Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of trimetazidine (TMZ) on diabetic patients with coronary heart diseases. Methods We conducted a comprehensive electronic search of PubMed, EMBASE, and Cochrane databases between the inception dates of databases and May 2019 (last search conducted on 30 May 2019) to identify randomized controlled trials. The evaluation method recommended by Cochrane Collaboration for bias risk assessment was employed for quality assessment. Random or fixed models were used to investigate pooled mean differences in left ventricular function, serum glucose metabolism, serum lipid profile, myocardial ischemia episodes and exercise tolerance with effect size indicated by the 95% confidence interval ().Results Additional TMZ treatment contributed to considerable improvement of left ventricular ejection fraction (=4.39, 95%: 3.83, 4.95, <0.00001), left ventricular end diastolic diameter (=-3.17, 95%: -4.90, -1.44, =0.0003) and left ventricular end systolic diameter (=-4.69, 95%: -8.66, -0.72, =0.02). TMZ administration also significantly decreased fasting blood glucose (=-0.43, 95%: -0.70, -0.17, =0.001), glycosylated hemoglobin level (=-0.59, 95%: -0.95, -0.24, =0.001), serum level of total cholesterol (=-20.36, 95%: -39.80, -0.92, =0.04), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (=-20.12, 95%: -32.95, -7.30, =0.002) and incidence of myocardial ischemia episodes (=-0.84, 95%: -1.50, -0.18, =0.01). However, there were no significant differences in serum triglyceride level, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, exercise tolerance between the TMZ group and the control group. Conclusion TMZ treatment in diabetic patients with coronary heart disease is effective to improve cardiac function, serum glucose and lipid metabolism and clinical symptoms.

Objective To study the influence of mill speed on extract of ultra- fine powder of Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae. Methods The extraction rate of ultra- fine powder of Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae, which passed a 400- mesh screen, was detected and compared with that passed a 100- mesh screen under different mill speeds. At the same time, mathematical models for extraction established with applied hyperbolic function and Weibuer function were compared. Result The extraction rate of the ultra- fine powder was higher than that of the fine powder when the mill speed was over 70 r/min (P 0.05). Applied hyperbolic function was superior to Weibuer function for the simulation of extraction. Conclusion The mill speed has an influence on the extraction of to ultra- fine powder of Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae, indicating that the effect of divergent function on the extraction should be considered.

Objective:
To investigate the clinical pathological feature of primary pulmonary sarcomatold carcinoma and to make a further understandine of the disease.
Methods:
Data including clinical manifesation, pathological findings, molecular detection and immunophenotyping with pathologically confirmed primary pulmonary sarcomatold carcinoma was retrospectively analyzed.
Results:
15 patients with PPSC were identified(13 men and 2 women, age ranged 56-76 years, median age 66 years). The tumor were located in the left lobus superior(8 cases), lobus inferior(6 cases), and the right lobus medius(1 case). The main clinical symptoms was cough, sputum, bloody sputum, chest pain. Among the 13 males, 10 had smoking history of more than 30 years, and 2 females had no smoking history. All cases presented with a spheroid solid lung mass. All tumor showed mild enhancement similar to that of the surrounding musculature after contrast enhancement, and inhomogeneous central low-attenuation areas were seen in 15 patients. Pathological pattern: 6 cases spindle cell carcinoma, 4 cases pleomorphic carcinoma, 2 cases giant cells carcinoma, 2 cases carcinosarcoma, 1 case pulmonary blastoma. The tumors were composed of both carcinomatous and sarcomatous elements. Immunohistochemistry showed that CK was all positive, EMA was positive in 7, VIM was positive in 10 of 15 cases.10 patients were tested for common related genes of lung cancer, 4 patients had MET14 jump mutation, EGFR L858R gene mutation occurred in 3 cases, KARS G13D gene mutation in 2 cases, and BRAF V600E mutation in 1 case. All 15 patients underwent lobectomy, 13 underwent adjuvant chemotherapy, and 6 underwent local radiotherapy. Postoperative follow-up was 8 to 50 months, 3 cases were lost, and 4 cases were survival 3 years after the surgery.
Conclusion
Pulmonary sarcomatold carcinoma is a rare histologic subtype of non-small cell lung cancer. Compared with other NSCLC, there is no special clinical and imageing characteristics. Its definite diagnosis relies on postoperative pathological analysis and immunohistochemical staining, and PSC needs to be diatinguished from a variely of disease. PPSC is more aggressive and poor prognosis.

