Objeetive :
The epidemiological characteristics of confirmed cases of the 2019 novel coronavirus diseases (COVID-19) which was reported in Wenzhou by February 28,2020 were described and analyzed to provide evidence for prevention and control measures in next stage.
Methods:
The field investigation method was employed on all suspected and confirmed cases. The data of time, spatial and population distribution, source of infection and detective routes of all confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Wenzhou were collected and extracted from the reports of field investigation and the National Diseases Prevention and Control Information System.
Results:
As of February 20,2020,504 confirmed cases of COVID-19 were diagnosed in Wenzhou, which included one death case. Among all 13 counties, the highest number of confirmed cases were distributed in Yueqing,Ruian and Lucheng. Among 504 cases, the male to female ratio was reported as 1.14:1. The youngest case was 2 years old while the oldest case was 93 years old. Most of the confirmed cases were among people between the ages of 25 and 64 years old. The most common occupation of the confirmed cases was businessman, which accounts for 29.76% (150 cases). Clinical symptoms of the first confirmed case of COVID-19 in Wenzhou occurred on January 4, 2020. Approximately 70% of cases had the first symptoms from January 19 to February 1. The daily number of new cases on January 24 and January 26 were the highest while the number of new cases per day declined significantly after February 2, and there were no new cases after February 14. Among all confirmed cases, the infection source of 61.71% cases were related to Wuhan. As of February 20, 2020, a total of 79 clusters were reported in Wenzhou, which involved 330 cases. Approximately 30% of confirmed cases came to hospitals unaccompanied by community staffs, and cases which confirmed after February 13 were basically found in central isolation locations or by grid checkers.
Conclusions
The main reason for the high case numbers of COVID-19 in Wenzhou, in Zhejiang province, was the high number of wenzhou citizens who work in Wuhan. Imported cases account for the most confirmed cases during the early period, while mainly confirmed cases were local cases during the middle and late periods. The outcomes suggest the prevention and control measures employed by Wenzhou government, which included closed-loop control and quantitative control, have achieved remarkable results and the epidemic of COVID-19 in Wenzhou has been initially controlled.

Objective:To investigate the effects of sodium selenite on the motor function and antioxidant capacity of substantia nigra in Parkinson's disease (PD) rats. Methods:A total of 48 male SD rats with 0 score in pole test were selected, 8 of which were used as control group (group I) and the remaining 40 rats were intraperitoneally injected with MPTP for 7 days to establish the PD model. The 24 PD rats with successful modeling were selected out by behavioral analysis, and randomly divided into MPTP group (group Ⅱ), MPTP+ 0.05 mg/kg Se group (group Ⅲ), MPTP+ 0.1 mg/kg Se group (group Ⅳ), with 8 rats in each group. After 30 days of gavage, the behaviors of lipid peroxides in the substantia nigra, the activities of glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase, pathological changes in the substantia nigra. The number of TH + cells and TH mRNA levels in each group were analyzed. Results:Compared with group Ⅰ, the number of crossing of group II was significantly decreased((95.40±14.66), (6.11±4.17), P<0.05), and rearing was significantly decreased and the score of pole test was significantly increased ( P<0.05). MDA content was significantly increased((4.02±0.62), (12.75±1.59), P<0.05). The activity of SOD and GSH-Px decreased significantly( P<0.05). The number of neurons in nigra decreased, the number of TH + cells and the expression level of TH mRNA decreased significantly( P<0.05). Compared with group II, group III and group IV showed a significant increase in open field test((88.80±24.61), (38.86±19.77), P<0.05), and a significant decrease in pole test scores ( P<0.05). MDA content in group Ⅲ was significantly reduced ( P<0.05). SOD and GSH-Px activity increased significantly ( P<0.05). The nerve cells in the substantia nigra region had complete structure and orderly arrangement, and the number of TH + cells and the expression level of TH mRNA were significantly increased ( P<0.05). There was no difference in MDA content in group.SOD and GSH-Px activity increased, but the difference was not significant. The number of TH + cells increased, but the difference was not significant. Conclusion:It suggests that 0.05 mg/kg of sodium selenite can significantly improve the motor function of PD rats and enhance the antioxidant capacity of substantia nigra, so as to protect neurons in the substantia nigra.

Objective To explore the potential influencing factors and complex pathways affecting rehabilitation effect for children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD)from the perspective of parental efficacy in doctor-patient communication, and to provide evidence for improving the quality of rehabilitation service for children with ASD. Methods An anonymous face-to-face questionnaire survey was conducted to collect general demographic information of parents of children with ASD at designated rehabilitation institutions in Gansu province. The data included paren-tal efficacy in doctor-patient communication, parental compliance of treatment and children's rehabilitation out-comes were collected.A structural equation model was used to explore the impact mechanism of parental commu-nication efficacy on the rehabilitation outcomes of children with ASD. Results Data from 519 parents at 37 rehabilitation institutions across 13 cities/counties in Gansu province were collect-ed.Significant positive correlations were found between parental efficacy in doctor-patient communication,doc-tor-patient relationships, parental compliance with treatment and rehabilitation outcomes for children with ASD(P<0.05).Through structural equation model analysis, the standardized direct effect of children with ASD from parents'doctor-patient communication efficacy was 0.151(P=0.023).The mediating effect of doctor-patient rela-tionship and parental compliance with treatment were 0.160(P=0.001)and 0.111(P=0.001),respectively,with a chained mediating effect of 0.035(P=0.001).The pathway"parental efficacy in doctor-patient communica-tion → doctor-patient relationship → ASD child's rehabilitation outcome"accounted for the highest proportion of the total mediating effect,at 52.29%. Conclusion Parental doctor-patient communication efficacy may positively impact on the rehabilitation outcomes of chil-dren with ASD directly, and indirectly through the doctor-patient relationship and parental compliance with treat-ment.Rehabilitation institutions should focus on fostering parental communication skills and enhancing high-quality and humanized rehabilitation services.
