Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1985;0(01):-
30 ?g/min were found to have retinopathy, but those with slightly increased UAE (15-30 ?g/min) showed a lower incidence of retinopathy similar to that of non-albuminuric diabetics. It indicates that UAE with 30 ?g/min may signal an imperative stage in preventing micro-vascular complications in diabetes.

In the present study, we observed the effects of cholinergic enhancement by pyridostigmine (PD), a cholinesterases inhibitor, on GH release in both normal (n = 13) and GH deficient children and adolescents (n = 8). Responses of GH to insulin hypoglycemia were also observed. In the normal subjects, PD-induced serum GH peak levels were significantly higher than that induced by insulin (P

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2017;16(9):882-886
Under the situation of national demand for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills, it is very important to develop a scientific and feasible education and training program to popularize CPR skills, and improve first-aid ability. This study illustrated the significance and feasibility of setting up car-diopulmonary resuscitation courses in colleges and universities. On this basis, specific suggestions and countermeasures were put forward to improve teaching organization and leadership, teaching material de-velopment, curriculum design, teaching faculty development, teacher training and laboratory construction. This study proposed to strengthen the legislation, and the implementation of first-aid qualification examina-tion in colleges and universities, making the students become the preferred educational group of CPR skills, which is of great significance to improve public popularity rate of CPR.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the expression and significance of CD151 in pituitary adenomas.
METHODSThirty-six pituitary adenomas were collected immediately after surgery together with five normal pituitary tissue. Real time-PCR, Western blot and immunohistochemistry analysis were performed to detect the expression of CD151 mRNA and protein in thirty-six pituitary adenomases and five normal pituitary tissues.
RESULTSThe expression of CD151 in all pituitary adenomases was observed to be significantly higher than that in normal pituitary tissues by Western blot, real time PCR, and immunohistochemistry analysis (P < 0.01). The expression levels of protein and mRNA in invasive pituitary adenomas were much higher than those in non-invasive pituitary adenomas (P < 0.01).
CONCLUSIONThe results suggested that the expression of CD151 was closely correlated with malignant degree of pituitary adenomas, which indicated the expression of CD151 was intimately correlated with occurrence and development of pituitary adenomas. Detecting CD151 might be a vital index to predict prognosis of pituitary adenomas.

Objective To investigate the characteristics of attention networks impairment in Parkinson' s disease patients. Methods Attention network test was performed in 28 PD patients and 28 normal controls on the efficiency of three anatomically defined attentional networks:alerting, orienting, and executive control. Results The correct rate of attention network test was significantly lower(P0.05).The relative analysis showed that the Hoehn Yahr stage was positively correlated with the value of executive netwok(r=0.794,P

Dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) is the most frequent pattern of non-ischemic cardiomyopathy with poor prognosis and high mortality.Studies in recent years found that non-coding small RNA molecules (miRNA) were closely related to the clinical course of DCM.The present article made a review on the expression pattern of miRNA and development of DCM study.

Garrès osteomyelitis is a specific type of chronic osteomyelitis that most commonly occurs in young patients, secondary to dental infection, and affects the unilateral side of the mandible. Bilateral mandibular Garrè's osteomyelitis is rare. In this article, a case of Garrè's osteomyelitis with bilateral mandible is reported. Its etiology, clinical pathologic features, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, and treatment methods are discussed by reviewing relevant literature.

Objective To study plasmid-mediated transfer, plasmid replicon typing, and genetic environment of blaNDM-1 gene in Enterobacteraerogenes(E.aerogenes).Methods E.aerogenes HN-NDM0711 was used as the subject of this research, the transferable properties of plasmid were analyzed by conjugation testing, conjugant was performed stability testing, plasmid type was determined by PCR-based replicon typing (PBRT),downstream and upstream of blaNDM-1 were sequenced using chromosome walking method, genetic context was analyzed by BLASTN and BALSTP,as well as annotated using Vector NTI 11.5.1 software, sequence pipeline graph was made, the sequence was submitted to Genbank through software Banklt. Results The conjugation testing of E.aerogenes pHN-NDM0711 was positive, after positive conjugant was conducted 4-day passage, minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of imipenem and meropenem to all the cloned strains didn't change,blaNDM-1 were all positive. The replicon type was IncA/C;blaNDM-1 gene was localized between ISAba14 and IS91,at upstream of the blaNDM-1,class 1 integron and Tn3 transposon were identified, class 1 integron contained a new mosaic structure of a drug-resistant resistance gene cassette. Conclusion E.aerogenes pHN-NDM071 1,bearing blaNDM-1 gene in IncA/C plasmid, derived from gene recombination under different antimicrobial selection pressure.Antimicrobial use in clinical, industrial and agricultural area should be strictly controlled,so as to reduce the emergence of such bacteria.

Objective To study the characteristics of hepatic artery anatomy and master the method of arterial repair, especially the method and technology of repair of anomalous donor arteries. Methods Sixty-four(human) liver arteries were dissected and repaired, and 31 of these were used in liver transplantation. Results Twelve of 64 cases had anatomical anomaly of hepatic artery(12/64,18.75%).Five of 24 fetal(liver) donors(20.83%) had anatomical anomaly of hepatic artery, one arose from the superior mesentery(artery) as a replaced right hepatic artery,3 from accessory right hepatic artery, and in 1 case the hepatic(artery) arose from superior mesentery artery directly.Seven adults had hepatic artery anomalies:2 cases of right hepatic artery being replaced by artery derived from SMA,2 cases of left hepatic artery deriving from left gastric artery and 3 cases of accessory right hepatic artery derived from SMA.In 31 hepatic(transplantations),4 grafts with anatomical anomaly of right hepatic artery were used. Conclusions (Reconstruction) of hepatic artery plays an important role in hepatic transplantation.Avoidance of injury to(aberrant) hepatic avteries during removal of donor liver is a key to ensure successful arterial repair.During(repair) of very small accessory hepatic arteries, ligation or repair of the artery may be determined after(observation) of backflow from collateral vessels.
