To obtain ginsenoside Rg1 molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) separating materials with high selectivity, enrichment and adsorption performance through directional separation of ginsenoside Rg1 and analogues. In this study, MIPs were respectively prepared by precipitation polymerization and surface imprinted polymerization. Their adsorption performances were compared. The results showed that ginsenoside Rg1 MIPs prepared by the above two methods had a high adsorption performance to template molecules, with the maximum apparent adsorbing capacity of up to 27.74, 46. 80 mg x g(-1), respectively. Moreover, MIPs prepared by surface imprinted polymerization showed higher adsorption capacity than that by precipitation polymerization. The experimental results indicated that as for ginsenoside Rg1 with higher polarity, MIPs prepared by surface imprinted polymerization showed higher selectivity and adsorption performance, which provides provide important reference for preparing imprinted polymers with good adsorption performance with active molecules with strong polarity.

3.Research progress on intracellular metabolites based on metabolomics.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2012;47(8):978-985
Being an essential component of systematic biology, metabolomics has received attention in recent years. It is a post genomic technology aimed at qualitative and quantitative analysis of all low molecular-mass metabolites present in complex biological samples, and mainly investigates the change of endogenous metabolites of a stimulated or disturbed biological system. Investigations into intracellular endogenous metabolites in metabolomics have great advancement in recent years. This review outlines the progress of metabolomics in cell culture analysis including sample preprocessing methods and metabolite target analysis, metabolic profiling analysis, metabolomics analysis and metabolic footprinting analysis.

In order to optimize extraction process conditions of tannins from Geranium orientali-tibeticum by supercritical CO2, the content of tannins was determined by phosphomolybdium tungsten acid-casein reaction, with extraction pressure, extraction temper- ature and extraction time as factors, the content of tannins from extract of G. orientali-tibeticum as index, technology conditions were optimized by orthogonal test. Optimum technology conditions were as follows: extraction pressure was 25 MPa, extraction temperature was 50 °C, extracted 1.5 h. The content of tannins in extract was 12.91 mg x g(-1), extract rate was 3.67%. The method established could be used for assay the contents of tannin in G. orientali-tibeticum. The circulated extraction was an effective extraction process that was stable and feasible, and that provides a way of the extraction process conditions of tannin from G. orientali-tibeticum.

It is the objective of this study to develop dynamic predictive model for the extraction process of red Ginseng using NIR spectroscopy. NIR spectroscopy was collected online and PLSR models were developed for total quantity of ginsenosides. The performance of NIR prediction model achieved R, RMSEC, RMSEP of 0.996 09, 0.018 9, 0.016 8, respectively. A first order dynamic mass transfer model was combined with NIR prediction of the quality indicator to predict the trajectory of the extraction process based upon the initial 3 or 4 data points. The results showed good agreement with actual measurements indicating reasonable accuracy of the predictive model. It could potentially be used for advanced predictive control of the extraction process.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2009;34(5):560-563
OBJECTIVETo develop a green and rapid method for extraction of lobetyolin from C. pilosula.
METHODExtraction of lobetyolin from C. pilosula with supercritical carbon dioxide in the presence of ethanol was studied. The effects of pressure, temperature, volume of cosolvent and extraction time on efficiency and their interactive relationships were discussed, based on central composite design and response surface methodology (RSM).
RESULTThe key effect factor was volume of cosolvent. The extraction yield of lobetyolin was 0.078 6 mg x g(-1) when C. pilosula (40-60 mesh) was extracted at 30 MPa, 60 degrees C and 2 L x min(-1) (as CO2 in normal pressure and temperature) for 100 minutes with supercritical CO2 and 1 mL x min(-1) ethanol as dynamic cosolvent.
CONCLUSIONThis result is better than that obtained from traditional method. Therefore, the optimized process is valuable for extraction of lobetyolin from C. pilosula.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(7):1296-1299
For further improving the extraction efficiency of microwave extraction, a microwave-assisted contijuous extraction (MACE) device has been designed and utilized. By contrasting with the traditional methods, the characteristics and extraction efficiency of MACE has also been studied. The method was validated by the analysis of the triterpenoids in Ganoderma lucidum. The extraction conditions of MACE were: using 95% ethanol as solvent, microwave power 200 W and radiation time 14.5 min (5 cycles). The extraction results were subsequently compared with traditional heat reflux extraction ( HRE) , soxhlet extraction (SE), ultrasonic extraction ( UE) as well as the conventional microwave extraction (ME). For triterpenoids, the two methods based on the microwaves (ME and MACE) were in general capable of finishing the extraction in 10, 14.5 min, respectively, while other methods should consume 60 min and even more than 100 min. Additionally, ME can produce comparable extraction results as the classical HRE and higher extraction yield than both SE and UE, however, notably lower extraction yield than MASE. More importantly, the purity of the crud extract by MACE is far better than the other methods. MACE can effectively combine the advantages of microwave extraction and soxhlet extraction, thus enabling a more complete extraction of the analytes of TCMs in comparison with ME. And therefore makes the analytic result more accurate. It provides a novel, high efficient, rapid and reliable pretreatment technique for the analysis of TCMs, and it could potentially be extended to ingredient preparation or extracting techniques of TCMs.

OBJECTIVEThe approach of this paper is make extracting solution' clarity achieve the request level and reduce the pollution of resinic columns through improved technical procedure. Silkworm dropping have sediment with alcohol extract and acid precipitation, affect the clarify performance quality, and polysaccharide and protein in extracting solution is badly for resinic columns in purification process.
METHODAdded freeze-thaw pretreatment in clarified process and researched three thaw methods effect on clarify performance of extracting solution with silkworm dropping. The adding effects were evaluated by content of polysaccharide and protein, transmittance and the yield of active ingredients during this adding process.
RESULTThrough comparing researches of three thaw methods, the microwave thaw method was the best approach.
CONCLUSIONAdding freeze-thaw pretreatment in clarify process is not only can improve the clarity of extracting solution with silkworm dropping on ideal level, reduce pollution of resinic columns, but also remain ideally the active ingredients.