Medical images can provide clinicans with accurate and comprehensive patients’ information. Morphological or functional abnormalities caused by various diseases can be manifested in many aspects. Although MR images and CT images can highlight the medical image data of different tissue structures of patients, single MR images or CT images cannot fully reflect the complexity of diseases. Using MR image to predict CT image is one of the cross-modal prediction of medical images. In this paper, the methods of MR image prediction for CTmage are classified into four categoriesincluding registration based on atlas, based on image segmentationmethod, based on learning method and based on deep learning method. In our research, we concluded that the method based on deep learning should bemore promoted in the future by compering the existing problems and future development of MR image predicting CT image method.

Objective:
To analysis the status of HIV infection and the related factors among students of men who have sex with men (MSM) from voluntary counseling and testing (VCT) clinics in Changzhoucity Jiangsu province.
Methods:
A total of 236 subjects with previous male sexual history, 16-25 years of age and less than 3 months of confirmation time of HIV positive infection were recruited in Changzhou from January 2014 to December 2017. Questionnaires were conducted and plasma samples were collected for selenium and HIV antibody testing. The relevant factors of HIV infection among MSM were screened by classification tree model. The model was evaluated using cross validation and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve.
Results:
The age of subjects was (20.76±1.97) years old. The age of the first sex with men was (19.14±1.85) years old and the plasma selenium content was (82.59±11.99) ng/ml. Of the 236 subjects, 74.58% (176 cases) were college students or undergraduates; 8.90% (21 cases) were diagnosed with venereal diseases in the last year; 80.93% (191 cases) received health services in the last year, and the positive rate of HIV antibody was 25.00% (59 cases). Four relevant factors were screened by the classification tree model, including the diagnosis of sexual transmitted diseases (STDs) in the last year, health services in the last year, plasma selenium level and education level. The most important factor was whether STDs were diagnosed in the last year. The estimate of re-substitution and cross-validation of the classification tree model was 0.186 and 0.195, and the standard error was 0.025 and 0.026, respectively. The area under the ROC was 0.706 (

