Objective To explore the effect of the ropivacaine combined with sufentanil on neuropathic pain in rats.Methods The constriction injury method was performed to establish rat neuropathic pain model and 40 neu-ropathic rats were produced in accordance with the above modeling methods,which were divided into group A(ropiva-caine and sufentanil combined administration,n =10),group B(ropivacaine administration,n =10),group C(sufen-tanil administration,n =10)and group D(no administration,n =10).A total of 10 healthy rats without any treatment, the normal feeding,named as group E.At 1,3,7,11,14,21d after operation von -Frey filaments determination of mechanical hyperalgesia(MWT),and the Hargreaves method for the determination of thermal hyperalgesia(TWL) were measured and the ELISA Kit (IL -6 and TNF -α) were used to detect serum IL -6 and TNF -αconcentrations.Results Before and at 1 day after the operation mechanical allodynia and thermal hyperalgesia and allergy treatment had no significant difference(all P >0.05).Mechanical allodynia and thermal hyperalgesia of group A,B and C were significantly lower than those before the treatment and at 1 day after operation(all P <0.05),and mechanical hyperalgesia and thermal hyperalgesia of group A was significantly lower than those of group B and C (all P <0.05).The serum IL -6 and TNF -αconcentrations of 7,14 and 21 days in group A were significantly lower than those of group B and C(t =7.10,5.84,9.11,all P <0.05).Conclusion The effects of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil analgesic on neuropathic pain of rats was significantly higher than that of ropivacaine or sufentanil alone in the treatment.

Osteoporosis （OP） and osteoarthritis （OA） are common bone diseases in clinic. OP is a systemic skeletal disease， and OA is a chronic degenerative joint disease with high prevalence and disability rates. With the advent of the aging population， the incidence rate of OA and OP is increasing year by year， and they have become common diseases of the elderly. The quality of life and physical and mental health of patients are severely affected by the above two bone diseases. Chinese medicine has a long history of treating bone diseases， with a good clinical effect on preventing and treating OP， OA， and other bone diseases with few side effects. It is one of the commonly used methods to treat bone diseases. Polysaccharides， as one of the active substances of Chinese medicine， have various pharmacological activities and a wide range of sources with low toxicity， and their effect cannot be ignored. The role of polysaccharides in the treatment of bone diseases has been deeply studied. It has been found that the mechanism of Chinese medicine polysaccharides in treating OP and OA involves multiple levels， targets， and pathways. Through the analysis and summary of the relevant literature on the mechanism of Chinese medicine polysaccharides in treating OP and OA， it was found that Chinese medicine polysaccharides mainly treated OP by regulating the bone dynamic balance between osteoblasts and osteoclasts and affecting bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and bone microstructure. The mechanism of Chinese medicine polysaccharides in the treatment of OA is related to the regulation of chondrocyte growth， the increase in the proteoglycan and collagen content in the cartilage matrix， and the reduction of oxygen free radical content and inflammatory mediator level. This study aimed to further explore the internal relationship among mechanisms of Chinese medicine polysaccharides in the treatment of bone diseases， to provide relevant ideas for the study of Chinese medicine polysaccharides in the treatment of bone diseases.

Objective To explore the contamination of water samples from centralized air conditioning system and other domestic environment by legionella. Methods One hundred and eighty-six samples were collected from 75 sampling sites located among centralized air conditioning system, shower bath and humidifiers. The serology identification and semi-nested PCR were used to identify legionella in water samples. Results The positive rate was 8.60% (16/186) for legionella and 8.06%(15/186) for Legionella pneumophila among water samples respectively. Legionella and Legionella pneumophila were found in cooling water and condensate of centralized air conditioning system and water from shower bath in different degree. Water samples from cooling tower of centralized air conditioning system showed the highest positive rate for legionella and Legionella pneumophila. Conclusion Cooling water and condensate of centralized air conditioning system and water from shower bath present the risk of contamination by legionella. It should be paid more attention to prevent legionnaires' disease.

Objective To explore the effect of health education on the blood glucose controlling target in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 598 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the control group (given conventional treat- ment and medication guide) and the intervention group (besides the above-mentioned treatment, also given diabetes health management program including the systemic health education and promotion, and with stress on behavioral, psychological, dietary intervention) and observed for 7 months. Stroke is a common cerebrovascular disease， characterized by high incidence， mortality and disability rate. Neuronal cells， the basic unit of the central nervous system， can be injured to varying degrees when stroke occurs. Neuronal cell injury after stroke is also the key cause leading to neurological dysfunction， affecting the prognosis and quality of life of patients. Therefore， reducing the neuronal cell injury and delaying the process of cell death are effective to decrease the nerve function injury in stroke patients and improve their prognosis， thus lowering the death and disability rate of stroke. Ferroptosis is a new form of cell death that has been widely concerned in recent years. Several studies have confirmed that there is ferroptosis in neuronal cells after stroke. Since ferroptosis is an adjustable form， its intervention can help regulate the injury and death of neuronal cells. Studies have shown that inhibiting ferroptosis plays a role in protecting neuronal cells. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）， with the multi-channel and multi-target treatment advantages， has been widely used in the whole stroke and has achieved good clinical efficacy. It might be a new direction taking TCM regulation of ferroptosis as the entry point for stroke treatment in the future. This review revealed the mechanism of ferroptosis， discussed the research status of TCM in intervening in neuronal cell ferroptosis， and provided reference for further improving the efficacy of TCM in stroke.

