The field medical station in military hospital plays an important role in the military logistic system. To better accomplish the duty of medical support mission, the problems of medical equipment and material store house management in the field medical station are discussed. Some targeted suggestions are introduced from daily management and the use of equipment respectively. It can be used as reference for other military hospitals to accomplish different medical support tasks.

2.Clinical research of percutaneous vertebroplasty combined with strontium-89 on patients with spinal malignant tumors

Objective This study aims to investigate the clinical value of percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP)combined with strontium-89 (89 Sr)on patients with spinal malignant tumor.Methods Seventy four patients who were diagnosed as spinal malig-nant tumor were divided into two groups randomly.37 patients of the control group were treated by PVP only,and 37 patients of joint group were treated by PVP and 89 Sr together.Then the clinical effect of the joint group and control group was compared after treatment.Results After treatment,the quality of life,ratio of pain relief,clinical effect and survival time in joint group were dis-tinctly better than control group (P <0.05).Conclusion PVP combined with 89 Sr can be an effective and safe treatment for pa-tients with spinal malignant tumor.
3.Clinical observation of body acupuncture combined with FANG's scalp acupuncture for limb dysfunction in the remission stage of stroke

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of body acupuncture combined with FANG's scalp acupuncture in treating limb dysfunction in the remission stage of stroke and explore the mechanism. Methods:Sixty patients in the remission stage of stroke with limb dysfunction were divided into a control group and a treatment group using the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture based on the conventional rehabilitation treatment,and the treatment group was additionally offered FANG's scalp acupuncture.The interventions were conducted once daily with 10 sessions as 1 course.The Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)and Barthel index(BI)scores and serum malondialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)levels were compared after 2 treatment courses,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results:After treatment,the FMA and BI scores increased in both groups(P<0.05)and were higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Both groups showed a decreased MDA level and an increased SOD level after the intervention,all showing statistical significance(P<0.05);there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Based on the conventional rehabilitation treatment,ordinary acupuncture used alone or in combination with FANG's scalp acupuncture can lower the oxidative stress level and improve limb function in treating limb dysfunction in the remission stage of stroke;body acupuncture plus FANG's scalp acupuncture can produce better results.
4.Expression and correlation of Fascin-1 and EGFR in hormone receptor-positive breast cancer

Objective To explore the expression and correlation of Fascin-1 and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in hormone receptor-positive breast cancer.Methods The immunohistochemical technique,EnVision method,was used to evaluate the expression of Fascin-1 and EGFR in 294 cases of hormone receptor-positive breast cancer,which contains 290 cases of estrogen receptor (ER) positive and 244 cases of progestrone receptor (PR) positive.According to ER,PR,Epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2),and Ki-67 status,all cases of hormone receptor-positive breast cancer were categorized into 2 subtypes:160 cases of luminal A and 134 cases of luminal B.Results Fascin-1 and EGFR protein positive rates in hormone receptor-positive breast cancer was 13.9% (41/294) and 30.6% (90/294),respectively.Fascin-1 positive rate was significantly higher in EGFR positive cases (30.0%,27/90) than in EGFR negative cases (6.9%,14/204) (x2 =27.857,P =0.000).In the ER positive and PR positive cases,Fascin-1 positive rates were both significantly higher in EGFR positive cases than in EGFR negative cases (x2 =29.23,P =0.000;x2 =27.596,P =0.000,respectively).In the Luminal A and Luminal B subtype,Fascin-1 positive rates were also both significantly higher in EGFR positive cases than in EGFR negative cases (x2 =23.247,P=0.000;x2 =5.325,P=0.021,respectively).Conclusions EGFR signal pathway may positive regulate Fascin-1 expression in hormone receptor-positive breast cancer.
5.The expression of Resistin protein in breast cancer and its clinicopathological significance

Objective:To study the expression of Resistin protein in breast cancer and to evaluate its significance to clinicopathology.Methods:The immunohistochemical technique, EnVision method, was used to evaluate the expression of Resistinin in 42 cases of normal breast tissues and 145 cases of breast cancer, and to analyze the relationship between Resistin protein expression and clinicopathological characteristics and molecular typing of invasive breast cancer patients.Results:The positive rate and strong positive rate of Resistin protein in normal breast tissue were 23.8% (10/42) and 0.0% (0/42) , respectively, while the positive rate and strong positive rate in invasive breast cancer were 88.3% (128/145) and 24.8% (36/145) . The positive rate and strong positive rate of Resistin protein in invasive breast cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in normal breast tissues (both P=0.000) . The positive rate of Resistin protein in invasive breast cancer was significantly higher in estrogen receptor (ER) -negative patients than in ER-positive patients ( P=0.006) , and it was higher in histological grade III and progesterone receptor (PR) -negative subjects than that of I-II and PR-positive, but the difference was not statistically significant ( P=0.053 and P=0.058, respectively) . The strong positive rate of Resistin protein in histological grade III, ER negative, PR negative and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) positive was significantly higher than that in histological grade I-II, ER positive, PR positive and HER2 negative ( P=0.001, P=0.001, P=0.001, and P=0.015, respectively) .The positive rate and strong positive rate of Resistin protein in triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) were significantly higher than those in other breast cancer subtypes ( P=0.048 and P=0.003, respectively) . Conclusion:Resistin plays an important role in the development of breast cancer and is expected to be a potential anti-cancer therapy biologic marker.
6.Molecular mechanism of high-altitude hypoxia-induced lipid metabolism disorder in mouse spleen tissue

