Through the analysis of evaluation indexes, efficiency analysis of a hospital introducting large medical equipment beyond millions yuan in recent 3 years,suggestions of hospital equipment management are proposed.

Objective: To clarify the meaning and definition method of low-income group, summarize the current economic risk of disease for rural low-income group and the risk pooling effect of medical insurance system. Methods: Using literature research method to systematically review the relevant studies of economic risk of disease for low-income group in rural areas. Results: The risk pooling effects of various medical insurance systems are different. Conclusion: On the basis of defining low-income group scientifically, it is necessary to promote the economic risk protection effect of medical security schemes for low-income group in rural area.

The status of health care for elderly in 110 community health service (CHS) centers of Bao'an District was surveyed.Data were collected from directors,health care managers and health workers in CHS centers by questionnaire.The results showed that the establishment of health file was satisfactory.but the management of health file needed to be strengthened,particularly for those required special care.The nutritional and psychological counseling should be specially focused.

Objective To investigate the clinical value and pathogenic mechanism of virulence genes of Helicobacter pylori from different sources of digestive diseases patients.Methods From January 2015 to July 2016,628 cases of gastric biopsy samples were collected from gastroscopy room of People′s Hospital of Wuwei City,through separating and culturing of Helicobacter pylori,detecting of viral virulence genes,to explore the relationship between Helicobacter pylori and chronic atrophic gastritis CAG),chronic superficial gastritis(CSG),peptic ulcer(PUD).Results Among the 628 gastric biopsy specimens,214 cases of Helicobacter pylori were successfully isolated,and 172 strains were serected to extracting DNA,which contained various virulence genes of cagA,vacA,dupA,iceA,oipA and luxS.VacA s1m1 was a risk factor for CSG,VacA s1m2 and iceA1+/iceA2+ increased the incidence of PUD,DupA + increased the risk of duodenal ulcer.Conclusion Different digestive diseases and Hp infection were related closely,dupA was considered as Hp induced duodenal ulcer marker gene,vacA s1m2 and iceA1+/iceA2+ increased the risk of PUD.

Objective:To measure the physiological response and subjective experience differences between feminine and masculine women inducing anger,exploring women's susceptibility to depression.Methods:Thirty feminine women and 26 masculine women were selected from 745 college women students who filled in the Chinese College Students'Sex Role Inventory-50 items (CSRI-50),according to median classification method.Physiological response,including heart rate,skin conduct,respiration rate were recorded using Biotrace software from 5-10 min before watching films to films end,state anger were measured before and after films by the State Anger Scale(SAS),one of the State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory-Ⅱ (STAXI-Ⅱ).Results:With inducing anger,the skin conducts were lower in feminine women than in masculine women[(6.1 ±4.6) μmho vs.(9.4 ±6.0)μmho,P ＜0.05],while the respiration rates were higher in feminine women than in masculine women[(19.4 ±2.8) bpm vs.(17.7 ± 3.3) bpm,P ＜ 0.05].The SAS sores were higher in feminine women than in masculine women[(31.6 ± 8.8) vs.(26.5 ± 9.2),P ＜ 0.05].Conclusion:It suggests that feminine women subjectively report more anger and physiological responses may be greater in watching anger inducing films,mainly in RSP rate,however masculine women's SC is higher,which indicates that future researches of anger and depression should consider sex role.

With the change of modern medical model and the rapid development of medical technology,medical humanities education in higher medical education has obviously been weakened and has obvious deficiencies.We should fully understand the importance and the necessity of medical humanities education during cultivating medical students.We should also improve medical humanities curriculum system,construct teaching staff combining with different majors,intensify the cultivation of humanistic quality in practice and organically combine ideological and political with humanistic education,and perfect evaluation system,etc.Inall We should explore the effective way of medical humanities education in many aspects.

Objective To summarize the experience in perioperatively nursing 8 patients with pelvic cavity and genital tract aggressive angiomyxoma (AAM). Method The perioperative nursing care was given to 8 AAM patients who were hospitalized in the department of obstetrics and gynecology from January 2010 to June 2015. Results The abdominal and perineal wounds were healed well without complications. All patients were recovered and discharged. One case had a relapse 2 years and another did 3 years after operation. Conclusion Such nursing measures as preoperative psychological nursing, close observation of the disease conditions, nursing cooperation during rescue for postoperative bleeding, treatment of postoperative complications and enhancing health education concerning the importance of long-term follow-up can be helpful for their recovery.

ObjectiveTo analyze the efficacy and safety of erythropoietin for anemia in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods66 cases with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with conventional anti-anemia iron treatment,and the observation group was taken erythropoietin therapy treatment on the basis of the control group.Both of the two groups were treated for 8 weeks continuously.ResultsThere were statistically significant differences between the two groups of patients after 8 weeks of treatment,cardiac function had improvement after treatment than before treatment (P ＜ 0.05 ).The observation group was significantly superior than the control group.The blood data in the two groups were compared,the Hb,RBC of the observation group were significantly increased compared with before treatment,the difference was significant (P ＜ 0.05).The RBC level did not change significantly in the control group before and after treatment.The electronic patient data in the two groups were compared,the LVEF,FS in the observation group and control group improved significantly compared with before treatment,but improvement of the observation group was significantly better than control group.The degree of improvement in the two groups were compared,the difference was significant( P ＜0.05).The SV,CO in the two groups were compared,it increasedsignificantly than before treatment,the difference was significant(P ＜ 0.05).The SV,CO before and after treatment in the control group didn't improve significantly.The E/A before and after treatment didn't improve significantly.The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the two groups showed no significant difference.ConclusionThe level of anemia had a direct impact on the degree of heart function classification.Following the usual treatment of heart failure,taking erythropoietin for anemia in patients with chronic heart treatment could significantly improve the treatment of patients with curative effect,with the advantages of safe,widely used for clinical application.

Objective To study the psychological features of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) women who underwent pregnancy termination and to investigate the effects of nursing interference on their psychological state.Methods Psychological nursing and symptomatic nursing were performed in 12 patients.The psychological state was evaluated by Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) before and after the interference.Results SAS and SDS score were remarkably reduced after nursing interference.Conclusions Nursing interference can reduce the negative effects caused by psychological state,reduce their psychological pressure,increase compliance to medical orders and promote recovery.

Objective To detect the changes of function of blood-aqueous barrier in different Syndrome stages of patients with Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada (VKH) syndrome in order to provide the appropriate therapy. Methods According to clinical manifestation, 77 patients (144 eyes) with VKH syndrome were divided into 4 groups: 10 cases in posterior uvietis stage group (20 eyes), 27 in anterior uveal involvement stage group (50 eyes), 23 in recurrent anterior uvitis stage group (41 eyes), and 17 in convalescent stage group (33 eyes). The other 50 cases (100 eyes) were in the control group. Flare and cells of anterior chamber in patient with VKH Syndrome at different stages were graded and measured by laser flare and cell meter (LFCM) and slitlamp microscope. Results According to the results of slitlamp biomicroscopy, anterior chamber flare and cells were at the 0 grade in the patients at posterior uvietis stage (20 eyes). The results of LFCM examination revealed that the flare value and cells were (9.7?3.4) pc/ms and (0.9?0.6)/0.5 mm3 in posterior uvietis stage group, and (5.3?2.3) pc/ms and (0.8? 0.6)/0.5 mm3 in the control group.
