The thioredoxin system consists of thioredoxin(Trx),thioredoxin reductase(TrxR)and reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleo-tide phosphate.Trx is a small redox-active multifunctional protein.Thioredoxin 2,which is localized in the matrix mitochondria,has been shown involved in not only oxidative stress,nucleic acid metabolism,cell grow and apoptosis,but also many diseases such as organism growth and development,oxidative stress damage,cancer and ischemical reperfusion injury.It participates in redox reactions by reversible oxidation of its active center dithiol to disulfide and catalyzes dithio-disulfide exchange reactions involving many thiol-dependent processes.As signaling molecule,Trx2 participates in many signaling pathways.

ObjectiveTo explore the association of smoking to the Aspirin and Clopidogrel antiplatelet in patients with stable angina after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods241 smoking patients and 252 non-smoking patients underwent PCI for stable coronary artery disease, all patients had taken aspirin 100 mg/d for 7 d or more. The arachidonic acid (AA)- and adenosine diphosphate (ADP)-induced platelet aggregation were tested as they got in hospital. Then, they accepted Clopidogrel 300 mg as loading dose, continued with 75 mg/d for 3 d. The ADP-induced platelet aggregation were re-tested. ResultsThe incidence of aspirin resistance (AR) and aspirin semiresponder (ASR) was 19.1% in all the cases, and was 25.5% in smoking group, 14.3% in non-smoking group (P=0.027). Age (OR=3.79，95%CI: 1.77～8.12) and smoking (OR=1.98，95%CI: 1.18～4.43) were the independent risk factors of AR and ASR. The incidence of Clopidogrel resistance was 19.5% in all the cases, and was 13.2% in smoking group, 24.3% in non-smoking group (P=0.03). Smoking (OR=0.22，95%CI: 0.09～0.54) may reduce the risk of Clopidogrel resistance. ConclusionSmoking increased the risk of AR and ASR, but reduced the risk of Clopidogrel resistance.

Based on the development of our psychological service in amy , this paper pointed out that our psy-chological services that exist in the following ethical issues:some psychological services staff is competency inade-quacy and lack of professionalism;psychological services exist in the complicated ethical relationship and multiple roles;military secrecy of psychological service in consciousness does not reach the designated position The right of privacy infringement .And according to the above problem is pointed out that our army in the military psychological service work should be:stick to professional ethics , improve professionalism;clear professional role , reducing the recessive harm;improve secrecy consciousness , safeguard privacy rights .

In the experiments we used T_6 medium prepared by ourselves and mixed with diferent concentrations of human serum albumin or mother's serum, from which we prepared follicular flushing medium, insemination medium and growth medium. Clomiphene citrate and HCG were used for inducing superovulation. The semen was obtained through masturbation and artificially capacitated. A mature ovum and 2-3 drops of capacitated semen were incubated together in insemination medium in the culture box containing 5% CO_2 in air atmosphere at 37℃. The ovum was aspirated and transferred into the growth medium and incubated for 16-17 hours. By this time the ovum was already fertilized with the appearance of 2 pronuclei. About 30 hrs, it normally developed into two-cell stage, 40-44 hrs, it cleavaged into 4-cell stage. After 72 hrs, the fertilized ovum grew into morula. Up to June, 1986 twentythree ova in vitro fertilized and cultured were transfered into 14 mothers, uteri at the four-cell stage. The details of fertilization and the early embryo development in vitro were described.

Objective To observe the expression of mitochondrial encoding cytochrome oxidase subunitⅠ(COXⅠ) and subunitⅡ(COXⅡ) in type Ⅱalveolar epithelial cell(AEC Ⅱ) of rats exposed to hyperoxia and explore the role of COXⅠand COXⅡ in hyperoxia-induced lung injury.Methods AECⅡ were gained by primary culture from 19-days fetal rats lung.After purified,AECⅡ were randomly assigned to hyperoxia group and air group.Hyperoxia group was flushed the flake with 950 mL/L O2 and 50 mL/L CO2 at 3 L/min for 10 min,then sealed.Both groups were in CO2 culture chamber(37 ℃,50 mL/L CO2).After 6,12 and 24 hours of exposure,AECⅡ were harvested and extracted for total RNA.COXⅠand COXⅡ mRNA were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).The results were analyzed by SPSS 12.0 softwore.Results Compared with air group,COXⅠmRNA expression in hyperoxia group increased significantly at 6 hours(t=3.832 P=0.019) and 12 hours(t=10.431 P=0),respectively,then decreased to the equivalent level in 24 hours(t=0.360 P=0.731).Compared with air group,COXⅡmRNA expression in hyperoxia group increased significantly at 6 hours(t=2.795 P=0.035),then decreased to the equivalent level at 12 hours(t=0.892 P=0.40) and 24 hours(t=2.018 P=0.071).Conclusions Exposure of hyperoxia up-regulate the expressions of COXⅠmRNA and COXⅡmRNA in AECⅡ,which may be a protective mechanism of hyperoxia-induced lung injury.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of intracoronary stenting for senile patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods42 senile patients with AMI underwent intracoronary stenting were analysed. Before and after stenting, the changes of the patients' blood pressures, heart rates and cardiac functions tested by ultrasonography were observed.Results45 intracoronary stents were implanted in 42 patients, one patient falled during hospitalization. The blood pressure was increased significantly, the heart rate decreased and the candiac function improved after stenting.ConclusionIntracoronary stenting is a very effective and safe therapy for the senile patients with AMI.
