AIM: To observe the mRNA expressions of Insulin-induced gene 2(Insig-2) and Vitamin D receptor(VDR) in HepG2 cell line and investigate the possible mechanism of berberine on regulating blood lipid. METHODS: HepG2 cells were incubated with Bet at different concentrations(1,3,10,30,100 ?mol/L),and incubated with 3 ?mol/L berberine for various times(0,12,24,48,72 h).Total RNA was extracted and the mRNA expressions of Insig-2 and VDR from HepG2 cells treated by berberine were quantified by RT-PCR.(RESULTS): After exposure to gradient concentrations of berberine for 24 h,the mRNA expressions of Insig-2 and VDR in HepG2 cells increased obviously peaked at 3 ?mol/L concentration, then the up-regulating effect declined gradually. The relative coefficient between them was(0.753)(P

Chinese Journal of Pharmacology and Toxicology 2017;31(10):1026-1026
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease, which is characterized by synovial inflammation. Hyperplasia sublining macrophages found in synovium is an early hallmark of RA and effective treatment results in their diminution. However, the origin of these sublining macrophages in synovium (including infiltrated macrophages and tissue-resident macrophages) are still unknown both in animal models of arthritis and RA patients, let alone the differences and feature of these macro?phages. In rheumatic synovium, macrophages are submitted to a large variety of micro-environmental signals which influence the phenotypic polarization and activation of macrophages. Understanding the mechanisms and functional consequences of the heterogeneous macrophages will contribute to confirm their potential role in synovial inflammation development. Furthermore, research on macrophage plasticity to soft-control their phenotypic polarization could lead to novel therapeutic approaches.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(02):-
As a young discipline imported from the West,Chinese bioethics has made tremendous achievements in the last three decades. However,at the same time, there are also certain confusions about its ideaistic origins and academic development.Observing the trends in the growth of western bioethics and the changes in the contemporary real social life,we can see that it is the time to break the current bottleneck for the contemporary development of Chinese bioethics.Specifically,Chinese bioethics should shift its attention to the quality of life, and manifests its thought depth and academic value through reflecting the reality.Advancing with the times, the bioethics is bound to have a brighter future.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2010;26(30):38-39
Objective To integrate nurses' humanistic quality into professional nursing training, in order to improve humanistic quality and nursing quality. Methods Nurses with working years within 6 years in our hospital were chosen from May, 2009 to May, 2010. And through non-professional reading, specified materials reading, multimedia lectures, particularly the refining and essence of reading reports, humanities knowledge and humanistic care consciousness was melted into personal morality, words, deeds and cultivation. Investigation about satisfaction degree was carried out among patients before and after the training. Results Satisfaction degree of patients increased after training, so did the satisfaction degree of nurses to reading reports. Conclusions To integrate nurses' humanistic quality into professional nursing training can improve humanistic quality of nurses and nursing quality. Nurses' professional image will be increasingly standard, overall quality and service quality can be improved, and thought of dedicated service for patients will be consolidated.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2009;18(11):663-665,669
Objective To investigate the clinical, pathological features of Casfleman's disease (CD)and evaluate the treatment and prognosis. Methods Twenty six cases of CD diagnosed by pathological examination from January 2003 to October 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The ratio of male to (76.9 %) patients are local CD(LCD) and six (23.1%) are multicentric CD (MCD). Two of them show the inereaseot reactive plasma cells in bone marrow. One patient was complicated with autoimmunal disorder. One patient complicated diffused Interstitial lung change. According to the pathological classification, twenty four patients (92.3 %) are hyaline vascular type (HV), and two (7.7 %) are plasma cell type (PC). For treatment, ninety patients (73 %) that totally LCD type accepted completely resection, three patients (11.5 %) accepted uncompleted resection, four patients (15.4 %) accepted chemotherapy COP, CHOP, ECHOP. Follow-up toOctober 2008, all the patients are alive and average survival time is 5 years. Conclusion CD is a rare lymphoproliferative disorder, there are slightly more female patients than male in morbility, no age difference is found in CD. Lymphomegaly and no pain is the common symptoms. Single lymphomegaly is more often, system symptoms are commonly occurred in MCD. Pathological examination is the golden standard in diagnosis. HV type is more than PC. PC type can complicated reactive plasma cells and increase autoimmunal disorder. The patients of LCD would be cured with completely excision, and chemotherapy such as COP will significantly reduced the lymphomegaly but lightly to the systematical symptoms for MCD type.

Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine 2014;34(3):261-266
There is a new research model named 'registry study/patient registry' in Western medicine, which could be referred to by Chinese medicine researchers, such as active safety surveillance. This article will introduce registry study from different aspects as the developing history, features, and application in order to inform Chinese medicine researchers of future studies.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2015;(12):1391-1396
Objective To observe the effect of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) transplantation on the expression of growth associated protein-43 (GAP-43) in rats after spinal cord injury (SCI). Methods The SCI models were made by impacting at the level of T11 segment. After modeling, the rats were randomly and equally divided into control group (n=18) and observation group (n=18). 1 week after injury, DMEM/F12 medium 0.1 ml was injected into tail vein of rats in the control group, and an equal volume of BMSCs suspension was injected in the observation group. 1, 2, 4, 8 weeks after SCI, the hindlimb function was evaluated by the Basso-Beattie-Bresnahan (BBB) score. 2, 4, 8 weeks after SCI, the expression of GAP-43 mRNA was detected by RT-PCR, and the expression of GAP-43 was detect-ed by the immunohistochemistry. Results 2, 4, 8 weeks after SCI, compared with the control group, The BBB score increased, the expres-sion of GAP-43 mRNA and GAP-43 increased in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion BMSCs transplantation can improve the ex-pression of GAP-43 in gene and protein level, and then promote the repair of SCI.
