1.The application significance of intensity/time curves on the evaluation of operation on prolapsed lumbar intervertebrai disc
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Medicine 2001;16(2):98-100
Objective: In order to discuss the application value of intensity/time(L/T) curves on the rehabilitation assess ment of prolapsed lumbar intervertebral disc. Method: 244 I/T curves of 111 cases including musculus tibialis anterior、 musculus fibularis longus、musculus extensor hallucis longus were measured. 56 cases were operated. Result: In the 11- 1cases, 24cases were normal, 83 cases were partial degeneration, 4 cases were complete degeneration, the positive ratio was 78.38%. The I/T curves in 56 operated cases, 4 cases were complete degeneration, 45 cases were partial degeneration, 7 cases were normal. In 87.50% cases the I/T curve accorded with operation. In 244 I/T curves, 115 curves were normal, 125 curves were partial degeneration, 4 curves were complete degeneration. The positive ratio were 52.05%.Conclusion: The application value of L/T curves was significant on the rehabilitation assessment of prolapsed lumbar intervertebral disc.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(01):-
Standard microelectrode technique was used to study the effect of external free radical generating system (EFR) on action potential of papillary muscle cells of 48 Wistar male rats. EFR were produced from activated oxygen systems: including hydrogen peroxide (H_2O_2), hydroxyl (OH~-) and superoxider (O_2~-). The experiment was divided into six groups: a). control, b). OH~-, c). O_2~-, d). H_2O_2, e). OH~-+catalase(CAT, 150U/ml, f). H_2O_2+CAT and the data were analysed on-line by a computer (Apple Ⅱ Doctor-851). The results showed: (1). a highly significant reduction in action potential amplitude in group OH~- (from 110.5?11.8mV to 98.0?10.4mV), H_2O_2 (from 112.3?13.2mV to 99.0?13.6mV) and O_2~+ (from 117.2?14.5mV to 103.8?13.2mV). (2). a significant decrease in maxium rate of depolariztion (Vmax) respectively (P

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2017;38(3):120-122
Objective To explore the application of internet medicine technology in medical facilities. Methods The present situation of internet medicine was analyzed in foreign countries and China, and the nature and characteristics of internet medicine were researched. The three modes for internet medicine were analyzed in china. The considerations were proposed for internet medicine. Results Some suggestions were put forward from the aspects of support from the director, compliance with national regulations, information resources support, internet medical service typing,intra-hospital informatization, institutions for running and management and etc. Conclusion The government has to provide support in policy, data resource and etc.
4.Clinical application of padded molars during orthodontic treatment
Journal of Chinese Physician 2015;17(10):1468-1470
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of padded molars. Methods Totally 54 cases of malocclusions from Department of Orthodontics of West China Hospital of Stomatology were received occlusal pads by optiband ultra band bongding at the early stage of orthodontic treatment (1th -5thmonth).The lateral cephalometric radiographs before and after treatments were analyzed. The effects on vertical height of molars after using padded molars were observed. Results The padded molars did not affect the vertical height without statistical difference (P > 0.05).Conclusions Temporary using padded molars were feasible in orthodontic treatment.Padded molars may be widely applied in clinical orthodontics.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(08):-
To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of limited bronchus granuloma caused by foreign body with medication in trachea, 6F tube was put in sick trachea under fibrobronchoscopy in 26 patients with bronchus granuloma due to foreign body, and 5ml of 2% lidocaine + 10ml of sterile Saline + 5mg dexamethasone +antibiotics (Amikacin0 2g or ceftriazone1 0g) were injected into sick trachea through 6F tube twice a day. 25 were cured, the cure rate was 96 2%,and the other one had to be operated; the course was 6~15d. Other 29 patients were treated with routine antibiotics intravenation+aerosol inhalation or medication in trachea under fibrobronchoscopy every other day, and 24 were cured, the cure rate was 82 8%; the other 5 had to be operated, the course was 6~32d. It is suggested that the former method has good effect in local anti inflammation, and can decrease the intravenous antibiotics dosage and side effect.

China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(09):-
Specialists in the south of the five Ridges LUO Zhi-yuan think that upper-jiao syndrome of bubonic plague appears in the second and third days,middle-jiao syndrome in the period of the third to the sixth days, and lower-jiao syndrome appears at the seventh day.Upper-jiao syndrome of bubonic plague is the most complicated, including the severe syndrome, the critical syndrome, the deadly syndrome. They summarize the six symptoms and signs in middle-jiao of bubonic plague, including "extreme heat and thirst, black and prickly tongue, abdominal distention and pain, stercoroma and delirium, heat accumulation with watery diarrhea, cold feeling of the whole body and hidden pulse",and the four symptoms and signs in middle-jiao,including "pain, distention, stercoroma, heat accumulation with watery diarrhea".They also pointed out that preserving body fluid is key for treating lower-jiao syndrome of bubonic plague.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2010;45(7):920-5
To prepare polyrotaxane-camptothecin conjugates and evaluate its anti-tumor effect, polyrotaxane-camptothecin conjugates were successfully synthesized, and the release behavior was performed; MTT assay and cell morphology were used to examine the inhibition of cells' proliferation effect in vitro. The experimental study of the antitumor effect on S180 mice in vivo was also performed to further evaluate the anti-tumor effect of conjugate. The result showed polyrotaxane-camptothecin conjugates can effectively inhibit the proliferation in a dose dependent effect. In vivo study and cell morphology observation of S180 mice showed significant decrease in growth of tumor, degree of tumor infiltration and blood vessel number. The result indicated anti-tumor mechanism may be through affect the angiogenesis and reduced blood supply to tumor cells and then leading to necrosis.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a rapid method for the concentration determination of lamotrigine (LTG) in human se-rum. METHODS:HPLC was adopted after serum samples treated with methanol. The column was Hypersil BDS C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)with the mobile phase of methanol-KH2PO4(45∶55,V/V)at the flow rate of 1 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 250 nm,and the temperature was 35℃. RESULTS:The linear range of LTG was 0.5-30.0 μg/ml(r=0.999 9). The RSDs of intra-day and inter-day were all less than 5% and the recovery was 101.96%-102.74%. CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple, accurate and fast, and suitable for the monitoring of LTG serum concentration.
