Objective To explore the effects of pigmentary epithelium derived factor (PDEF) on the phenotypic and immunologic function of murine-derived dentritic cells(BMDCs) .Methods Mononuclear cells(MNCs) isolated from murine bone marrow were cultured in RPMI1640 medium containing rmGM-CSF and rmIL-4 for 5 d ,and were divided into five groups .MNCs were stimulated for 3 d with either 50 ,100 ,200ng/mL PEDF ,1 μg/mL LPS(positive control) or RPMI1640(negative control) .The expression of CD11c ,CD80 and CD86 on DCs surface were analyzed by the fluorescence activated cell sorting (FCM ) .The ability of PEDF-induced BMDCs to stimulated T cell maturation were determined by the CCK-8 method and the level of IL-12 in the culture supernatant was detected by ELISA .Results The PEDF-treated BMDCs expressed high levels of CD11c ,CD80 and CD86 ,enhanced the immunolog-ical activities of T lymphocyte and its secretion of IL-12 when compared with untreated DCs .Conclusion PEDF can significantly up-regulate the expression of DCs immunological labelled molecule in in vitro cultured murine and increase its immunological com-petence .

Objective To explore the impact of pregnancy knowledge training on contraception and further unplanned pregnancies in outpatient induced abortion patients. Methods Select 114 case of abortion patients in our hospital during March 2015~November 2016, randomly divide them to intervention group (pregnancy knowledge training, 57 cases) and routine group (routine follow-up, 57 cases). Two groups of patients were followed up for 1 year after intervention, compared the mastery of contraceptive knowledge, the incidence of unwanted pregnancies again and satisfaction. Results The intervention group patients health knowledge to master the excellent and good rate was significantly higher than the conventional group (87. 72% vs. 56. 14%, P<0. 05). The rate of unexpected pregnancy again was significantly lower in the dry group than in the conventional group (3. 51% vs. 19. 30%, P<0. 05). The intervention group patients satisfaction was significantly higher than the conventional group. Conclusion Pregnancy knowledge training in outpatient abortion patients can effectively improve the control of patients with contraceptive knowledge and reduce the incidence of postoperative unwanted pregnancies and improve patient satisfaction.

Objective To observe the difference of anoreetal dynamics between Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy plus internal sphinctemtomy and simple Milligan-Morgan bemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of annulus mixed hemorrhoids.Method Measured the anal resting pressure, maximal anal contractive pressure, rectal sensation thresholds, maximal rectal tolerable dose and maximal rectal compliance 1 day before and 3 months after Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy plus internal sphincterotomy (therapy group,50 cases)and simple Milligan-Morgan bemorrhoidectomy(control group,52 cases)by anorectal manometric device made in Sweden. Results The anal resting pressures of therapy group and eontrol group reduced signifieanfly 3 months after operation compared with that 1 day before operation(P< 0.01 or < 0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups in 3 months after operation(P<0.05).The maximal anal contractive pressure, reetal sensation thresholds, maximal rectal tolerable dose and maximal rectal compliance were no significant difference between the two groups in 3 months after operation (P >0.05).Conclusion Anal sphineterotomy can change the high anal pressure significantly in the treatment of annulus hemorrhoids without copracrasia,it is a proper operation method.

Objective To evaluate the association of vaginal dysbiosis and infertility. Methods Cohort studies, case-control studies and cross-sectional studies were searched in electronic databases, including MEDLINE,EMBASE and SinoMed(from inception to October 2017);in addition, the reference lists of included studies and similar reviews were handsearched. These studies investigating the correlation between vaginal dysbiosis and infertility were included. The Meta-Analysis was performed by RevMan 5.3 software. Results 1 724 records were retrieved by the search; from those,9 cross-sectional studies were included, comprising 3 367 participants(1 702 in infertility group and 1 665 in control group). The likelihood of vaginal dysbiosis in infertility group is higher than that of control group[OR=3.15,95% CI (1.57,6.32), P=0.001].Conclusions The available evidence suggests that vaginal dysbiosis was associated with the incidence of infertility. However, further case-control studies or cohort studies are required to confirm or refute these findings.(Chin J Lab Med,2018,41:281-286)

Objective To design and conduct objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) in professional postgraduates in obstetrics and gynecology, and to investigate the improvement measures for the teaching of professional postgraduates in obstetrics and gynecology by analyzing the performance of postgraduates in OSCE. Methods In October 2017, OSCE was performed for postgraduates in obstetrics and gynecology in the classes of 2016 and 2017 to evaluate their clinical ability. This OSCE consisted of the following four aspects: inquiry of standardized patients, basic practical skills in obstetrics and gynecology, utilization and interpretation of auxiliary examinations, and case analysis. The postgraduates were scored according to the following six items: doctor-patient communication skills, completeness of inquiry, basic practical skills in obstetrics and gynecology, utilization of auxiliary examinations, competence of clinical thinking, and mastery of medical knowledge. SPSS 18.0 was used for statistical analysis, and the t-test was used for comparison between groups . Results A total of 27 postgraduates participated in this OSCE . Among the six scoring items, completeness of inquiry had the lowest score (78 ±6), and utilization of auxiliary examinations had the highest score (85±3). Among the 27 postgraduates, 7 (25.9%) lacked doctor-patient communication skills, 6 (22.2%) showed serious problems in basic practical skills in obstetrics and gynecology, and 6 (22.2%) lacked the scientific thinking of clinical diagnosis. Conclusion In the training of professional postgraduate students in obstetrics and gynecology, doctor-patient communication skills and clinical thinking should be emphasized, and basic clinical skill training should be strengthened.
