Densify of lumbar vertebra lumbar in rehabititation group in-creased than that of the control group( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion Exercise therapy was effective in preventing and treating osteoporosis in cli-macteric worrn.
5.Experience of Professor CHEN Hongyu in Treating Chronic Kidney Disease
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2017;41(8):692-695
[Objective]To discuss the clinical experiences and unique views of professor CHEN Hongyu in treating chronic kidney disease at the fifth stage (non-dialysis).[Method]To analyze the professor CHEN Hongyu's understanding about the pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease and her academic point of view that treating from spleen and kidney. To sum up the clinical experiences in treating CKD5 (non-dialysis) according to invigorating the spleen and kidney, and analyze typical clinical case. [Result] Professor CHEN Hongyu considers that the root cause of CKD is the spleen and kidney deficiency and often accompanied by pathogenic dampness or blood stasis or turbidity toxin. Also rheumatic is an important risk factor for prompting disease activity and protracted course, which is easy to cause kidney deficiency, renal bi and is usually poor for the prognosis. Professor CHEN Hongyu considers protecting spleen and stomach and invigorating the spleen and kidney as the fundamental law, making good use of application of modern technology, emphasizing the combination of macro and micro, treatment based on syndrome differentiation, which has obvious curative effect to remit or eliminate clinical symptoms in patients with chronic renal disease, beneficial to delay the progress of the renal function and improve life quality.[Conclusion] Professor CHEN Hongyu 's experience in treating chronic kidney disease fifth stage(non-dialysis) is worth learning and spreading.
6.Progress in study of matrix metalloproteinases and tumour invasion and metastasis
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(03):-
Invasion and metastasis are the distinct biological characterstics of cancer. They are the key factors influencing tumour patients' theraputic effect and prognosis. Recent study shows that metalloproteinases can facilitate tumour cell invasion and metastasis. In this review we evaluate the novel aspects of the function of matrix metalloproteinases in tumor invasion and metastasis. The regulation of the expression and activity of MMPs are summarized. The potential clinical application of metalloproteinase and their tissue inhibitors were also presented.
7.Cultivation of the general clinical ability of professional degree graduate students in stomatology
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2014;(8):774-777,778
How to cultivate oral medical graduate students with solid general medical founda-tion is still under exploration. There are some systematic, comprehensive and relatively weak limita-tions for different departments' rotations in training general clinical skills for professional degree post-graduates in stomatology. With the establishment of a comprehensive teacher group of oral medicine, prosthodontics and oral & maxillofacial surgery in department of general dentistry, students can be trained for general clinical thinking and skills, and the students' ability of general clinical practice has been strengthened via these programs. On the basis of postgraduate students' analysis of structures and learning interests and under the premise of upholding the uniform requirements, the individualized and hierarchical teaching has been conducted to the students, paying attention to stimulating their interest in learning. Besides, by way of a comprehensive assessment, students' academic performance has been objectively evaluated.

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2016;(3):344-345
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of combination detection of carcino‐embryonic antigen(CEA ) ,cytokeratin 19 fragment 21‐1(CYFR21‐1) ,neuron‐specific enolase(NSE) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) for early lung cancer and its correlation with clinical effects .Methods 69 cases of lung cancer were included into the lung cancer group and 50 cases of benign pulmonary disease were included into the lung benign disease group .All the patients were given bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL) .The chemiluminescence immunoassay was adopted to detect the levels of CEA ,CYFR21‐1 and NSE in BALF .The changes of tumor markers levels were compared between the two groups and among different clinical curative effects in the patients with lung cancer . Results The levels of CEA ,CYFR21‐1 and NSE in BALF of the lung cancer group were significantly higher than those of the be‐nign pulmonary disease group ,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0 .05) .The levels of tumor markers in the stage Ⅱ of lung cancer were higher than those in the stage Ⅰ of lung cancer ,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0 .05) ;the levels of CEA ,CYFR21‐1 and NSE in BALF were gradually increased with the decrease of clinical effect (P< 0 .05) ;the sensitivity and spe‐cificity of the combined detection of three tumor markers were 62 .3% and 82 .0% respectively ,which were significantly higher than those of any single tumor marker (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion The levels of CEA ,CYFR21‐1 and NSE in BALF of early lung cancer patients are obviously increased ,moreover which is closely correlated with the pathological stage of lung cancer ,the combined detec‐tion could contribute to improve the detection rate of early lung cancer and guide the evaluation of clinical effect .