Objective To investigate the molecular mechanism of lipid metabolism disorder in mouse spleen tissues due to high-altitude hypoxia.Methods Ten C57BL/6 male mice were randomly divided into normoxia group(maintained at an altitude of 400 m)and high-altitude hypoxia group(maintained at 4200 m)for 30 days(n=5).Lipidomics and metabolomics analyses of the spleen tissue of the mice were conducted using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)to identify the differential metabolites,which were further analyzed by KEGG enrichment and pathway analyses,and the differential genes were screened through transcriptome sequencing.Bioinformatics analysis was conducted to identify the upstream target genes of the differential metabolites in specific metabolic pathways.RT-qPCR and Western blotting were used to detect mRNA expressions of 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase 1(HSD11B1),steroid 5α reductase 1(SRD5A1),prostaglandin-endoperoxide synthase 1(PTGS1),hematopoietic prostaglandin D synthetase(HPGDS),xanthine dehydrogenase(XDH),purine nucleoside phosphorylase(PNP),hypoxanthine guanine-phosphoribosyltransferase(HPRT)and extracellular 5'-nucleotidase(NT5E)and protein expressions of HSD11B1,SRD5A1,XDH,PNP and HPRT in the mouse spleens.Results We identified a total of 41 differential lipid metabolites in the mouse spleens,and these metabolites and the differential genes were enriched in steroid hormone biosynthesis,arachidonic acid metabolism,and purine metabolism pathways.Compared to the mice kept in normoxic conditions,the mice exposed to high-altitude hypoxia showed significantly upregulated expressions of adrenosterone,androsterone,prostaglandin D2,prostaglandin J2,xanthine,xanthosine,and uric acid in the spleen with also changes in the expression levels of HSD11B1,SRD5A1,PTGS1,HPGDS,XDH,PNP,HPRT,and NT5E.Conclusion High-altitude hypoxia can result in lipid metabolism disorder in mouse spleen tissue by affecting steroid hormone biosynthesis,arachidonic acid metabolism,and purine metabolism pathways.

9.Diagnostic value of CT texture analysis in the quantification of radiological phenotype for pancreatic cystadenoma

Objective To provide objective parameters for differentiating pancreatic cystic tumors via using computed tomography texture analysis (CTTA) to quantify the special imaging features of pancreatic cystadenomas.Methods Enhanced CT images of pancreas from patients who were admitted in Department of Radiology in First Hospital affiliated with Zhejiang University and First People's Hospital of Hangzhou City and pathologically diagnosed as pancreatic serous cystadenomas (n =48) and mucinous cystadenomas (n =34) from January 2009 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.Regions of interest were drawn on the parenchymal phase CT images in 5 slices according to the border of the tumors.Mean grey level intensity (M),variance (V),entropy (E),skewness (Ske) and kurtosis (Kur) were obtained from fine texture (σ =1.0) to coarse texture (σ =2.5).Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve for texture parameters with statistically difference was drawn,and the area under curve (AUC),diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were calculated.The diagnostic accuracy of senior and junior doctors was compared with the traditional CT analysis method.Results Reliability coefficient of the two radiologists was 0.809 ~ 0.997 with high consistency.Compared with mucinous cystic tumors,serous cystadenomas had a significantly different V (5.93 ± 9.02 vs 1.29±0.62),E (2.39±0.61 vs2.02±0.39) and Kur(30.18 ±42.55 vs 8.80-±4.34) in Ske0 of 2.5 (P <0.05),and there were no statistically significant differences on other parameters.The AUC of differential parameters for diagnosing two kinds of cystic tumors ranged from 0.56 to 0.84.The diagnostic accuracy of the traditional CT analysis method by junior doctor and senior radiologist was 60% and 71%,respectively.Conclusions CTTA can not only effectively quantify the heterogeneity of pancreatic cystadenomas,but also is effective in the differentiation.
10.Expression of EGFR in breast cancer and its correlation to molecular subtyping and hormone receptor status

Objective To study the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor 1 (EGFR) protein in breast cancer and its correlation to molecular subtyping and hormone receptor status.Methods 467 cases of breast cancer were included.According to ER,PR,HER2,and Ki-67 status,the cases were categorized into 4 molecular subtypes,including 185 cases of luminal A,109 cases of luminal B,76 cases of HER2-enriched,and 70 cases of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC).According to ER and PR status,the cases were divided into 4 subtypes,including 240 cases of ER+/PR+,50 cases of ER+/PR-,4 cases of ER-/PR+,and 173 cases of ER-/PR-.Results EGFR protein expression rates in Luminal A,Luminal B,HER2-enriched and TNBC were 16.8%(31/185),54.1%(59/109),97.4%(74/76),78.6%(55/70),respectively.The EGFR expression in HER2-enriched was significantly higher than those in TNBC,Luminal B and Luminal A(P<0.01),and EGFR expression in TNBC was significantly higher than those in Luminal B and Luminal A (P<0.01),furthermore,EGFR expression in Luminal B was significantly higher than that in Luminal A (P<0.01).EGFR protein expression rates in ER+/PR+ subtype,ER+/PR-subtype,ER-/PR+ subtype and ER-/PR-subtype were 25.4% (61/240),52.0% (26/50),75.0% (3/4),88.4%(153/173),respectively.The EGFR expression in ER-/PR-subtype was significantly higher than in ER+/PR+ subtype and ER+/PR-subtype (P<0.01),and EGFR expression in ER+/PR-subtype was significantly higher than that in ER+/PR+ subtype (P<0.01).EGFR protein expression rate was higher in ER-/PR-subtype than in ER-/PR+ subtype,and EGFR protein expression rate was higher in ER-/PR+ subtype than that in ER+/PR+ subtype and ER+/PR-subtype,but all of the difference were not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion EGFR protein expression is closely related to breast cancer molecular subtyping and negative hormone receptor expression,which is a potential biomarker of anti-breast cancer therapy.
