Objective To design two-point two-line vein pricking for avoiding pain for patients and blood osmosis out of the vein caused by the high-pressure and fast-speed of the current high-pressure injector.Methods 19G butterfly-wing vein transfusion needle in the length of 19mm was used.The first point was needled with the needle tip under the skin and the first needling line was above and parallel the blood vessel in the length of 10-12mm.The second point was needled,with the second needle tip and needle line in the blood vessel,and the length of needling is 7-9mm.Results 100 persons were subjected.All the contrast medium and the physiologic saline were injected in vein in 98 persons,among which 2 had little hard tubercle in injecting area.Conclusion The two-point two-line vein pricking is safe for high pressure injector injecting in vein,and can prevent blood osmosis out of the vein.

Objective To minimize unfavorable factors and elevate accuracy of coronary angiography, nursing must be paid more attention. Methods Siemens 64-slice dual source CT , double tube high pressure syringe of MeoRao company, electrocardiogating, non-ion constrast medium are applied. 100 patients, including 65 males and 35 females are involved. Their age ranges 35-81 years old,and average age is 58. Results 96 cases are successful, 4 cases are failed. Conclusion Nursing work is an important factor of coronary angiography. Good nursing may gurantee coronary angiography.

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and therapeutic strategies of acute appendicitis in pregnancy.Methods The clinical data of 45 cases with acute appendicitis in pregnancy,which had been diagnosed by surgeries in our hospital since Jan 2010 to Jun 2016,were retrospectively analysed.Results All patients had exhibited abdominal pain.Among them,15 patients(33.3％)had exhibited shifting pain in right lower quadrant,and 44 patients(97.8％)had abdominal tenderness.4 cases with appendiceal gangrene and 1 case with necrosis of the great omentum had been found during the surgeries.There were 5 patients had occurred complications after the surgeries,including 2 cases with poor wound healing,1 case with septic shock,1 case with inflammatory ileus and 1 case with incompletely adhesive ileus.Threatened abortion and threatened premature delivery were found in 11 patients(during 22+3 to 36+2 weeks gestation)after the surgeries.Finally,1 patient occurred abortion(25+3 weeks gestation)and 3 patients occurred premature delivery(during 28+4 to 30+4 weeks gestation).Conclusion Abdominal pain as the main clinical manifestations of the pregnancy with acute appendicitis,prone to severe complications.

Endocrinotherapy is an important treatment approach for patients with hormone receptorpositive breast cancer.Tamoxifen,anastrozole and ovarian function inhibitors are the most common drugs in breast cancer endocrinotherapy.However,the choices of endocrinotherapy drugs are different on the basis of the differences in disease stages and menopausal status.Endocrinotherapy has been proved to have good effects,meanwhile,also been shown to can produce drug resistance,mTOR inhibitors,CDK4/6 inhibitors and fibroblast growth factor receptor inhibitors will bring new hope for patients with drug resistance to endocrinotherapy.

AIM: To determine 5 different aphrodisiacs,including apomorphine,yohimbine,vardenafil,sildenafil and alprostadil,adulterated into Chinese proprietary medicine by LC/MS(n),and build a laboratory library including MS(n) spectra and retention time. METHODS: ZORBAX SB C_18 column(150 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m)was applied.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.5% formic acid changing by linear gradient elution,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The ion trap mass spectrometer with positive ion mode electrospray(ESI?) was applied. RESULTS: In the mass spectrum apomorphine,yohimbine,vardenafil and sildenafil showed abundant pseudomolecular ion +,and alprostadil showed abundant pseudomolecular ion -.All the MS(n) spectra showed characteristic product ion. CONCLUSION: It is proved that the method is simple,reliable and suitable to determin aphrodisiac adulterated to health food.

