Elbow joint activity was larger in the treatment group than in the control group at two months after the surgery (P<0.05).The elbow HSS score was higher in the treatment group than in the control group at six months after the surgery (P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture plus functional exercise can effectively decrease the pain score and increase elbow joint activity and the elbow function score in patients with olecranon comminuted fracture. It has greater value in clinical application.
2.The management of patent ductus arteriosus in premature infants
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2011;18(4):303-306
Patent ductus arteriosus (PDA)is a common disease among premature neonates and the management of which has always been a challenge to the neonatologists. Early treatment has been advocated as the first-line approach, and drug induced closure is yet the most effective, inexpensive, and convenient method. During the last two decades, indomethacin was often given as conservative treatment, and its closure rate in PDA was approximately 46% ~ 89%. However, indomethacin may increase the number of undesirable or harmful effects including renal damage, intraventricular hemorrhage, necrotizing enterocolitis, and enterobrosis, etc. Recently, ibuprofen is rapidly emerging as a new promising drug for treatment of PDA in preterm infants with closure rate of 73.0% ~95.5%. It is used as standard therapy to close PDA,and it has less influence on the hemodynamics of kidneys, brain and gastrointestinal tract. The surgery is needed in patients with drug treatment failure and cardio-pulmonary function damage.

4.Discussion on different methods of painless needle insertion based on positions.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2016;36(3):271-273
Based on multiple painless needle insertion skills in clinic combined with own experience, the authors propose the opinion that different painless needle insertion methods need to be used according to the positions where acupoints are. The appropriate needle insertion mean must be selected in accord with the anatomical characteristic of acupoint position, namely, tapping insertion is applied in scalp part, skin-pinching up needle insertion is used in forehead and superficial nerve trunk, fingernail-pressure needle insertion in ocular region and positions where large blood vessels distribute, flying acupuncture insertion in face and finger tip, vibrating needle in occipitonuchal region, quivering insertion in abdomen, quick pricking by single hand in the four limbs and back, and chop acupuncture in palm and pelma. The insertion methods are systematically discussed in terms of preparation, acupoint position, manipulation and attention, etc, so that to provide the reference for painless needle insertion.

7. Clinical observation of encephalo-duro-arterio-synangiosis or in combination with endovascular embolization for patients with moyamoya disease complicating intracranial aneurysms
Chinese Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2011;8(12):626-631
Objectives: To observe the efficacy of encephalo-duro-arterio-synangiosis (EDAS) or in combination with endovascular embolization in the treatment of patients with moyamoya disease complicating intracranial aneurysms and to investigate the therapeutic strategy for moyamoya disease complicating intracranial aneurysms. Methods: A total of 27 patients (28 aneurysms) with moyamoya disease complicating intracranial aneurysms confirmed by cerebral angiography were recruited. Nineteen patients were presented as hemorrhagic disease and 8 patients were presented as cerebral ischemic disease. For 10 patients with arterial trunk aneurysms, they were treated with endovascular embolization, and then were treated with unilateral EDAS 7-10 days after embolization. Three months later the contralateral EDAS were performed. As for the aneurysms located in the peripheral arteries (n = 17) , if the embolization could be performed (n =9), the aneurysms were obliterated with coils or ONYX glue, otherwise the ipsilateral EDAS should be performed (n = 8). Results: Circled digit oneEighteen aneurysms in 19 patients (20 aneurysms) were embolized successfully and 2 patients were failed (one aneurysm in lenticulostriate artery and the other in posterior choroidal artery). After embolization, 3 patients with peripheral aneurysms had contralateral limb weakness, and recovered within 1 week to 3 months. Circled digit twoThere was no bleeding and rebleeding for 10-60 months follow-up after EDAS. Among the patients with cerebral ischemia, 2 had recurrence of TIA within 3 months after EDAS, but they had no recurrence of the symptom after 3 months. Circled digit threeThe angiography of 21 patients (21 aneurysms) 3 to 15 months after EDAS showed that the aneurysms treated with embolization did not reoccur (12 aneurysms); 8 of 9 peripheral aneurysms without eml)olization were disappeared; and significant retention of contrast agent in 1 aneurysm was found. All 21 patients showed better communication between the superficial temporal artery and intracranial angiogenesis. Conclusion: Endovascular embolization is one of the important means for the treatment of moyamoya disease complicating intracranial aneurysms. EDAS may promote the occlusion of peripheral aneurysms.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2002;0(12):-
Objective To observe the effects and significance of Nordy on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in the retinas of diabetic rats. Methods Diabetic rats by streptozotocin were randomly divided into diabetes group (5 rats?2) and Nordy treatment group (5 rats?2). Another 10 normal rats were recruited as normal control group. The Nordy treatment group was injected 0.5% Nordy (27 mg/kg) while diabetes groups and normal control group were injected saline solution into peritoneal cavity once every other day. One month or 3 months later, 5 rats in each group were killed and the expression of VEGF and iNOS in the retinas were detected by immunohisochemistry. The average positive areas were measured and analyzed by computer aided video system. Results The expression of VEGF and iNOS in control group were extremely low. In 1 month, the expression of VEGF and iNOS in diabetic group increased and the average positive areas of VEGF and iNOS were significantly more than that of Nordy treatment group (P

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(05):-
Objective To obtain and identify dendritic cell (DC) from mouse bone marrow in vitro. Methods Recombinant mouse granulocyte and macrophage colony stimulus factor (GM-CSF) induction was used to induce mouse bone marrow cells to form dendritic cells in vitro. The morphological changes were observed with light inverted microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM). CD11c, MHCⅡ, and CD86 were identified with flow cytometry. The biological function was studied with antigen phagocytosis test and mixed lymphocyte reaction (MLR). Result The cultured DC from mouse bone marrow displayed the typical morphological characteristics of DC. Immature DC, which had high expression in CD11c and low expression in MHCⅡ and CD86, could phagocytize antigen. Mature DC, which had high expression in CD11c, MHCⅡ and CD86, could stimulate allogenic mixed lymphocyte proliferation. Conclusion DC can be generated from mouse bone marrow cells through cytokine induction in vitro and be used for further study associated with DC.
10.Research on Prevention and Treatment of Cardiovascular Disease by Translational Medicine Based Chinese Medicine.
Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine 2015;35(5):623-626
Translational medicine is inevitable in the development of modern medicine, and the uprising concept of translational medicine provides an opportunity for the development of Chinese medicine (CM). Their ideas are well communicated. There are two patterns of researching on CM based on translational medicine: 'literature to bench to bedside' and 'bench to bedside to bench'. CM has her advantages in preventing and treating cardiovascular disease. Effective methods for preventing and treating cardiovascular disease by CM should be further studied based on translational medicine concepts.
