Objective To evaluate outcomes of the reform and recommend on risk avoidance. Methods The retrospective descriptive analysis was called into play to compare the surveillance data of the medical institutions before and after the reform. Results Significant changes have been identified in such key elements of the institutions as medical service, quality of care, efficiency, and costs.Improvements include effective release of the medical needs of patients, much higher efficiency of medical staff, shorter days of stay, and drug proportion,in addition to reasonable control of the total inpatient expenses, and further cutback of the patient's out-of-pocket burden. Conclusion With other factors excluded, the reform can benefit the patients and help medical institutions development,if risks are avoided and measures improved.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of low-dose erythromycin for the prevention of feeding intolerance in preterm infants. Methods Fifty-two preterm infants (30-31 weeks' GA group) and 68 preterm infants (32-34 weeks' GA group) were randomly subdivided into prevention groups and control groups. From the second day the prevention groups received intravenously erythromycin [3 mg /(kg·d)] for 10 days, the control groups received placebo of glucose. Results In 30-31 weeks' GA group, days to achieve full enteral feeding (DAFEF) ,days to regain birth weight (DRBW) and duration of hospitalization (DH) were shorter in the prevention group as compared to those in the control group, the incidence of feeding intolerance was lower too,but there was no significant difference (P >0.05). In 32-34 weeks' GA group, DAFEF [(13.8±4.5) d],DRBW [(10.5±1.6) d],DH [(28.5±6.8) d] were significantly shorter in the prevention group than those in the control group [(17.2±4.2), (13.8±1.5), (35.5±7.2) d],the incidence of feeding intolerance in the prevention group was lower too[ 17.6%(6/34) vs 35.3%( 12/34) ], there was significant difference (P < 0.05 ). Conclusion In 32-34 weeks' GA, low-dose erythromycin can be a safe and effective method to promote food tolerance in preterm infants, but not sure in 30-31 weeks' GA.

Objective:
To analyze the postoperative complications of Da Vinci robotic total gastrectomy for gastric cancer, and explore the risk factors for postoperative complications.
Methods:
The retrospective case-control study was conducted. The clinicopathological data of 173 patients with gastric cancer who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University from March 2010 to March 2019 were collected. There were 138 males and 35 females, aged from 34 to 76 years, with an average age of 60 years. All the 173 patients underwent Da Vinci robotic total gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Observation indicators: (1) postoperative complications; (2) analysis of risk factors for postoperative complications of Da Vinci robotic total gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Count data were expressed as absolute numbers or percentages. Univariate analysis was performed using the chi-square test or Fisher exact probability. Indicators with

Objective:To evaluate the operation effect of remote imaging network platform in a regional medical center. Methods:The workload data of remote imaging network in a regional medical center from 2017 to 2019 were analyzed.Results:137 medical institutions were connected to the remote imaging diagnosis network platform, and the number of imaging examinations in grass-roots medical institutions increased significantly. Part of the imaging examination in the superior medical center was gradually diverted to the subordinate medical institutions. However, limited by the ability of image diagnosis, grass-roots medical institutions relied on remote diagnosis of higher-level hospitals. Conclusions:Remote image diagnosis network is an important platform support for Internet plus medical health service, which can rapidly and effectively enhance the ability and level of imaging diagnosis in primary medical institutions.