Objective: By taking the holism and differentiation concepts of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) as the guidance, physical, mental and workplace factors were recruited in the observation of depression in employees, and were systematically classified to establish a workplace-related Liver Meridian-depression scale, for providing an evaluation index for depression in employees. Methods: NVIVO 11 software was adopted to assort ancient TCM classics. Based on the holism and differentiation concepts of TCM and well-developed scales, the item pool was determined via brain storm and screened by Delphi method after classified; a Wechat questionnaire was handed out 240 times via the online system 'Wen Juan Xing', and the results were statistically analyzed by the SPSS 17.0 version software. Results: Five dimensions consisting of 80 items were obtained after classification, and 60 items were selected by Delphi method; a total of 216 questionnaires were returned and the return rate was 90%. Of which, 215 questionnaires were valid ones, and the valid rate was 99%. By exploratory factor analysis (EFA), 44 items were obtained, and the aggregate split-half reliability coefficient was 0.922. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the five dimensions, i.e. Liver Meridian, relevant meridians, basic psychological activities, work cognition and emotional reactions, was respectively 0.841, 0.842, 0.914, 0.836 and 0.839, indicating a content internal consistency. The score of each item was highly correlated with the corresponding dimension, and the intercommunity was between 0.474 and 0.801. Nine factors were generated, 2 in the dimension of Liver Meridian, 3 in the dimension of relevant meridians, 2 in the dimension of basic psychological activities, 1 in the dimension of work cognition, and 1 in the dimension of emotional reactions, and the load of each factor was between 0.438 and 0.859. The reliability and validity of the scale were well examined. Conclusion: The scale can be applied to evaluate the qi activities of Liver Meridian and depression symptoms related to workplace.

Four specific salt-tolerant fungi for dissolving phosphate rock (FM) w ere isolated from the coastal saline soils. It was found that the biomass and a b ility to release phosphate from the materials decreased with increasing of the N aCl content. During pH7.0～8.5, the biomass and ability of to release phospho rus from the materials of FM1 decreased sharply with pH rising, but the FM2 and FM4 decreased not considerably, optimal pH for FM3 was at pH8.5. At pH9.0, the bi oma ss and ability of to release phosphorus from the materials decreased quickly. F M2 was stable at alkaline and high salt content condition.

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of salvianolate injection combined with pemetrexed and carboplatin in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced non-squamous non-small-cell lung cancer.Methods 58 elderly patients with advanced non-squamous non-small-cell lung cancer in primary treatment were diagnosed by histopathology or cytology confirmation,and they were randomly divided into two groups (29 patients for control group and 29 patients for observation group).The control group was subjected to pemetrexed plus carboplatin chemotherapy,while the observation group was subjected to salvianolate injection based on the treatment of the control group by intravenous drip for 14 days,once a day,200 mg per day,and 21 days was a cycle.The changes of the efficacy,quality of life,the incidence of adverse reactions and the coagulation indicators in the patients of the two groups were compared after 4 cycles.Results The response rates and disease control rates in observation group were 44.8 ％ (13/29),86.2 ％ (25/29) and 37.9 ％ (11/29),75.8 ％ (22/29).It was found that the comparison of efficacy between the two groups did not make any statistical differences (P ＞ 0.05).The improvement of the quality of life in the observation group [82.7 ％ (24/29)] was better than that of the control group [65.5 ％ (19/29)] (P ＜ 0.05).The hematologic toxicity and gastrointestinal reaction rate in the observation group was lower compared with the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Moreover,the improvement of the hypercoagulable states in the observation group was better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The treatment on elderly patients with advanced non-squamous non-small-cell lung cancer by salvianolate injection combined with pemetrexed and carboplatin can reduce the adverse effects caused by chemotherapy,improve the quality of life and the hypercoagulable states.Thereby it might prevent the occurrence of thromboembolic complications.

To explore novel coumarin derivatives with more potent anti-proliferative activity, a series of novel compounds were designed and synthesized by linking Schiff base and N, N-bis (2-chloroethyl) amine pharmacophore of nitrogen mustards to the coumarin's framework. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, MS and element analysis techniques. In vitro anti-proliferative activities were evaluated against HepG2, DU145 and MCF7 cell lines by the standard MTT assay. The results showed that some of the target compounds exhibited strong anti-proliferative activities against selected tumor cells, and compounds 7c, 7f, 7g, 7h and 7q were better than or equal to the activities of positive control, they deserved further development.

The suspended magnetic moxibustion cupping therapy,as a specific moxibustion method which collects moxibustion,cupping,infrared and magnetic therapy into one,and integrates with the warming and heating effect of moxibustion,sucking effect of cups,and effect of infrared light energy and magnetic energy,is a particularly unique method for weight loss.This article introduces the basic situation and mechanism of suspended magnetic cupping therapy for weight loss.For pathogenesis of deficiency,phlegm,stagnation and cold in obesity,Shuang Long Xi Zhu (two dragons playing a ball) moxibustion,abdominal Jiu Gong (nine palaces) moxibustion,San Yang Kai Tai (auspicious beginning) moxibustion and Chang Long (long dragon) moxibustion were given respectively.This therapy has inspired the clinical idea of Chinese medicine for obesity.
