepristone on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The two groups were received treatment for a period of three months, the effect in the two groups was observed. Results The two groups were successfully puctured guided by ultrasound for the first time. The total effective rate in the study group was 97.37%(37/38), and 84.21%(32/38) in the control group, the difference between the two groups had statistically significant (P<0.05); The recurrence rate in the study group was 7.89%(3/38) and the adverse reaction rate was10.53%(4/38), which was significantly lower than those in the control group 15.79(6/38) and 21.05%(8/38), the differences was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound intervention combined with oral mifepristone on the treatment of endometriosis cyst is effective, the recurrence rate and the side effects are low, which was higher security, and has clinical application and promotion value.
8.The Reform of Follow-up English Teaching in Medical Academies
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2002;0(01):-
In this article, the author analyzed the present problems of English teaching in medical academies. Guided by the theory of language cognition and second language acquisition, the author pointed out that the cultivation of students' ability of individual study should be intensified and the development in "language intelligence" should be weighted due to its important role in solving the present problems. According to the teaching practice and relevant investigations the author offered some suggestions on contents of the courses, curriculum design and choice of textbooks.
9.The Thinking & Proposals on Class Teaching of Basic Medical Education of Seven-year System
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(02):-
The seven-year system in medical education is a new teaching model of cultivating the high-level medical talents to meet the need of construction of socialist health modernization of our country. As a student having had medical study for two years,I realize some advantages and shortcomings existing in the class education. So I have made analysis of the current conditions of its basic medical education and put forward some proposals, hoping to provide help for the seven-year teachings in the undergraduate courses.
10.Anticoagulation Effect of Local Anticoagulation with Citrate in Hemofiltration for Sepsis Patients with Acute Renal Injury
China Pharmacist 2017;20(5):848-850
Objective: To compare the anticoagulation effect of local anticoagulation with citrate in the hemofiltration for sepsis patients with acute renal injury and observe the safety of anticoagulation to provide the basis for clinical anticoagulation of hemofiltration. Methods: Totally 72 patients with sepsis acute kidney injury in the hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 36 ones in each according to the single and double number. The control group and the study group was respectively treated with heparin sodium and citric acid for anticoagulation with the treatment course of 7 days. The life of filter tube and filter of the two groups were recorded, and the coagulation grade of filter was assessed. The levels of serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), pH, serum sodium bicarbonate and bicarbonate were measured before and after the treatment. The activated coagulation time (ACT) was measured before the filtration and in 8 h and 24 h after the filtration. The adverse reactions were observed as well. Results: The ratio of blood clotting level at 0-1 grade in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the ratio of filter coagulation at 2-3 grade in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The life of filter pipe and filter in the study group was longer than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ACTs in 8 h and 24 h after the blood filtration in the study group were longer than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of BUN and Scr of the two groups after the treatment were lower than those before the treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in blood pH, HCO3-, Na + and adverse reactions before and after the treatment between the groups (P>0.05).Conclusion: The application of hemofiltration in the treatment of sepsis patients with acute renal injury can significantly improve renal function. And local anticoagulation has better anticoagulant effect in septic acute renal injury patients with hemofiltration, which can prolong the life of filter tube and filter with higher security.
