Objective To evaluate the effect of ecoimmunonutrition on systemic inflammatory response in swine with acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP). Methods Swine model of ANP was induced by retrograde injection of 5% sodium taurocholate and trypsin into the pancreatic duct. 24h after the ANP models were established, eighteen swine were randomly divided into total parenteral nutrition (PN) group (n = 6), enteral nutrition (EN) group (n = 6), and ecoimmunonutrition (E1N) group (n = 6). Each of the three nutrition formulas was given to each group respectively for eight days. The level of plasma endotoxin and serum concentrations of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-10 were measured before, 24 h after the induction of ANP and 1,2, 4, 8 d after nutrition support. Results 24 hours after the ANP models were established, the serum level of plasma endotoxin, TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-10, NF-κB activities in EIN group were ( 1.85 ± 0.18) EU/L,(461.59 ± 128.25 ) pg/ml, ( 185.49 ± 58.81 ) pg/ml, ( 354.26 ± 34.63 ) pg/ml, ( 110.32 s 25. 18 ) pg/ml,(51.06 ± 2.27 )%, respectively, which all were significantly higher than those before the ANP models were established, but there were no difference among three groups. Eight days after nutrition support, those levels in EIN group were (1.48 ±0.16 )EU/L, (30.11 ±9.12)pg/ml, (20.17 ±7.04)pg/ml, (36.42 ±7.24) pg/ml and ( 89.46 ± 13.54 ) pg/ml, (9.06 ± 0. 17 ) %, respectively, which all were significantly lower than those of TPN and EEN group ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). The ration of IL-10/IL-6 was 2.51 ± 0.42 in EIN group, and 2.28 ± 0. 19 before the ANP models were established. Conclusions EIN could attenuate endotoxemia, decrease NF-κB activities and serum concentrations of cytokines and maintained the balance of pro- and anti-inflammation.

Objective To evaluate the effect of ecoimmunonutrition on maintenance of the mucosal barrier function in pigs with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods Twenty pigs were injected with5% sodium taurocholate and trypsin into the pancreatic duct to establish SAP models.Twenty four hours later,18 suvival pigs were randomly given parenteral nutrition(PN group,n=6),elemental enteral nutrition(EEN group,n=6),or ecoimmunonutrition(EIN group,n=6)for 8 days.The serum amylase,endotoxin and intestinal permeability were determined on different times.All pigs were sacrificed 8days later,and their venous blood,mesenteric lymph nodes(MLN),liver,lung,spleen and pancreas specimens were cultured quantitatively and qualitatively with standard techniques.The morphology of small bowel was observed and pathological changes of the pancreas was analyzed.Results Serum amylase of all groups were obviously elevated,but there was no significant difference among them(P＞0.05).The plasma endotoxin and intestinal permeability were lower in EIN group[(1.50±0.18)EU/L and(42.8±20.0)×10-3 respeetively]compared to EEN group[(1.98 4±0.20)EU/L and(67.4±23.0)×10-3 respectively]and PN group[(3.96±0.40)EU/L and(197.2±47.4)×10-3.respectively](all P value＜0.05).The incidence and the magnitude of bacterial translocation in EIN group were lower than those in PN and EEN groups.However,the ileum mucosa thickness,villus height,crypt depth and the rate of the normal intestinal villi in EIN group were(398.27±52.93)μm,(269.72±41.66)μm,(681.98±58.33)μm and 79%,respectively,but in PN group were(218.32±35.81)μm,(145.76±23.34)μm,(376.20±48.23)μm and13%,respectively and in EEN group were(305.70±42.72)μm,(192.52±38.17)μm,(507.31±68.23)μm and 47%,respectively.Conclusions EIN can maintain the integrity of intestinal mucosal barrier and decreasing intestinal bacterial and endotoxin translocation in SAP pigs.

Objective To establish a method for the determination of eight heavy metal elements (Pb,Cd,As,Hg,Co,V,Se,and Mo) in iron dextran by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES).Methods Through detection wavelength selection,optimization of instrument parameters and applying interference element correction (IEC) method to correction of spectral interference,the eight heavy metal elements were analyzed by ICP-OES.Results The elements recoveries were from 88.7％ to 101.3％ by correction of spectral interference with IEC method.The accuracy of the method was good.The linearities of the detected elements were good,and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999.The detection limits were from 0.12 to 7.26 ng/rnL.The quantization limits were from 0.40 to 23.96 ng/mL.The precision of the method was good (RSD＜3.5％,n=6).Conclusion The results of the spectral interference correction by IEC method are greatly superior to the results of conventional method.The established method is accurate,sensitive,and rapid,which can be applied to the determination of contents of eight heavy metal elements in iron dextran.

Objective To establish a method for the determination of eight heavy metal elements ofPb,Cd,As,Hg,Co,V,Se,Mo in iron dextran by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES).Method Through selection of detection wavelengths,optimization of instrument parameters,correction of spectral interference,verification of ionization interference and investigation of suppression methods,the eight heavy metal elements were analyzed by ICP-OES.Results The recovery rate of the detected elements increased 5％ to 10％ by suppression of ionization interference.The accuracy of the method was good.The spiked recovery rates of the detected elements were from 95.7％ to 101.1％.The precision of the method were good (RSD ＜ 3.6％,n =6).The linearities of the detected elements were good,and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999.The detection limits were from 0.15 to 8.09 ng/mL.The quantization limits were from 0.46 to 24.26 ng/mL.Conclusion The method was accurate,sensitivity,rapid and reliable,which can be applied to the determination of contents of eight heavy metal elements in iron dextran.

