Objective To explore the morbidity, diagnosis, treatment and prognostic influencing factor of 25 cases of male breast cancer. Methods The clinical characteristics, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of 25 patients with male breast cancer were retrospectively analyzed. Results The morbidity of patients with male cancer was rela-tively low(1.1%), but they have older year(an average of 56 years), and longer course (an average of 39 months). The major pathological type was infiltrative cancer. The modified or traditional radical mastectomy combined with ra-diotherapy and chemotherapy and endocrine therapy were often applied. Conclusion Male breast cancer had lower morbidity, longer course and poorer prognosis.

Objective To evaluate the outcome of percutaneous intervention for the diseased bypass grafts in patients with previous coronary artery bypass graft surgery (CABG).Methods Sixty-six patients with diseased grafts after CABG underwent percutaneous intervention between July 2003 and July 2004.Angiographic follow up was suggested to all patients and major adverse cardiac events(MACE,including death, acute myocardial infarction and target lesion revascularization)were recorded within 6 months of follow up.Results Sixty-six patients with 74 diseased grafts(83 lesions) underwent percutaneous intervention. The angiographic success rate was 96.97%((64/66)) and the procedural success rate was 95.45%(63/66).No reflow phenomenon occurred in 2 cases,1 case restored TIMI 3 flow after administering verpamil but the other patient failed to restore the blood flow. Distal embolization occurred in 1 case.Abrupt closure in 1 case because of Dtype dissection not treated during the procedure but TIMI 3 flow was obtained after repairment with another stent. No MACE(death, acute myocardial infarction and acute emergency revascularization) occurred during hospitalization and the incidence of MACE was 31.3%(20/64) at 6 months follow up.In-segment restenosis rate was 32.5%(13/40) in 37 patients with angiographic follow-up.Conclusion Percutaneous intervention for diseased bypass grafts is feasible, safe and effective.

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1954;0(02):-
CB-HRP was injected into the ovary of the domestic hens of 75-90 days old to trace the originating neurons of the vagus nerve innervated the ovary. The results were as the following:1. The afferent vagus neurons innervated the ovary were located in the nodose ganglia and the jugular ganglia. The afferent fibers in the ovarian medulla were found chiefly in the solitary tract, the nucleus of the solitary tract and the commissural nucleus of Cajal also.2. The efferent vagus neurons were located mainly in the subnueleus ventralis parvicellularis (VP)and the subnueleus ventrolateralis (VL)of the dorsal vagal motor nucleus, and a small number of neurons extended from the subnueleus VP and VL to the neighbouring five subnuclei.

Chinese Journal of Digestion 2001;0(04):-
Objective To study the levels of IL 6 production in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) in 25 patients with inactive and active (include mild、 moderate and severe) ulcerative colitis(UC) and age, sex matched 20 healthy subjects. Methods Peripheral blood monocytes (PBMC) were stimulated with PHA for 48 hours to induce IL 6 production. IL 6 content in the culture medium was assayed by using B9 cells. Results IL 6 production was significantly increased in PBMC from active UC. There was an increasing tendency with severity of disease. But no significant difference was found between the extent of the lesious. Conclusions The levels of IL 6 production in PBMC can be an indicator of the activity of UC.

Pain has been defined as an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience that is associated with actual or potential tissue damage,or is described in terms of such damage.Pain individual difference increases the complexity of clinical diagnosis and treatment of pain.China started relatively late on pain research and standardized pain treatment. It is necessary for further research on pain related to the clinical problem, the development of pain translational medicine, and improvement of clinical quality. The paper carries on the review.

Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2016;15(1):70-73
Atrial fibrillation (AF) is the most common arrhythmia, but its pathogenesis is still unclear. With the development of sleep medicine, obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is found to associate with the occurrence of AF and recurrence after catheter ablation. This article reviews the pathophysiology of OSA,and relationship between OSA and the occurrence of AF,and its mechanism. It indicates that clinicians should pay close attention to the existence of OSA during diagnosis and treatment of AF.

Objective To evaluate the changes in the expression of acetylated histone H3 (Ac-H3) and deacetylase silent information regulator 1 (SIRT1) in dorsal root ganglions in a rat model of negative phenotype neuropathic pain. Methods Forty-eight male Sprague-Dawley rats, weighing 250-300 g,were randomly divided into 2 groups (n =24 each):sham operation group (group S) and C-fiber dysfunction group (group CFD).The rats were anesthetized with 10% chloral hydrate 3 ml/kg.C-fiber dysfunction was induced by exposing sciatic nerve to 8% capsaicin for 30 min in group CFD.The thermal withdrawal latency (TWL) and mechanical withdrawal threshold (MWT) were measured before and on 1,3,7 and 14 days after CFD.Six rats were then sacrificed at each time and the lumbar segments (L5) of the dorsal root ganglions were removed for detection of SIRT1 mRNA expression (by RT-PCR) and Ac-H3 and SIRT1 protein expression (by Western blot). Results Compared with group S,TWL was significantly increased at 1,3,7 and 14 days after CFD,SIRT1 mRNA and protein expression was up-regulated and Ac-H3 expression was down-regulated at 3,7 and 14 days after CFD (P < 0.05),while no significant change was found in MWT at each time point in group CFD (P > 0.05).Conclusion The mechanism of negative phenotype neuropathic pain is related to up-regulation of deacetylase SIRT1 expression and decreased acetylation of histone H3 in rat dorsal root ganglions.
