1.Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Integrated Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in 45 Cases of Early Syphilis
Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1993;0(10):-
Objective: To observe clinical and serologic effects of self-made Chinese drug Liangxue Baidu Decoction Granules combined with azithromycin on early syphilis. Methods: 68 cases of early syphilis were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group (u=43) were treated by Liangxue Baidu Decoction Granules combined with azithromycin and the control group (n=23) by simple azithromycin. Their therapeutic effects were compared. Results: There were significant differences between the two groups in the returning-negative rate of TRUST 1, 3, 6, 9 and 12 months after treatment (P

The influences of medicine by the rapid development of economy are at least reflected on the following three as-pects: dramatically increasing awareness of health and medical demand of the majority and the serious “five long one short” phenome-non in outpatient clinic. This paper is based on the medical data of Nanfang Hospital. We analyzed the problems in the five links of appointed registration, visiting the doctors, taking examination and treatment, charging medical fees and medicine -claiming, putting forward four suggestions including updating concept for outpatients , emphasizing the application of information equipment and popular-ization of mobile device, such as WeChat guidance, in order to enhance the hospital networking mechanism , realize the synchronous transfer of information, introduce high-technology, and finally perfect the e-record of patients.

Objective To analyze the status quo and influencing factors of patient safety culture among medical staffs in the hospitals of Shenzhen City to provided reference for its improvement and conduct the patient safety culture research by other medical institutions. Methods The Patient Safety Culture Questionnaire of Medical Institutions(PSCHO) was adopted to investigate on 1000 medical persons from February to May 2016.Results The total score of patient safety culture in medical staffs was (3.53±0.40) and,the difference among different categories of medical persons had no statistical significance (P> 0.05).The differences among the medical staffs with different working ages, communication frequency with patients, training times, concern frequency had statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The patient safety culture level in Shenzhen City is higher. However, the sense of blame and shame is one of the important factors impeding the promotion of the patient safety culture in hospitnl.Hospital should conduct the targeted improvement to the related factors affecting the patient safety culture from the aspects of organism, department and individual level.

OBJECTIVETo assess the optimal configuration of double-screw fixation for subtalar arthrodesis using finite element analysis.
METHODSThree-dimensional finite element double-screw models of subtalar arthrodesis were reconstructed using Mimics 13.0, Geomagic 10.0 and solid works software based on the 3-D images of the volunteer's right foot. The external and internal rotation torques of 4 N·m were applied, and the micromotion at the bone-to-bone interface were measured to evaluate the initial stability of subtalar arthrodesis.
RESULTSA neck screw plus an anterolateral dome screw was the most stable model. The peak micromotion at the fusion site of this fixation configuration were 41.67mnplus;0.49 and 42.64mnplus;0.75 µm in response to the respectively. A neck screw plus a posteromedial dome screw was the least stable model, with peak micromotion at the bone-to-bone interface of 61.76mnplus;1.00 and 62.32mnplus;0.90 µm, respectively.
CONCLUSIONA neck screw plus an anterolateral dome screw is the best fixation configuration while a neck screw plus a posteromedial screw provides the least stability of subtalar arthrodesis. Three-dimensional finite element models allow effective preoperative planning of the screw number and placement.

OBJECTIVETo assess the value of detecting the compositional features of carotid atherosclerotic plaques by 3.0T high resolution magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD).
METHODSConsecutive 104 patients with coronary atherosclerosis confirmed by coronary angiography were prospectively recruited from January 2013 to January 2015 in Tiantan hospital. All patients were imaged with 3.0T high resolution MRI system. After exclusion patients with poor image quality, 97 patients were divided into 3 groups according to the degree of coronary artery stenosis: coronary atherosclerosis group (coronary stenosis between 1%-49%, n=16); single-vessel lesion group (single vessel lesion with stenosis between 50%-100%, n=48); multi-vessel lesion group (two or three vessel lesions with stenosis between 50%-100% or left main stem disease, n=33). The prevalence of total carotid plaque, calcified plaque, lipid-rich necrotic core, intra-plaque hemorrhage, plaque ulcer and rupture were compared among 3 groups.
RESULTSThe prevalence of total carotid plaque (81.3%(13/16), 72.9%(35/48), and 93.9%(31/33)) and calcified plaque (50.0%(8/16), 35.4%(17/48), and 42.4%(14/33)) were similar among the 3 groups (both P>0.05). The prevalence of carotid lipid-rich necrotic core in coronary atherosclerosis group was significantly lower than in single-vessel lesion group (18.8%(3/16) vs. 64.6%(31/48), P<0.01) and multi-vessel lesion group(18.8%(3/16) vs. 69.7%(23/33), P<0.01), but there was no significant difference between single-vessel lesion group and multi-vessel lesion group(P>0.05). Intra-plaque hemorrhage was detected in 2 patients of multi-vessel lesion group. There was no plaque ulcer or rupture in this cohort.
CONCLUSIONCarotid plaque features are associated with the severity of coronary atherosclerosis in CAD patients.

OBJECTIVE To optimize th e p rocessing technology of Portulaca oleracea charcoal, and to investigate its improvement effect on the symptom of hemorrhoid model rats. METHODS The effects of roasting temperature ,dosage and roasting time on the processing technology of P. oleracea charcoal were investigated with Box-Behnken response surface methodology using comprehensive score of tannin content ,water-soluble extract content and appearance properties as the index. The optimal process parameters are selected and verified. The hemorrhoid model rats were treated with P. oleracea charcoal(0.8 g/mL)prepared by the optimal processing technology ,once a day ,for 11 days. After last medication ,the perianal pathological score of hemorrhoid model rats were performed ;serum levels of tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α),interleukin 6(IL-6)and IL- 1β were detected. RESULTS The optimal processing technology of P. oleracea charcoal included roasting temperature of 200 ℃, dosage of 150 g and roasting time of 14 min. Results of validation test showed that the comprehensive score of P. oleracea charcoal was 92.57,and relative error of it with predicted value (96.59)was -4.13%. External use of P. oleracea charcoal 0.8 g/mL prepared by the optimal processing technology could significantly promote the wound healing of hemorrhoid model rats ,reduced the amount of exudate ,and decreased the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-β in serum. CONCLUSIONS The optimized processing technology of P. oleracea charcoal is feasible. P. oleracea charcoal prepared by the optimized processing technology has good curative effect on the symptom of hemorrhoid model rats.
