1. Identification of Zanthoxyli Radix and its adulterants using ITS2 barcoding
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2013;44(15):2150-2154
Objective: ITS2 barcoding was used to discriminate Zanthoxyli Radix and its adulterants to ensure the quality and clinical safety of this Chinese materia medica. Methods: The internal transcribed spacer 2 (ITS2) regions were amplified and sequenced bi-directionally. Then the obtained sequences were assembled using the CodonCode Aligner. The ITS2 regions were obtained using the hidden Markov model (HMM)-based annotation methods. The genetic distances of the ITS2 regions were computed in accordance with the kimura 2-parameter (K2P) model and Neighbor-joining (NJ) phylogenetic trees were constructed using MEGA5.0. Results: The length of ITS2 sequences of the plants in Zanthoxyli Radix and its adulterants were between 224 and 227 bp. Their mean intraspecific genetic distance (K2P distance) was lower than their mean interspecific genetic distance with the adulterants. The NJ trees showed that the roots of Zanthoxyli Radix could be easily distinguished from its adulterants. Conclusion: ITS2 barcode could be used to identify the roots of Zanthoxyli Radix and its adulterants effectively, and provide the important molecular evidence for the authentication of germplasm resources.

Results The intervention of patients before, there were no significant difference between the two groups of patients' quality of life and life ability score, after grouping after intervention in observation group were significantly better than the control group patients were compared between the two groups; for the intervention of the satisfaction rate of visible, The proportion of patients in the observation group 97.5% was significantly higher than the control group of 72.5% patients, showed significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The psychological intervention analysis find application in patients with advanced lung cancer in chemotherapy, the chemotherapy effect can help to reflect, consolidate the therapeutic effect, improve the quality of life of patients, improve the patients for nursing recognition, therefore it is worthy of reference.
6.Effect of microsomal triglyceride transfer protein(MTP) gene polymorphism on angiopathy in type 2 diabetes
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2006;14(2):98-100
Objective To investigate the relationship of MTP gene variation with type 2 diabetic angiopathy. Methods PCR and restriction-fragment-length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) analysis and gene sequencing were used to investigate the influence of a common MTP gene polymorphism in promoter region on diabetic macroangiopathy. Results (1) A single nucleotide mutation of G→T was detected at 493 bp of upstream from the transcriptional start point. There was a significant difference in genotype frequency(χ2=9.162,P=0.01) and T allele frequency(χ2=10.322,P=0.001) between macroangiopathy group and non-macroangiopathy group.(2) MTP-493 TT group had the significantly higher serum levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, VLDL-C and lower HDL-C than other genotype groups.(3) Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that T allele, age, disease duration, diastolic blood pressure and total cholesterol were independent risk factors against type 2 diabetic macroangiopathy. The HDL-C level was negatively related with diabetic macroangiopathy. Conclusions MTP-493 TT genotype may be deeply involved in production of atherogenic dyslipidemia and associated with development of macroangiopathy in type 2 diabetic subjects.
7.The role of montelukast in the prevention and treatment of bronchopulmonary dysplasia in premature infants
International Journal of Pediatrics 2021;48(9):619-622
Bronchopulmonary dysplasia is one of the most common chronic respiratory diseases in premature infants, especially in very low birth weight infants.Lung immaturity, inflammatory injury, oxidative stress and abnormal repair after injury are the important factors.Leukotriene is an inflammatory mediator of 5-lipoxygenase pathway and participates in the occurrence of bronchopulmonary dysplasia.Montelukast, as a leukotriene receptor antagonist, may play a role in the treatment of bronchopulmonary dysplasia through anti-inflammation, anti-oxidation and anti-fibrosis.This article will review the potential mechanism and related clinical researches of montelukast which is used in treating bronchopulmonary dysplasia.
8.Research on collaborative innovation in traditional Chinese medicine of China based on patent cooperation network.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(6):1212-1218
In the situation of global completion, collaborative innovation is becoming increasingly important because its advantage in risk avoiding and innovation efficiency. In order to explore the model of collaborative innovation and its evolution in traditional Chinese medicine of China, the cooperation in traditional Chinese medicine patents of China from 1985 to 2013 has been analyzed by using the method of scientometrics and social network analysis. It is proved that, though the number of grated cooperative patents has increased sharply during the last thirty years, the degree of cooperation innovation in traditional Chinese medicine of China is still not high. Moreover, in spite of the individual subject' s leading role in the past domestic collaborative innovation in traditional Chinese medicine of China, the institutions have been more and more powerful and achieved great improvement. At last, core institutions, represented by universities have played an important role in the collaborative innovation of domestic institutions, because they are key links between many institutions and promote the transferring and diffusion of knowledge.
