1.The Application of CR Imaging System in Conventional Pantomography Equipment
Journal of Practical Radiology 2000;0(12):-
Objective To introduce a simple and practical digital equipment for photographic children's oral cavity. Methods Using the existing panoura ULTRA pantomography dental equipment, its axletree pole of imaging carrier bracket and the position of the handle of film box were improved,as a result, the traditional intensifying screen film was changed into the IP board carrying digital X-ray imaging to take pictures and using FCR5000R to read the IP board, and then the acquired images were dealt with through terminal processor, and printed with FUJIFILM DRY PIX7000 laser camera to print.Consequently, the clear digital tooth image with high quality were got. Results 200 children were examined randomly with the improved pantomography dental equipment. The excellent image guality was up to 98%.Conclusion The improved pantomography dental equipment is of advantages, and it should be of a promising future in the field of oral cavity clinic, scientific research and teaching.
2.Improvement of Image Carrier Bracket of Orthopantomograph Dental Machine
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(11):-
Objective To introduce a kind of simple and practical digital dental photographic equipment. Methods PanouraULTRA Orthopantomograph dental equipment was adopted to improve its axletree pole of imaging carrier bracket and the position of the handle of film box, so as to make it possible to change the traditional screen film into the IP board carrying digital X-ray imaging to take pictures. By reading the IP board with FCR5000R read implement, dealing with the acquired images through terminal processor, and then using FUJIFILM DRY PIX7000 laser camera to print, a highly clear digital tooth image with high quality would be got. Results Taking Orthopantomograph photos with the improved imaging carrier bracket, successful photos were over 98% of the total. Conclusion This applied machine is characterized by several advantages as follows: appropriate design, convenient operation, low cost, energy-saving and environment protection; high quality of imaging and low quantity of radiation. It can be combined with PACS, which is convenient for distant consultation. This equipment has a promising future in the fields of clinical oral cavity, scientific research and teaching.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(10):-
Objective To study the clinical application value of multi-slice spiral CT iliac venography. Methods The iliac venography with multi-slice spiral CT was performed in 50 cases.150 mgI/ml contrast medium at 2.5~3.0 ml/s was administered via the veins of dorsum of foot and the delayed time was 16~22 s,the images were reconstructed by several methods. The imaging quality and imaging characteristic of iliac vein disease were analyzed. Results Helical CT venography was performed successfully in all patients.Venography showed vein complete occlusion in 31 cases, vessel stenosis or filling defect in 9 cases, normally in 10 cases. The quality of images included:excellent 24%(12/50),good 60%(30/50),bad 16%(8/50),the collectivity was 84%(42/50).Conclusion The multi-slice spiral CT iliac venography is of certain clinical applied value.

OBJECTIVETo establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of the content of ginsenoside Rg1 in the rabbits aqueous humor, blood and ocular tissues, which were given intragastric administration with the co-xueshuantong soft capsules. The drug concentration in rabbits at different times after oral administration has been determined and the pharmacokinetics characteristics has been researched.
METHODThe compound xueshuantong soft capsules were administrated to the healthy New Zealand rabbits by gavage (10 mg x kg(-1) per rabbit). The concentration of Ginseng Rg1 in aqueous humor, blood and ocular tissues at different time was determined by RP-HPLC.
RESULTRP-HPLC can be established for the determination of ginsenoside Rg1 in the rabbits aqueous humor, blood, ocular tissue. The calibration of curves was linear within the range of 7.60-152.0 mg x L(-1) (r = 0.999 6) for ginsenoside Rg1 in aqueous humor and the calibration of curves were linear within the range of 10.35-103, 50 mg x L(-1) (r = 0.999 8) for ginsenoside Rg1 in blood. Determination of the recovery rate to meet the requirements.
CONCLUSIONThe ginsenosides Rg1 could transmit the blood-ocular barrier into the eyes and reach a certain concentration. The research provides a theoretical and experimental basis for the systemic administration of compound Xueshuantong to treat eye diseases.