Objective:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 8 heavy metal elements Pb, Cd, As, Hg, Co, V, Se and Mo in iron dextran by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry ( ICP-OES) . Methods:Through the detec-tion wavelength selection,the detection wavelength was confirmed as follows:220. 353 nm for Pb, 228. 802 nm for Cd, 188. 980 nm for As, 194. 164 nm for Hg, 228. 615 nm for Co, 311. 070 nm for V, 196. 026 nm for Se and 204. 598 nm for Mo. Through optimizing the instrument parameters, the optimal radio frequency power was 1. 3 kW, the nebulizer gas flow rate was 0. 7 L·min-1, and the pump speed was 10 r·min-1. By applying the above detection parameters, the 8 heavy metal elements were analyzed by ICP-OES simultaneously. Results: The linearity of the detected elements was good, and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0. 9990. The detection limits were from 0. 12 to 7. 26 ng·ml-1 , the quantitation limits were from 0. 40 to 23. 96 ng·ml-1 and the recoveries were from 94. 1% to 103. 4% (RSD<3%, n=9). Conclusion: The method is specific, sensitive, rapid and accurate, which can be applied in the simultaneous determination of 8 heavy metal elements in iron dextran.

Objective To compare the dissolution curves of reference preparation and self-prepared Iloperidone Tablets in four different pH dissolution media (0.1 mol/L HC1 solution,pH 4.5 acetate buffer solution,pH 6.8 phosphate buffer solution,and water).Methods The solubility of Iloperidone in different pH solutions was measured,the dissolution curves of two preparations in four different pH dissolution media were determined by HPLC,and the similarity was investigated according to the f2 factor method.Results The f2 factors between reference preparation and self-prepared Iloperidone Tablets in four different media were more than 50.Conclusion The two preparations are equivalent in four different pH dissolution media in vitro.

Objective To analyze current situation of incentive mechanism and investigate the countermeasures.Provide the evidence for improving the incentive mechanism of scientific research at the hospital.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate current situation and countermeasures of incentive mechanism of scientific research.Database was building using EpiData3.1,and was performed by descriptive analysis.Results 194 questionnaires were available.For the current incentive mechanism,86.5％ respondents thought the content is comprehensive,The over 50 years old,bachelor or below,and clinical examination group thought the content were less comprehensive.Respectively,81％,82.5％,76.2％ of respondents thought stimulation on achievements has positive effect to research,team work,and individual accounted for.The over 41 years old college or bellow,clinical treatment group felt less effect.For improving measures of incentive mechanism,the top three positions of contents were technological reward,high level project and SCI paper;and incentive methods were promotion,material rewards and training.Conclusions Incentive mechanism can promote scientific research to some extent.To further promote scientific research development,individual incentive measures need to be taken,the contents need to be expanded,variety incentive methods need to be used.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of enteral ecoimmunonutrition (EIN) on hepatic injury in swine with acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP).MethodWith 20 pigs,swine model of ANP was induced by injecring 5％ sodium taurocholate into the pancreatic duct.24 hours after the ANP models were established,2 pig were dead,and the remaining 18 pigs were randomly divided into total parenteral nutrition (TPN) group ( n =6),elemental enteral nutrition (EEN) group ( n =6 ),and EIN group ( n =6 ),and received nutrition support for 8 days.The level of plasma endotoxin and serum concentrations of AST,ALT,TNF-α,and IL-6 were measured at different time points ( before model establishment,24 hours after model establishment,and the 1,2,4,8 days of nutrition support).All the pigs were sacrificed after the 8-day nutrition support,and ascites quantity,hepatic malondialdehyde (MDA),superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured.The mRNA expression of TNF-α and IL-6 in hepatic tissue were detected by RT-PCR.Pathologic changes of the livers were analyzed.Results24 hours after the ANP models were established,the plasma endotoxin,AST,ALT,TNF-α,IL-6 in EIN group were significantly higher than the levels before model establishment ( all P ＜ 0.01 ),but not significantly different from the 9ther 2 groups.After 8 days of nutrition support,the above 5 indexes in EIN group were significantly lower than those in TPN group and EEN group ( all P ＜ 0.05 ).In addition,the ascites quantity,hepatic concentration of MDA,the expression of TNF-α and IL-6,and hepatic pathological score in EIN group were lower than those of TPN group and EEN group,while hepatic SOD activity was higher in EIN group than in the other 2 groups (all P ＜ 0.05 ).ConclusionEarly EIN could attenuate hepatic injury in ANP from various aspects.

Objective To investigate the effect of pretreatment with electroacupuncture at point Neiguan(PC6) on CK and myocardial cell activity in rabbit myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and provide an experimental basis for a relatively specific relationship between pericardium meridian points and the heart. Methods Forty New Zealand big ear rabbits were randomly allocated to groups A, B, C, D and E, eight rabbits each. Group A was a sham operation group. Group B was an ischemia-reperfusion model group, in which the left anterior descending coronary artery was occlude for 30 min and reperfused for 60 min. In groups C, D and E, points Neiguan(PC6), Lieque(LU7) and Hegu(LI4) were separately given electroacupuncture stimulation, 20 min every day, at seven days before model making. Creatine kinase (CK) and myocardial formazan contents were compared between the groups. Results There were statistically significant differences in serum CK and myocardial formazan contents between group B, C, D or E and group A (P＜0.01, P＜0.05). There was a statistically significant differences in serum CK content between group C, D or E and group B (P＜0.01). There was a statistically significant differences in myocardial formazan content between groups C and B (P＜0.05). There were statistically significant differences in serum CK and myocardial formazan contents between group D or E and group C (P＜0.01, P＜0.05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture at point Neiguan(PC6) can reduce myocardial ischemia-reperfusion induced injury to myocardial cells to produce a protective effect on the heart.
