The purpose of study was to evaluate the effect of stopping use of cyclosporine A (CsA) in reversion of donor chimeras of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) patients relapsed after transplantation. Two CML patients were transplanted with allogeneic peripheral blood stem cells, and relapsed after transplantation, their bcr/abl gene and/or ph1 chromosome showed positive, donor chimeras decreased. For these two CML patients relapsed after transplantation, the use of CsA was stopped immediately, and the patient's body temperature, skin rash, blood picture, liver function and chimeras were planed to observe carefully. The results indicated that acute graft versus host disease (aGVHD) appeared in both patients. A hundred percent (100%) of donor chimeras were then found with bcr/abl gene and/or ph1 chromosome turning to negative in both patients. In conclusion, to stop using of CsA might be effective in the treatment of some CML patients relapsed after transplantation by reversing of donor chimeras and inducing graft-versus-leukemia (GVL) effect accompanied by GVHD.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2017;21(28):4585-4592
BACKGROUND:There is a lack of evidence about the application of extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESVTr) in frozen shoulder contracture syndrome.OBJECTIVE:To systematically assess the effectiveness of EST for frozen shoulder.METHODS:A computer-based online search of PubMed,ScienceDirect,The Cochrane Library,Embase,Web of knowledge,CNKI,WanFang and CqVip databases was performed for articles related to ESWT for frozen shoulder published before May 10,2016.Randomized controlled trials or randomized controlled crossover trials were screened. The Meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.0 software, and publication bias was assessed by Berg and Egger tests on Stata1 1.0 software. The continuous variables were expressed as standard mean difference (SMD) and 95% confidence interval (CI),and binary variables were expressed as odds ratio (OR) and 95% Cl.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Eleven trials were enrolled involving 816 participants.ESWT could effectively alleviate shoulder pain (P < 0.05,/2=54%).When excluded the trials of which control groups were medical interventions, the direction of the outcome did not change.ESVVT was beneficial for the participants in terms of range of motion except extension, the changes in shoulder flexion (P < 0.05,/2=28%),shoulder abduction (P < 0.000 01,/2=17%),shoulder internal rotation (P < 0.05,/2=0%),shoulder external rotation (P < 0.05,/2=43%).However,there is no evidence of the effectiveness of ESWT versus control (conventional therapy) for improving the range of shoulder extension.ESWT could increase the efficiency of treating frozen shoulder (P < 0.05,/2=0.0%) and efficacy of curing frozen shoulder (P < 0.05,/2=0.0%) compared with other interventions, and with no significant difference in the drop rate. These results indicate that ESWT can effectively alleviate the pain of frozen shoulder, expand the range of shoulder flexion, abduction, internal and external rotation,as well as improve the therapeutic efficiency and cure rate in the treatment of frozen shoulder.

Objective The proto-oncogene c-Met was found to express on human laryngeal carcinoma Hep-2 cell line in previous research. In the present study, the author further examined whether inhibition of c-Met by RNA interference(RNAi) might inhibit biologic activity of Hep-2 cell line in vitro and proliferation using a murine laryngeal carcinoma model. Methods RNAi plasmid that can express small interfering RNA targeting c-Met or siRNA that did not match any known human coding mRNA( control siRNA plasmid) was designed, constructed, and transfected into Hep-2 cell line by using cationic liposome Lipofectamine2000 as transfecting agent. In vitro, the transfection efficacy was tested by RT-PCR and Western Blot method, then elected the most inhibitive c-Met-siRNA sequence. Cell proliferation, movement and invasion were studied using MTT, cell migration assay and cell invasion assay, respectively. The Hep-2 cells were transplanted into nude mice, then the time of tumor formation and growth were observed. After tumor formation, c-Met-siRNA was given as the anti-tumor therapy. Expression of c-Met, MMP-9 and VEGF were detected by Western Blot method. Results After the pSilencer2. 0/c-Met-shRNA recombinant plasmid transfeetion into laryngeal carcinoma Hep-2 cells, the expression of mRNA and proteinum of c-Met decreased significantly in Hep-2 cells. On the 35th day after tumor vaccination, the tumor volume was (138±27)mm~3 in c-Met-siRNA transfection group, Which was diminished significantly in contrast with control group( P<0. 01 ). The expression of c-Met, MMP-9 and VEGF in the tumor of experiment group was decreased significantly, respectively (P<0.05 ). Conclusions The results indicated that c-Met-siRNA can down-regulate the expression of c-Met and markedly inhibit laryngeal carcinoma Hep-2 cell proliferation, movement and invasion and the growth of transplantation tumor of nude mice. The siRNA expressing plasmid mediated gene therapy might be a new strategy in targeting molecular therapy of cancer of larynx.

Chinese Journal of Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Diseases 2009;27(3):145-148
OBJECTIVETo investigate the status of job burnout in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) doctors and explore the effect of occupational commitment on job burnout.
METHODSA test of occupational commitment and job burnout was carried out in 507 TCM doctors with occupational commitment questionnaire and Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Services Survey (MBI-HSS).
RESULTSThe age group of < 30 years scored lowest (2.352 +/- 0.660) in personal accomplishment compared with 30 years old group and 40 years old group [(2.136 +/- 0.704) and (2.127 +/- 0.628) respectively] (P < 0.01). The score of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization increased with educational levels. There was significantly negative correlation between job burnout and occupational commitment (P < 0.01). Occupational commitment had significant effect on job burnout (P < 0.01). Occupational trouble commitment was a major predictor for emotional exhaustion (P < 0.01). Professional self-efficacy commitment was a major predictor for depersonalization (P < 0.01). Affective commitment was a major predictor for personal accomplishment (P < 0.01).
CONCLUSIONOccupational commitment is a good predictor for job burnout. Improving occupational commitment is an important measure to prevent job burnout.
