Stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) can treat the lesions in asurgical manner and inhibit tumor cell proliferation.Furthermore,it has a character of non-invasive,which shortens the duration of treatment.Although surgery and radiotherapy are the major means for early stage peripheral non-small cell lung cancer, some studies in recent years show that SBRT has certain advantages in local control ratio and adverse reaction compared with radiotherapy, and acquires the similar curative effect with surgery.

Objective:To investigate the changes of plasma free carnitine (FC) level in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with hypertension and the influence of L-carnitine(L-CN) on plasma FC,blood glucose and blood viscosity. Methods:Plasma FC, blood glucose and blood viscosity were measured in 20 type 2 diabetic patients with hypertension (group 1) and 20 patients with essential hypertension (group 2) before and after they received 3. 0 g/d /,-CN intravenous infusion for ]0 d. Re-sultstlt was observed that plasma FC level was lower in group 1 [(50. 59?13. 41) ?mol/L] than in group 2 [(63. 32? 15. 23) ?mol/L,P

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of T cell enzyme-linked immunospot (T-SPOT.TB) assay on extrapulmonary tuberculosis patients. Methods Thirty patients suffered from extrapulmonary mycobacterium tuberculosis(MTB) infection and 30 with non-MTB infection were recruited this study.T-SPOT.TB assay was used to detect early secreting antigen target-6 (ESAT-6) and culture filtrate protein-10(CFP-10) specific T cells in blood samples.PPD skin test was also used. Results (1)The positive rate of MTB detected by T-SPOT.TB assay was 91.89% (34/37),higher than that of un-tuberculosis group (6.67 % (2/30)),and the difference was significant (x2 =48.403,P < 0.001).(2) The sensitivity, specificity, positive prospective value and negative prospective value of T-SPOT.TB assay were 91.89%,93.33%,94.44% and 90.32% respectively, better than those of PPD skin test (67.57%,56.67%,65.79%,58.62%),and the differences were markedly (x2 =6.773,10.756,9.392,8.031 respectively ; P =0.009,0.001,0.002,0.005 respectively).Meanwhile T-SPOT.TB assay has low agreement with means of PPD skin test(Kappa =0.311,x2 =6.801,P =0.009).Conclusion T-SPOT.TB assay has a higher sensitivity and specificity in the rapid diagnosis of extrapulmonary tuberculosis. Therefore,it is with great value and applicability as a screening test.

Objective To investigate current dietary and dyslipidemia status of air force pilots. Methods Energy expenditure was calculated by using daily-activity-recording method.Dietary survey was performed through weighing method.Body measurements were carried out according to military criteria.Double agent enzymic method was used to detect blood lipid profiles. The results were compared in 1997 and 1982.t or x2 test was used for data analysis. Results Excessive energy consumption and highprotein and fat or low-carbohydrate intake was found in the participants.Energy from fat or carbohydrate accounted for 47.3% and 37.9%,respectively.Obesity and overweight was found in 20.8% air force pilots, and hypertriglyceridemia and hypercholesterolemia occurred in 47.9% and 17.7%,respectively.Conclusion Dietary pattern and energy metabolism are inappropriate in air force pilots as a result of dyslipidemia.

Objective To develop a machine simultaneously integrating mechanized environmental cleaning and automatic mollusciciding and to evaluate its effectiveness of field application,so as to provide a novel Oncomelania hupensis snail control technique in the large?scale marshlands. Methods The machine simultaneously integrating mechanized environmental clean?ing and automatic mollusciciding, which was suitable for use in complex marshland areas, was developed according to the mech?anization and automation principles, and was used for O. hupensis snail control in the marshland. The effect of the machine on environmental cleaning and plough was evaluated, and the distribution of living snails was observed at various soil layers follow? ing plough. The snail control effects of plough alone and plough followed by mollusciciding were compared. Results The ma?chine could simultaneously complete the procedures of getting vegetation down and cut vegetation into pieces, plough and snail control by spraying niclosamide. After plough, the constituent ratios of living snails were 36.31% ,25.60% ,22.62% and 15.48% in the soil layers at depths of 0-5,6-10,11-15 cm and 16-20 cm respectively, and 61.91% living snails were found in the 0-10 cm soil layers. Seven and fifteen days after the experiment, the mortality rates of snails were 9.38% and 8.29% in the plough alone group, and 63.04% and 80.70% in the plough + mollusciciding group respectively(c27 d = 42.74,c215 d =155.56,both P values < 0.01). Thirty days after the experiment, the densities of snails were 3.02 snails/0.1 m2 and 0.53 snails/0.1 m2 in the soil surface of the plough alone group and the plough + mollusciciding group, which decreased by 64.92% and 93.60% ,respectively, and the decrease rate of snail density was approximately 30% higher in the plough + mollusciciding group than that in the plough alone group. Conclusions The machine simultaneously integrating mechanized environmental cleaning and automatic mollusciciding achieves the integration of mechanical environmental cleaning and automatic niclosamide spraying in the complex marshland areas, which provides a novel technique of field snail control in the large?scale setting in Chi?na.

Chinese Journal of Trauma 2023;39(2):97-106
During coronavirus disease 2019 epidemic, the treatment of severe trauma has been impacted. The Consensus on emergency surgery and infection prevention and control for severe trauma patients with 2019 novel corona virus pneumonia was published online on February 12, 2020, providing a strong guidance for the emergency treatment of severe trauma and the self-protection of medical staffs in the early stage of the epidemic. With the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council renaming "novel coronavirus pneumonia" to "novel coronavirus infection" and the infection being managed with measures against class B infectious diseases since January 8, 2023, the consensus published in 2020 is no longer applicable to the emergency treatment of severe trauma in the new stage of epidemic prevention and control. In this context, led by the Chinese Traumatology Association, Chinese Trauma Surgeon Association, Trauma Medicine Branch of Chinese International Exchange and Promotive Association for Medical and Health Care, and Editorial Board of Chinese Journal of Traumatology, the Chinese expert consensus on emergency surgery for severe trauma and infection prevention during coronavirus disease 2019 epidemic ( version 2023) is formulated to ensure the effectiveness and safety in the treatment of severe trauma in the new stage. Based on the policy of the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council and by using evidence-based medical evidence as well as Delphi expert consultation and voting, 16 recommendations are put forward from the four aspects of the related definitions, infection prevention, preoperative assessment and preparation, emergency operation and postoperative management, hoping to provide a reference for severe trauma care in the new stage of the epidemic prevention and control.
