The anti-thyrotropin antibody (TSHab) in 29 normal subjects and 58 patients with Graves' disease (GD) with 125I-TSH as tracer. The TSHab indices were 0.85?0.22 in normal subjects, 1.47?0.35 (P0.05) in GD treated by antithyroid drugs. The result of staphylococus aureus Cowan I precipitation test showed that the antibodies binding to TSH belong to IgG. The existance of TSHab in GD suggested that the reaction of idiotype/anti-Jdiotype was involved in autoimmune mechanism of GD.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of percutaneous minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis(MIPPO) in treatment of senile proximal humeral fractures(SPHF).Methods The clinical data of 41 SPHF patients treated by MIPPO were analyzed retrospectively.The effect of surgery was evaluated by Neer scoring system.Results 41 patients were follow-up for 5 to 19 months (mean 11.6 months).Based on the Neer scoring criteria:the turn of excellent,good,fair or poor were 25 cases,12 cases,3 cases,1 case,the excellent rate was 90.2％.Never happened avascular necrosis of the humeral head,plate and screw fracture,nerve injury,fractures unhealed or delay healing and other negative phenomena.Conclusion The application of MIPPO in treatment of SPHF is easy to operate,little nerve damage,good fixed performance,high reliability,which is worthy of clinical application.

Objective] To summarize the clinical experience to treat threatened abortion with Zhejiang Chen Mushan Gynecology calming fetus. [Method] By analyzing the understanding of Chen’s Gynecology to etiology and pathogenesis of threaten abortion, to review typical cases and summarize its characteristic of treatment, to sum up the clinical experience of threatened abortion. [Result]The etiology of threaten abortion of Chen ’s Gynecology is due to fetus fire flaring up, qi and blood deficiency, spleen and kidney insufficiency, therefor causing fetus yuan qi not solid, fetus unease and/or threatened abortion. The paper introduces Chen’s miscarriage prevention and proposes to treat threatened abortion by focusing on tonifying qi and blood, strengthening kidney and spleen, clearing heat and cooling blood, integrating prevention with treatment, emphasizing in harmonizing in the treatment. [Conclusion] Chen’s treating method for threatened abortion by calming fetus has accumulated rich clinical experiences with strong characteristics, it is worth to inheritance and popularizing.

OBJECTIVE: To understand the vowel duration and statement reading of the adductor spasmodic dysphonia (ADSD) patients compared with their normal controls, and provide ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment. METHOD: Twenty-nine ADSD patients were included in the research, with 31 normal controls. All subjects filled in form voice handicap index (VHI) by themselves. Maximum phonetic time (MPT) and maximum loudness phonetic time(MLPT) were tested on /a/ sound for all patients. Also, all the patients were required to read aloud a standard mandarin assay named , duration were measured with Praat5. 0 software after sounds were collected. A one-way t-test was performed to compare spasmodic group with control group on VHI, MPT, MLPT and duration for reading standard sentences. Pearson/Spearman correlation was tested. Result: The VHI of the 29 ADSD patients is 89±12, and their normal controls 15±16, indicating that the VHI in ADSD group is significantly higher than in the control group(P<0. 01). The MPT of the ADSD group is(16. 9±9. 8 s), and the control group is (25. 3±10.0)s, indicating that MPT in the ADSD group is significantly shorter than the control group(P<0. 01). The MLPT of the ADSD group is (15.7±7. 6)s, and the control group is (26. 5±11. 4)s, indicating that MLPT in the ADSD group is significantly shorter than the control group (P<0. 01). The duration of standard sentence reading of the ADSD group is (55.0±14. 2)s, and the control group is (37. 8±4. 8)s, indicating that the duration of standard sentence reading in the ADSD group is significantly longer than the control group (P<0. 01). Correlation analysis showed that MPT and MLPT are related within the ADSD group(r=0. 697,P< 0.01), other indexes being tested have no significant correlations. CONCLUSION The voice disorder condition of the ADSD patients is significantly worse than normal people. Their pronunciations on continuous vowels are not lasting compared with normal people. In the meantime, their ability to read sentences is worse than normal people, needing longer time to complete the reading task. There is a significant correlation between MLPT and MPT, which can be used as an alternative to MPT.

Due to the limitation of length of stay, hospital costs, medical conditions, and other restrictions, the time in the hospital for rehabilitation therapy is limited for patients with stroke in the convalescent stage. They need to continue rehabilitation treatment at home after being discharged from hospital. The provision of rehabilitation for stroke patients is one of professional courses in community care. Community nurses guide for home-based rehabilitation through a variety of guidance methods plays a positive role in improving the quality of life of the patients.

Objective:To compare the caries removal efficiency of Carisolv with that of drilling in deciduous teeth.Methods:Thirty-two children,aged from 6 to 9 years,with symmetric coronal medium or deep caries in deciduous teeth,were involved in the clinical study.According to a split-mouth design,in each patient,caries tissue was removed by using a round bur on one side,and Carisolv on the other side.After caries removal,the teeth were restored with composite resin.Patients were asked to fill in a postoperative questionnaire,including patient acceptance of technique preference.6 months after operation the restorations were checked.Results:The time(min) for Carisolv caries removal and for drilling method were 4.33?1.25 and 2.58?0.82 respectively(P0.05).Conclusion:Carisolv is a time-consuming technique,but the majority of patients accepte Carisolv because of less pain.Carisolv may have no effect on the incidence of marginal microleakage and secondary caries.

In order to study the influencing factors of clinical teaching quality,students studying in non-affiliated hospitals,clinical teachers,teaching management personnel in hospitals and university were investigated as study subjects with Delphi Method.Suggestions were put forward that non-affiliated hospitals should improve the construction of the teaching staff,emphasize the teaching management,and strengthen students' education and management for improving clinical teaching quality in non-affiliated hospitals.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of ray protective agent which prevented radiation dermatitis in head carcinoma patients.Methods 112 patients which prevented radiation dermatitis in head carcinoma patients were divided into the two groups by the single-blind random method.The treated group of 60 patients received the spray of ray protective agent on the radiated skin area 30 min prior and after the radiation exposure with health education,and the control group of 52 patients without any treatment for protection,except health education.The radiation-induced skin damage was observed and the incidence of skin damage was assessed.Results The incidence of 2 and 3 degree skin reaction of the treated group were 15 cases(25.0％) and 4 cases(6.7％),and the incidence of 2 and 3 degree skin reaction of the control group were 21 cases(40.4％) and 28 cases(53.8％),the difference between the two groups had statistical significance(x2 =48.902,24.113,all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Ray protective agent is an effective way in reducing the degree of radiation dermatitis,which can relieve pain and improve the quality of life.

The significance of strengthening the construction of teaching staff in non-affiliated hospitals was discussed. Combined with the problems in strengthening the construction of teaching staff, some countermeasures were put forward, such as emphasizing on teaching, enhancing teaching awareness, improving teaching institutions and teaching rules, selecting teaching staff with high standards, strengthening teacher's teaching ability, establishing teaching quality guarantee system and teaching stimulating mechanism.
