Objective To study the expressions of casein kinase 2α(Ck2α),β-catenin, survivin in ovarian cancer tissue and analyze the relationships between them, and to explore the clinical application value. Methods Immunohistochemistry staining was used to detect the expressions of Ck2α,β-catenin and survivin in 8 cases of simple ovarian cysts tissue,8 cases of ovarian benign tumor tissue and 29 cases of ovarian cancer tissue;the correlations of the expressions of Ck2α,β-catenin,survivin in ovarian cancer tissue and their associations with the clinicopathologic characteristics were analyzed. Results The expression levels of Ck2α,β-catenin and survivin in ovarian cancer tissue were significantly higher than those in simple ovarian cysts tissue and ovarian benign tumor tissue(P<0.05);the Ck2αexpression level in ovarian cancer tissue was positively corelated with the expression levels ofβ-catenin and survivin(r=0.438,r=0.479,P<0.05);the expression levels of Ck2α,β-catenin and survivin in low-medium differentiation group were significantly higher than those in high differentiation group (P<0.05);the expression levels of Ck2α,β-catenin and survivin in stagesⅡandⅢ group were significantly higher than those in stage Ⅰ group(P<0.05).Conclusion The protein expression levels of Ck2α,β-catenin and survivin are increased in ovarian cancer tissue, and three are positive corelations between them;Ck2α,β-catenin and survivin may play an important role in the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer;the combined detection of them has important clinical value.

The chemical constituents of Safflower injection were isolated and purified by polyamide, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS column chromatographies and preparative HPLC. As a result, sixteen compounds have been isolated. Based on the spectral data analysis, their structures were elucidated as scutellarin (1), kaempferol-3-O-β-rutinoside(2), hydroxysafflor yellow A(3), rutin (4), coumalic acid(5), adenosine(6), syringoside(7), (3E)-4-(4'-hydroxyphenyl)-3-buten-2-one(8), (8Z)-decaene-4, 6-diyne-1-Oβ-D-glucopyranoside(9), 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde (10), (2E, 8E) -tetradecadiene-4, 6-diyne-1, 12, 14-triol-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (11), kaem-pferol-3-O-β-sophorose (12), uridine (13), roseoside (14), cinnamic acid (15), and kaempferol (16). Compounds 1,2,7,9,11 and 12 were isolated from the Safflower injection for the first time. The anti-platelet aggregation activities of the isolated compounds were assayed. The results indicated all tested compounds exhibited potent activity except for 5, while 2, 3, 9 and 12 showed strong activity against platelet aggregation.

OBJECTIVETo study the chemical constituents in seeds of Helicia nilagirica.
METHODThe ethanol extract was seperated by petroleum ether, dichloromethane, n-butanol in sequence, then isolated by silica gel column chromatography. The structures were identified and elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.
RESULTFive compounds were isolated from the dichloromethane and n-butanol extracts, identified as p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (1), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (2), gallic acid (3), helicide (4), 4-formylpymyl-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (5).
CONCLUSIONAll the compounds except IV were isolated from the plant for the first time. The compounds I, II and III were isolated from the genus Helicia for the first time.

Chinese Journal of Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Diseases 2012;30(2):115-118
OBJECTIVETo evaluate the comprehensive workplace health promotion intervention effect in a pharmaceutical company.
METHODSThe evaluation was conducted by using questionnaires, access to information, on-site surveys, satisfaction surveys and interviews.
RESULTSAfter the intervention, the awareness rate of the staff on "Occupational Disease Prevention Law", occupational disease prevention measures, the definition of hypertension, HIV transmission and high blood pressure, coronary heart disease preventive measures, have been raised from 72.4%, 13.8%, 67.5%, 45.8%, 51.7% to 97.8%, 19.9%, 82.3%, 94.7%, 53.1% respectively. The lifestyle of the staff has been improved, the improvement rate of smoking, drinking, having breakfast 4 times a week and above are 98.5%, 70.2% and 30.6% separately. Out of the 47 evaluation indicators, 41 meet the requirements, 5 basically meet the requirements.
CONCLUSIONAfter implementing workplace health promotion activities, the level of occupational safety and health management of the pharmaceutical company has been enhanced, the physical and mental health of the staff have been promoted. The WHP comprehensive interventions are feasible and effective.
