Objective:To elucidate the phenotypic and functional characteristics of CD3+ CD4+ and CD3+ CD8+ T in pleural fluid of patients with tuberculous pleurisy. Methods:PBMCs and PFCs were isolated. The frequency of CD3+,CD3+ CD4+,CD3+ CD8+ T cells and the ratio of CD4/CD8 in PFCs were analyzed by FACS. The concentration of IFN-?,IL-2 and TNF-? in the pleural fluid were analyzed by ELISA.Production of IFN-?,IL-2 and TNF-? by CD3+ CD4+ and CD3+ CD8+ T cells was detected by FACS following stimulation with BCG.Results:Higher frequencies of CD3+ CD4+ T cells and CD4+ T/CD8+ T ratio were demonstrated in PFCs when compared with PBMCs from normal donors and TB patients.ELISA analysis demonstrated that significantly high levels of IFN-? and TNF-? were detected in pleural fluid.Further analysis by FACS indicated that IL-2,TNF-? and IFN-? were predominantly secreted by CD3+CD4+T cells but not by CD3+ CD8+ T cells. Conclusion:The frequencies of CD3+ and CD3+ CD4+ T cells are increased in PFCs. Large amounts of Th1 cytokines are detected, which are produced by CD3+ CD4+ T cells, and might play important roles against TB infection.

Severe liver disease during pregnancy is uncommon in clinical practice. The most common cause of liver disease during pregnancy is liver dysfunction, with an overall prevalence rate of approximately 3%. Liver disease during pregnancy is classified into the liver diseases directly caused by pregnancy and those co-existing with pregnancy, i.e., pre-existing liver disease or occasional liver disease during pregnancy. A differential diagnosis of pre-existing and co-existing liver diseases may help to improve maternal and fetal outcome. During clinical diagnosis and selection of treatment and intervention measures, priority should be given to the potential impact on mother and fetus. This article introduces the latest research advances in the general information, pathogenesis, treatment, and pregnancy outcome of major liver diseases during pregnancy and elaborates on the risk of pregnancy and related coping measures for patients with pre-existing liver disease, so as to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment and patient management.
3.Clinical nursing of acute myocardial infarction patients with radial artery puncture coronary artery interventional therapy
Journal of Clinical Medicine in Practice 2017;21(14):5-7,11
Objective To observe clinical nursing for patients with acute myocardial infarction treated by radial artery puncture coronary artery interventional therapy. Methods A total of 90 confirmed patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital treated with radial artery puncture coronary artery interventional therapy were selected as research objects. After 3 months of follow-up, the adverse effect and clinical therapeutic effect were observed, and experiences of therapy and nursing summed up.Results Out of 90 patients, there were 65 cured patients, 11 effective patients, and 14 unimproved patients. And there were 5 patients with complications including mild local hematoma, radical artery occlusion, and so on.After 1 year follow-up, the complication was alleviated, and the clinical symptoms was better than at discharge. Conclusion The radial artery puncture coronary artery interventional therapy has a good therapeutic effect on acute myocardial infarction, and appropriate effective nursing can improve the therapeutic effect and deserves promotion in clinic.
