Along with the condition of antibiotic abuse,the regulatory hurdles to new antibiotics which have be-come increasingly complex and the technical difficulty of discovering new antibiotics,especially those able to penetrate Gram -negative bacteria(GNB),drug -resistant of GNB has become increasingly serious.This review focuses on com-mon clinical GNB drug resistance related issues.

Objective To investigate the value of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps. Methods One hundred and ten patients diagnosed as endometrial polyps by transvaginal ultrasound and undergone operative hysteroscopy and histologic examination, were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among 110 cases 75 cases (68.2%) were accurately diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound,while 35 cases (31.8%) were misdiagnosed.The diseases misdiagnosed included endometrium hyperplasia,intrauterine adhesions and submucousmyoma.Conclusions Combining clinical symptoms with ultrasonogram characters and optimal time of detection can reduce the misdiagnostic rate of endometrial polyps.

Objective To explore tetrandrine on murine hemangioendothelioma cell and its mechanisms.Methods Explore the effect of tetrandrine on EOMA cells in time and concentration MTT experiment, the content of tetrandrine treated EOMA cells in different cell cycle detected by flow cytometry, speculated effect of tetrandrine on G1/S phase checkpoint for EOMA cells blocking.Western blot analyzed the molecular mechanism of tetrandrine induced EOMA cell block, and intracellular reactive oxygen species level were detected byflow cytometry.Then used the active oxygen scavenger NAC pretreated cells after drug incubation.Results Tetrandrine could inhibit the cell reproduction, and showed a concentration and time dependence, role in tetrandrine 20μM was significantly inhibited after 48 h.Tetrandrine caused mainly by EOMA cells during the cell cycle of G1/S phase cell block, so as to achieve the effect of inhibiting cell proliferation.Tetrandrine increased intracellular reactive oxygen species ( ROS) blockade effect of elevated levels of cell cycle to achieve, and the regulation of AKT, GSK-3 βand p53 cell cycle upstream protein level, finally maked the expression changes.Further research proved that, tetrandrine induced up-regulation of ROS level in cells to induce EOMA cell cycle arrest.Moreover, regulated by the ROS inhibitor NAC could significantly inhibit EOMA cell cycle factor.Conclusion Tetrandrine can inhibit tumor angiogenesis, which provides theory basis for clinical anti-cancer drugs in inhibiting tumor growth.

Objective To study the expressions and significance of bcl-6 and Ki-67 in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL).Methods Immunohistochemistry technique was used to detect the expressions of bcl-6 and Ki-67 in the tissues of 90 DLBCL patients. 20 cases of reactive hyperplasia of lymph node (RH) were used as control. Results Positive expression rate of bcl-6 are 54.44 ％(49/90), 15.00 ％(3/20) in DLBCL or RH tissues respectively (x2=10.214,P=0.001). There were correlations between bcl-6 expression and Ann Arbor clinical stage, LDH, B symptoms, or Hans classification (x2=5.257,5.257,4.704,16.024 respectively,all P＜0.05).The high expression rate of Ki-67 were 80.00 ％(72/90),20.00 ％(4/20)in DLBCL or RH tissues respectively (x2=27.585,P=0.000). There were correlations between Ki-67 expression and Ann Arbor clinical stage,IPI or recent effect (x2=5.889,6.451,6.024 respectively,all P＜0.05).Conclusion There are significant correlations between the aberrant expression of bcl-6 or Ki-67 and Ann Arbor clinical stage,IPI or Hans classification. The expressions of bcl-6 and Ki-67 may provide important information for the clinical therapy and prognosis of DLBCL.

Depression in modern medicine belongs to the depression syndrome in TCM. As early as the pre-Qin period, the ancient doctors recognized depression syndrome as a kind of disease associated with the function of visceral organs or emotional stimulation, which showed mood disorders and a variety of physical symptoms. The doctors in the past dynasties had explored different kinds of non-medicine therapies except for general medicine therapies, such as acupuncture and moxibustion, tuina, music and emotional therapy etc., which had obtained definite therapeutic effects. This article reviewed the non-medicine therapies for depression syndrome in ancient literatures and modern clinical researches, in order to provide some references for the treatment of depression.