OBJECTIVE： To optimize the integrated processing technology for “precise decoction pieces” of Helianthus annuus. METHODS： The contents of total flavonoids and total protein in H. annuus were determined by UV spectrophotometry with rutin and bovine serum albumin as control. Refering to Chinese Pharmacopoeia， the contents of water soluble extract， dilute ethanol extracts and ethyl acetate extract were determined. Based on the different needs such as maintaining quality consistency with the original medicinal materials， preference for anti-gout treatment， preference for liver calming and pain relief， using the contents of total flavonoids， total protein and 3 kinds of polar extract as indexes， gray correlation method was used to optimize the integrated processing technology of 3 kinds of “precise decoction pieces” of H. annuus. RESULTS： Gray correlation analysis showed that the ideal sample sequence of decoction pieces in massive shape dried at 60 ℃ with the original medicinal materials and decoction pieces with preference use of liver calming and pain relief was the most relevant； the ideal sample sequence of ideal sample sequence of decoction pieces in massive shape dried in the shade with decoction pieces with clinical application preference of anti-gout therapy was the most relevant. CONCLUSIONS： Different integrated processing technology for “precise decoction pieces” of H. annuus can be adopted for different needs. If it is necessary to keep the quality consistent with the original medicinal materials or to prepare H. annuus decoction pieces for liver calming and pain relieving， medicinal material can be cut into massive shape and dried at 60 ℃； if it is necessary to prepare H. annuus decoction pieces for anti-gout treatment， cutting into massive shape and drying in the shade can be adopted.

The objective of this study was to analyze the effects on cell viability, apoptosis, and cell cycle of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) A549 cells after intervention with Agrimonia pilosa (AP) and investigate Agrimonia pilosa anti-tumor activity in vitro. Meanwhile, liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC-MS) metabolomics technology was used to analyze the changes of cellular metabolites and metabolic pathways. The results of this study will provide a theoretical and experimental basis for investigating the mechanism of the effect of Agrimonia pilosa on non-small cell lung cancer A549 cells. The results showed that the cell nucleus of A549 cells crumpled and apoptosis occurred with the increase of drug concentration. The survival rate of the cells decreased, and the inhibition rate reached 21.5% and 91.74% under the low and high dose conditions, respectively. Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) content increased (P < 0.05). Metabolomics results showed significant differences in metabolism between groups, thirty-three distinct metabolites including LysoPC(24:0/0:0), LysoPC(17:0/0:0) and PC(O-40:5) were deduced. The pathway enrichment showed that the Agrimonia pilosa plays an anti-tumor role mainly by regulating the metabolism of glycerophosphate and purine in A549 cells, in which the effect on glycerophosphate metabolism pathway was most significant. The results of combined pharmacodynamics suggested that Agrimonia pilosa might induce apoptosis and inhibit the growth of A549 cells by regulating LysoPC(24:0/0:0), LysoPC(17:0/0:0) and PC(O-40:5) metabolites in A549 cells.

Central nervous system （CNS） is a sophisticated system subject to complex regulation， which dominates the high-level neural activities of the human body. Due to its complex physiological structure and refined regulatory mechanism covering a variety of diseases， CNS is the place where many chronic， refractory and rare diseases occur. Nerve cell is the basic unit of CNS， and its dysfunction and death is the root cause of CNS diseases. Ferroptosis is a new form of programmed cell death proposed in recent years， and has been proved to be closely related to the production and development of multiple CNS diseases. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）， including Chinese herbs， acupuncture and moxibustion， and massage， has shown unique advantages in the treatment of CNS diseases for a long time. A large number of studies have demonstrated that TCM participates in the regulation of CNS diseases via regulating ferroptosis and shows a good research prospect. This paper summarized the characteristics of ferroptosis and discussed the association between ferroptosis and CNS diseases in pathological mechanism. We also reviewed the regulation of various CNS diseases by different TCM interventions through ferroptosis， providing references for TCM to participate in the treatment of CNS diseases properly in the future.

Objective To investigate the prevalence of urticaria among children aged 2-6 years in Nanjing city.Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out in children aged 2-6 years in 5 main districts of Nanjing City.Results The number of valid questionnaires was 13 610,accounting for 92.8％ of total respondents.Among the 13 610 respondents,1 116 were diagnosed as urticaria,including 565 boys and 551 girls,with the total prevalence rate being 8.54％.No significant difference was observed in the prevalence rate of urticaria between boys and girls (8.49％ vs.8.60％,x2 =0.04,P =0.832) or among children of different age groups (x2 =1.84,P =0.17).The prevalence of urticaria increased with age,and positively correlated with parents' educational level (rs =0.96,P =0.000).Children born in urban areas showed higher prevalence of urticaria than those in rural areas (8.79％ vs.5.56％,x2 =13.98,P =0.000).Conclusions The prevalence of urticaria has increased among children aged 2-6 years in recent years.More studies should be carried out to investigate into the pathogenesis and relevant factors of urticaria,so as to facilitate its prevention and treatment.

The questionnaire of was issued to 24 colleges and universities of TCM in China. The questionnaire systematically investigated the recent disciplinary development of acupuncture-moxibustion and from the aspects of specialty construction, student enrollment, faculty construction, personnel training quality, teaching quality and scientific research results. As a result, from 2013 to October of 2017, the above aspects in 24 colleges and universities of TCM in China showed an increasing trend year by year. Based on this survey, this report aimed to fully reflect the disciplinary development of acupuncture-moxibustion and in China, which could analyze the current situation for education departments and training units, and provide data reference and support for acupuncture and discipline to become a first-class discipline.