Chinese Journal of Oncology 2014;36(8):575-581
OBJECTIVETo study the cancer stem cell populations in esophageal cancer cell lines KYSE150 and TE1 and identify whether resulting stem-like cell spheres display radiation resistance characteristics.
METHODSSerum-free medium (SFM) suspension was used to culture the esophageal cancer stem cell lines and enrich the esophageal stem-like cell spheres. RT-PCR assay was used to detect the stem cell gene expression in the sphere cells. Radiosensitivity of the sphere cells and parental cells were evaluated by clone formation assay. Different cells after irradiation at different doses were tested to evaluate the changes of sphere formation, and cell cycle and CD44(+)CD271(+) expression of the sphere cells were also analyzed by flow cytometry before and after irradiation.
RESULTSCancer stem-like cell spheres were generated from KYSE150 and TE1 cells and enriched by culture in serum-free medium, and the number of spheres was increasing alone with the increase of cell passages. The numbers of spheres formed from the 1st, 2nd and 3rd generations of KYSE150 cells were 25 ± 2, 37 ± 2 and 47 ± 3, respectively. The numbers of spheres formed from the 1st, 2nd and 3rd generations of TE1 cells were 15 ± 3, 24 ± 3 and 36 ± 4, respectively. Certain doses of radiation increased the sphere formation rate. The average survival fraction (SF2) of the suspension-cultured KYSE150 stem-like cell spheres after 2 Gy irradiation were 0.81 ± 0.03 and 0.69 ± 0.04, while that of TE1 parental cells were 0.87 ± 0.01 and 0.80 ± 0.03 (P < 0.05 for all). In the esophageal parental KYSE150 and TE1 cells, arrest at G2 phase was induced after irradiation. After the same dose of irradiation, the inhibition of proliferation of the cancer stem cells was lower than that of the parent cells (P < 0.05). After 0, 4 and 8 Gy irradiation, the CD44(+)CD271(+) cell percentage of KYSE150 parental cells were (1.08 ± 0.03)%, (1.29 ± 0.07)% and (1.11 ± 0.09)%; the CD44(+)CD271(+) cell percentage of TE1 parental cells were (1.16 ± 0.11)%, (0.97 ± 0.08)% and (1.45 ± 0.35)% (P > 0.05 for all). After 0, 4 and 8 Gy irradiation, the percentage of CD44(+)CD271(+) cells of KYSE150 stem cell-like spheres were (35.83 ± 1.23)%, (44.90 ± 1.67)% and (57.77 ± 1.88)%, and that of TE1 stem cell-like spheres were (16.07 ± 0.91)%, (22.67 ± 1.12)% and (33.27 ± 1.07)%. Compared the 4 Gy and 8 Gy irradiated KYSE150 and TE1 stem-like cell spheres with the 0 Gy irradiated spheres, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05 for all).
CONCLUSIONSThe cancer stem cells in KYSE150 and TE1 spheres are more radio-resistant than their parental cells. It may suggest that cancer stem cell populations in the esophageal cancer cells are related to the mechanism of occurrence of radioresistance.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the clinicopathological and immunohistochemical features as well as diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of patients with primary renal non-hodgkin's lymphoma (PRNHL).
METHODS:
Clinical data of 2 patients with PRNHL from January 2013 to October 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.
RESULTS:
One of the two male patients PRNHL aged 51 years old, admitted to hospital for swelling and pain in the right waist, B-ultra sonic examination showed a very solid upper right renal space occupying lesion. CT showed the soft tissue mass of the right kidney about 10.5 cmx 8.6 cm. Preoperative diagnosis was a right kidney cancer subjected to radical surgery, and the postoperative pathological diagnosis was a right renal diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Expression of CD20, CD79a, Mum-1, BCL-2, BCL-6 in tumor cells was identified by inmmunohistochemistry, and Ki-67 proliferation index was 90%. Six courses of chemotherapy with R-CHOPE regimen were carried out supplemented local radiotherapy. The patients were followed up for 32 months, which were generally in good condition and stable. The another patient was 65 years old, no without obvious clinical symptoms, B-ultrasonic examination found a space occupying lesion in the left kidney. Abdomind CT scan plus enhancement showed the left kidneydisplayed uneven enhanced lesions of size 9 cm x 5 cm, the preoperative diagnosis was left kidney cancer, the pathological diagnosis was diagnosed as mall B cell lymphoma of the left kidney after the radical operation. Immunohistochemistry determined expression of CD20, CD79a, pax-5, BCL-2 in tumor cells and Ki-67 proliferation index 10%. 6 courses of chemotherapy with CHOPE regimen had been performed and followed up for 20 months, the conditions were generally good and stable.
CONCLUSION
PRNHL is a rare extranodal non-Hodgkin lymphoma with atypical clinical symptoms characterized by lumbar swelling pain. It is easy to be misdiagnosed as renal cell carcinoma before operation. The diagnosis depends on pathology and immunohisto-chemistry. The prognosis of 2 patients was relatively good. PRNHL should be differetiated with renal sarcomatoid cancer, nephroblastoma and other diseases. Surgical resection plus chemotherapy is recommended.
