translational research highly depends on Translational research organizations.America is the leading country in science and technology. It is very important to learn from America successful experience in order to develop perfect translational research organization.This paper analyzed the needs of changing the current research organization,and provided some suggestions for Chinese translational research organization based on understanding the differences between America and Chinese present research organization.

The Componential Framework of Creativity,advanced by Amabile,one of significant figures on the social psychology of creativity,comprehensively interpreted the nature and the construct components of creativity.Inspiring by the ideology of Amabile's Componential Framework of Creativity,this study examined whether the science research human resource management practices in today's Chinese science research institutions follow the nature of science research and whether the policy and operation inhibit creativity.It identified the common misconducts happened in human resource selection,development and performance management,and the causes and countermeasures of those misconducts were also explored.The findings will be a source of reference for human resource management practitioners at the science research field of China.

Objective To evaluate the key role of development of medical and biological techniques correlating with medical protection against New Concept Weapons(NCWs) and put forward a development strategy in medical protection against NCWs. Methods Data on the present medical techniques protecting against NCWs were obtained by tracing references. On the basis of analyzing and studying the obtained data, an evaluation was made by consulting experts, system analysis, scientific selection, clustering analysis and policy analysis. Results The correlation coefficients correlation, indexes and scores in the present progress of 36 techniques were determined. Furthermore, the evaluation was made. Conclusion Different developing strategy should be taken in accordance with the important and the present research on medical and biological techniques correlating with medical protection against NCWs. This study will give us some advice on protecting against NCWs in medicine.

Translational medicine actually is combine theory and daily practice,basic and clinic research,which need multidiscipline,collaboration between different areas.Collaborative innovation is the requirement of translational medicine.Therefore,establishing research organization with characteristic of collaborative innovation is the key for the development of translational medicine.

Making a statistical analysis of the intellectual property fights in the Science and Technology Awards of Chongqing Municipality from 2005 to 2007 ,we analyzed the effect of the intellectual property rights on the Science and Technology Awards, and also discussed the relationship between the two aspects.

In the meantime, the author recommended proposals for reform of medicine graduate education in China in aspects of education system,school system,instruction mode,curriculum system and experimental cross-disciplinary.

As a new trend of biomedical research,the translational medicine has increasingly got recognition.This article attempts to analyze the current challenges facing medical colleges in the organization and management of translational research,based on a summary of the rise of translational medicine.After that the author gives some suggestions to the innovation on the management of research in medical colleges.
