Objective To analyze TORCH infection situation in 6 027 cases of pregnant women, puerperae and neonates. Methods The TORCH IgM and IgG was detected by using ELISA for 6 027 cases of pregnant women, puerperae and neonates, and the positive rates of the antibodies to variant TORCH pathogens were analyzed. Results The positive rates of HSVⅠ-IgM,HSVⅡ-IgM,RV-IgM,TOXO-IgM and CMV-IgM were 0.02%,0.02%,0.12%,0.12% and 0.20% respectively. The positive rates of HSVⅠ-IgG,HSVⅡ-IgM,RV-IgM,TOXO-IgM,and CMV-IgM were 63.32%,13.31%,52.83%,12.68% and 58.57% respective-ly.Positive rate of CMV-IgM in neonates was higher than that in pregnant women, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).There were totally 28 cases of neonataes detected with acute CMV infection. Conclusion TORCH screening in pregnant women, puerperae and neonates helps the detection of infection disease in perinatal period.

Objective To study the different biomechanics surgical effects of posterolateral fusion , the transverse fusion and the interbody fusion. Method Scan CT was followed with preprocess of images. The Mimics , HyperMesh and Geomagic Studio Reverse engineering softwares were used to establish the modles of lumbar fusion , then the finite element computation was conducted by using the Abaqus finite element software. Result The EF of each lumbar modle was established , the EF of the interbody fusionwas rised evidently. After the fusion , the stress of the adjacent lumbar were also rised, among them the stress of the upper adjacent segment in tnterbody fusion was the most in extension and rotation , with statistical significance ( P < 0 . 05 ) . In the antexion the stress of the transverse fusion was the most, and the new type of posterolateral fusion least, three of them all hadstatistical significance (P<0.05). In the lateral flexion, they had no statistical significance (P>0.05). About the under adjacent sengment, in the extension and antexion, the stress of the interbody fusion was the most, and the new type of posterolateral fusion was the least, the three of them all haved statistical significance (P<0.05, respectively). In the rotation and lateral flexion, with no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion After the fusion, the EF of the lumbar and the stress of the lumbar disc are all established, the interbody fusion is most, while the others are lower.

AIM: To evaluate the effect of He-Ne laser combined with TDP irradiation in the treatment of herpes zoster ophthalmicus.METHODS: Totally 22 patients (22 eyes) with herpes zoster ophthalmicus were treated by He-Ne laser irradiation combined with TDP (Group A).Another 22 patients (22 eyes) with herpes zoster ophthalmicus (Group B) were treated by medication. The duration of the disease, the incidence of complications, and the time of pain relief were compared between the two groups.RESULTS: The cure rate of Group A was 91%, that of Group B was 73%, there was no significant difference between the two groups (x2=1.375, P>0.05).The average cure time of Group A was 8±2.22d, Group B was 12±1.88d, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t=5.22, P<0.05).The complication rate of Group A was 18%, Group B was 59%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (x2=6.86, P<0.05).The average pain relief time of Group A was 5±1.23d, Group B was 10±1.34d, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t=11.17, P<0.05).CONCLUSION: He-Ne laser combined with TDP irradiation can shorten the treatment time of herpes zoster ophthalmicus, shorten the course of disease, reduce the incidence of complications, relieve pain, with no significant effect on the cure rate of herpes zoster ophthalmicus.
