OBJECTIVE: To provide references for the improvement of innovation of the management of licensed pharmacists associations in China. METHODS: We analyzed the characteristics of licensed pharmacists associations, defined the connotation of "management innovation" and discussed the strategies for the management innovation of licensed pharmacists associations in China. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The innovation strategies for the management of licensed pharmacists associations in China include idea innovation, system innovation, technological innovation and management mode innovation etc to maintain a sustainable development of organization.

Objective: To investigate the effects of various degrees of rapid eye movement (REM) sleep deprivation (RSD) and sleep recovery on cognitive function (learning and memory) and expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in the rat hippocampus. Methods: Male SD rats were divided into 8 groups (n=12): blank control group (with normal sleep), environmental control, RSD 1 d, RSD 3 d, RSD 5 d, RSD 7 d, recover sleep 6 h after 7 d RSD (RS 6 h), and recover sleep 12 h after 7 d RSD (RS 12 h). The modified multiple platform method (MMPM) was used to establish sleep deprivation model in rats. The cognitive functions of rats were tested by Y-type maze. The hippocampal BDNF mRNA and protein levels were detected by real-time PCR and immunohistochemical method. Results: The failure reaction times of all RSD groups and the 2 RS groups were significantly more than those in control group and environmental control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the total reaction time in RSD 1 d, 3 d groups was significantly lower (P<0.05), but that of RSD7 d group was significantly higher (P<0.05). Compared with the blank control group, expression of BDNF mRNA was significantly increased in RSD 1 d group (P<0.05), and reached the peak in RSD 3 d group. The protein expression of BDNF in CA1, CA3, and denatae gyrus areas of RSD1 d, 3 d groups and in the denatae gyrus area of RSD5 d and RS6 h groups was significantly higher than that of blank control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Short-time RSD can lead to decrease of learning and memory ability, and recovery of sleep can partially improve their ability. The increase of BDNF expression may compensate the result of sleep deprivation and protect the cognitive function. However, as the prolongation of deprivation time, the compensation may become invalid.

Objective MRI Appearences were analyzed after undergoing the examination of fluid attenuated inversion pulse sequences(FLAIR),in order to evaluate the value of the clinical application of FLAIR in low field.Methods 32 cases were analysed comparatively after undergoing the examination of FLAIR sequence and conventional SE sequence.Results The lesions around the ventrical and the surface of cerebral cortex can be showed clearly in FLAIR sequence in low field.Lesions in ventricles and cistens were shown more distinctly in FLAIR sequence than those in conventional SE sequence.With the aid of enhancement scan by conventional SE sequence,the range and the internal structures of the lesions can be manifested clearlier than those in conventional SE sequence.Conclusion In low field the examination of FLAIR sequence is of great value of clinic diagnosis.

It is documented that nearly half of the global population have been infected with Helicobacter pylori (Hp).In Chinese consensus report on management of Hp infection,bismuth quadruple therapy composed of proton pump inhibitor,bismuth and two antibiotics is recommended as the first-line Hp eradication regimen.However,large doses of oral antibiotics and PPI often disrupt the well-balanced host-microbial symbiotic state,and impair the protective effect of biological barrier.Furthermore,the alteration of microbial composition secondary to eradication therapy might be associated with the increased adverse effects of Hp eradication therapy and re-infection.This paper summarized the advances in study on effects of Hp eradication therapy on intestinal microecology and the advantages of probiotics supplementation in Hp eradication therapy.

