3.Progress of the intestinal microflora in human immune and allergic diseases in children
International Journal of Pediatrics 2013;(1):64-67
Microorganisms can affect the development of body immune system.Intestinal flora regulate immune function by promoting the intestinal immune system development, inducing T cell differentiation to avoid or reduce the incidence of immune-related diseases.Allergic diseases are related with the body's immune system hypoplasia and imperfect immune regulation mechanism. The immune system can be affected by intestinal flora, and the distribution of flora in the body between children with allergies and healthy children are significantly different, indicating that the occurrence of allergic diseases are associated with intestinal microflora.Studies have reported probiotic are helpful to the prevention and treatment of allergic disease, providing a new way for the prevention and treatment of allergic diseases.

5.Discussion on different methods of painless needle insertion based on positions.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2016;36(3):271-273
Based on multiple painless needle insertion skills in clinic combined with own experience, the authors propose the opinion that different painless needle insertion methods need to be used according to the positions where acupoints are. The appropriate needle insertion mean must be selected in accord with the anatomical characteristic of acupoint position, namely, tapping insertion is applied in scalp part, skin-pinching up needle insertion is used in forehead and superficial nerve trunk, fingernail-pressure needle insertion in ocular region and positions where large blood vessels distribute, flying acupuncture insertion in face and finger tip, vibrating needle in occipitonuchal region, quivering insertion in abdomen, quick pricking by single hand in the four limbs and back, and chop acupuncture in palm and pelma. The insertion methods are systematically discussed in terms of preparation, acupoint position, manipulation and attention, etc, so that to provide the reference for painless needle insertion.

6.Peripheral benzodiazepine receptors and cerebral ischemia
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2009;17(4):305-308
1he increased peripheral benzodiazepine receptors are more significant than normal ones after cerebral ischemia. Its main reactions are the multiple pathological changes, including microglial activation, participating in neuroinflammation response, and regulation of mitochondrial function. Using radionuclide-laheled specific ligands of the peripheral benzodiaz-epine receptor (such as PK11195) for in vivo imaging contribute to the location and quantitative detection for brain injury and the study of the pathophysiological changes after cerebral ischemi-a. In addition, this receptor is promising to become a new target of neuroprotective treatment. This article reviews the recent progress in research on peripheral benzodiazepine receptors and cerebral ischemia.
7.Efficacy and safety of multiple vitamin E, C, B facial mask for 117 patients with acne vulgaris
Chinese Journal of New Drugs and Clinical Remedies 2005;24(9):727-730
AIM: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of multiple vitamin E, C, B facial mask for the patients with acne vulgaris. METHODS: One hundred and seventeen patients aged over 13 a, with acnes mainly sited on the face and an acne severity rating above grade 2 were enrolled in this study. The mask treatment was used once a day with 8 wk as a course. The primary endpoint included the number and the degree of acne lesions including comedoes, papules, pustules and cysts. The secondary endpoint was the overall efficacy evaluation by the physicians. RESULTS:After 8 wk of treatment with multiple vitamin E, C, B facial mask, the mean number of acne lesions:comedoes, papules, pustules and cysts decreased 13 + s 13,10 ± 12, 5 + 7 and 3 + 3, respectively. These changes were statistically significant (P < 0.01 ). The results of overall efficacy evaluation showed that 7 patients '(6.0 % ) symptom was greatly improved, 44 patients '(37.6 % ) symptoms were moderately improved, 56patients'(47.9 % ) symptoms were slightly improved, and 10 patients' symptoms did not change. Among all 117 patients, 59 patients (50.4 % ) showed no adverse reactions, including swelling, redness, itching, burning or scaling. CONCLUSION: Multiple vitamin E, C, B facial mask is efficacious for the treatment of acne and more than half study subjects experienced in none adverse reaction. Multiple vitamin E, C, B facial mask possesses an alternate therapy in acne vulgaris.
8.Causes and risk factors of preterm birth
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2014;29(7):548-550
In 1961,World Health Organization recommended that the concept of preterm birth is less than 37 weeks of gestation age newborn. The incidence of preterm birth has always been high and remains to be the leading cause of perinatal morbidity and mortality, despite the rapid development of global medical science level for decades.Studies on causes and mechanisms of preterm birth have become a hot spot worldwide. This paper is a summary analysis about the domestic and foreign research on preterm labor. The factors are divided into 5 broad, including categoriesmaternal factors, pregnancy factors, fetal factors, external factors and genetic factors,in order to popularize science of preterm birth and make for preterm birth prevention and clinical study.
9.Relationship between operative procedures and complication of colorectal carcinoma with acute colonic obstruction in the elderly patients
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(1):26-27
Objective To study the relationship between operative procedures and complication of colorectal carcinoma with acute colonic obstruction in the elderly patients. Methods 65 elderly patients undergoing emergency operation for acute colonic obstruction were analyzed retrospectively. One stage tumor resection and anastomosis was performed in 25 cases with right-side colonic lesion and in 26 cases with left-side colonic lesion, Hartmann operation in 8 cases, Dixon operation in 4 cases and proximal colostomy in 2 cases. Results In 65 cases, 13 cases of postopera-tive complications, the rate was 20.0% (13/65) ,which infected with toxic shock two cases, four cases of pulmonary infection, anastomotic leakage two cases, wound infection, split 2 cases, death three cases, the mortality rate was 4.6%. The rates of postoperative complications in right-side colonic lesion, left-side colonic lesion, Hartmann opera-tion and Dixon operation were 69.2% ,0,30.7% and 0 respectively(P < 0.05 ~ 0.01). Conclusion Acute obstruc-tion of colon cancer, the right-side colonic lesion were safe, feasible and few complications in colorectal carcinoma with acute colonic obstruction.
10.Comparative study on two types of digestive reconstruction after total gastrectomy in patients with gastric carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(10):1647-1648
Objective To compare two types of digestive reconstruction and postoperative complications after total gastrectomy in patients with gastric carcinoma. Methods Roux-en-Y esophagojejunostomy and P-type Roux-en-Y esophagojejunostomy were performed in 50 patients with gastric carcinoma after total gastrectomy. The operating time and postoperative complications were observed. Results The gastrointestinal symptoms for Roux-en-Y esophagojeju-nostomy and P-type Roux-en-Y esophagojejunostomy serve as : diarrhea ( 11.8% and 12.1% ), dumping syndrome (3.9% and 3.3% ) and reflux esophagitis(5.9% and 6.0% ) ,the incidence of the difference was not significant ( than,P>0.05 ). The postoperative complications in P-type Roux-en-Y esophagojejunostomy( 13.1% ) slightly higher that Roux-en-Y esophagojejunostomy( 11.1% ) ,but the difference was not significant( P>0.05 ). Roux-en-Y esoph-agojejunostomy average operative time(3.1±0.3)h was significantly reduced than P-type Roux-en-Y esophagojeju-nostomy(3.7±0.2)h(t=3.35,P<0.05). Conclusion Roux-en-Y esephagojejunostomy and P-type Roux-en-Y esophagojejunostomy is a suitable type after total gastrectomy for patients with gastric carcinoma, but the former opera-tive time was shorter.