Objective To investigate the status of community type 2 diabetic patients with peripheral arterial disease,analyze the influencing factors and put forward nursing countermeasures.Methods 210 type 2 diabetic patients living in a community in Shanghai were enrolled in the investigation.ABI and arterial peak velocity were measured using Doppler blood flow detector,symptoms and signs of foot were assessed and related laboratory examinations,including HbA1c,HDL-C,LDL-C were tested.Results There were 49 cases of ABI ＜ 0.9.The proportion of abnormal color of foot skin,edema,abnormal pulsation of dorsal artery of foot and sense of coldness in group of ABI ＜ 0.9 were larger than group of ABI≥0.9.There was no statistical significance between the two groups in the pain at rest and intermittent claudication.Logistic stepwise regression analysis showed that age and LDL-C not up to the standard were risk factors of PAD and the peak of foot dorsal artery flow was a protective factor of PAD.Conclusions It's important to early screen for PAD and to adopt corresponding nursing measures on the basis of treatment.We hope to further prevent the development of PAD and effectively prevent diabetic foot.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the curative effect of Functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) who suffered with chronic rhinosinusitis by acoustic rhinometry. METHOD: We collected 60 patients who accepted FESS for chronic rhinosinusitis, and calculated the mean minimal cross-sectional area (MCSA), nasal volume (NV), nasal airway resistance (NAR) by acoustic rhinometry within endoscopy to estimate the curative effect of FESS. RESULT: Four weeks after FESS, the patients' ethmoid sinus,maxillary sinus,frontal sinus and sphenoid sinus were clear by endoscopy. Meanwhile, the mean MCSA and NV by acoustic rhinometry were increased, NAR by acoustic rhinometry were descended. There were significant differences between the quantitative levels before and 4 weeks after FESS. CONCLUSION As the determining methods of nasal function before and after FESS, acoustic rhinometry and endoscopy can be used to comprehensively evluate the curative effect of FESS.

This study aims to optimize the most effective component formula of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma on lung cancer A549 using the orthogonal design method, and to investigate its effects of the component formula on cell proliferation, apoptosis and cytoskeleton in lung cancer A549 cells. The orthogonal design method was introduced to optimize the most effective component formula of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma on lung cancer A549 cells. CCK-8 assay and Real-time cell analysis were adapted to analyze the effect of component formula of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma on A549 cells viability at different time and dose. Cell apoptosis was measured by Annexin V- FITC/PI double staining and flow cytometry. Cell skeleton protein F-actin was detected by high content screening (HCS). The optimizing component formula of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma for total salvianolic acid, total saponins of panax ginseng and ginseng polysaccharide doses were 5, 10, 5 mg L(-1). CCK-8 assay and real-time cell analysis demonstrated that the component formula of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma treatment could significantly decrease the A549 cell viability in both dose- and time-dependent manner compared with control group (P < 0.01). Moreover, the increase of cell apoptosis was detected by Annexin V-FITC/PI double staining and flow cytometry when cells treated with the component formula, which indicating that the component formula of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma could induce A549 cell apoptosis in a time-dependent manner compared with control group (P < 0.01). Furthermore, compared with control group, a significant decrease in A549 cell skeleton area was found in the component formula-exposed cells in the dose-dependent manner (P < 0.01). In summary, the component formula of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma inhibits A549 cell proliferation by inducing cell apoptosis and decreasing cell microfilament formation. All of these results will be helpful to reveal antitumor mechanism of the component formula of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, which provides a basis for the exploration of antitumor mechanism of the component formula on lung cancer.

BRICS has been dealing with the problem of increase in the number of the patients who require an-tiretroviral therapy and this therapy’s price-rise by promoting medicine to domestic production and reducing the impor-ted drug price. This paper reviewed the situation of BRICS HIV epidemic and prevention, anti-retroviral therapy drugs production and supply, drug security policy and strategy, and the following seven recommendations are straight forwarded to China based on the BRICS AIDS antiretroviral treatment coverage strategic comparison:(1) The estab-lishment of an ARV drugs co-ordination mechanism;(2) The reduction of the drug patent licenses while increasing the domestic generic drugs possibility;(3)Negotiations with the original research process of domestic pharmaceutical enterprises to obtain a voluntary license or speed up the technology transfer;(4) The use of antitrust laws to promote access to medicines for a voluntary license pharmacy localization; ( 5 ) If necessary, starting the compulsory medi-cines licensing to achieve localization;(6) Reducing the drug prices by bargain and negotiation;and (7) Strengthe-ning NGO built-in capacity.
