In the light of requirements of medical equipment simulation system, the overall framework of joint control system of medical equipment integrated support in the theater is designed in this paper. Such modules are developed with Delphi as communication module, module for equipment basic information, module for equipment video information and module for medical faculty information. A joint control system suiting integrated support simulation sand table for medical equipment is complteted,which provides a multidimensional informational platform for integrated demonstration of medical equipment.

Objective To investigate the effects of FKBP12.6 gene transfection on the contractility of ventricular myocytes of rats with heart failure.Methods Rat model of heart failure was established by a surgical operation of abdominal aortic stenosis.The enzymatic hydrolysis was employed to isolate the rats' ventricular myocytes.Mediated by adenovirus the FKBP12.6 gene was transfected into ventricular myocytes.Ad-GFP infected cardiac myocytes from heart failure rats and normal rats were used as control.Western blotting and reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) were used to detect the specific overexpression of FKBP12.6.Transfected ventricular myocytes were loaded with the membrane-permeant Ca2+ dye X-rhod-1-AM.Under the condition of field stimulation,the laser confocal microscope in line-scan and plane-scan mode was used to detect the Ca2+ transients and myocytes contraction.Results The mRNA and protein levels of FKBP12.6 in the myocytes of rats with heart failure were significantly lower than that in normal myocytes(0.47?0.08 vs 0.96?0.12,0.25?0.04 vs 0.48?0.07,P

Objective To study the inhibitory effect of Curcumin combined with Glycyrrhetinic acid on proliferation of HepG-2 cell,and probe the reasonability and scientificity of curcuma combined with glycyrrhiza.Methods The CCK-8 method was used to test the proliferation inhibition rate of HepG-2 cells after treated with Curcumin (10.00,5.00,2.50,and 1.25 μg/mL),Glycyrrhetinic acid (20.0,10.0,5.0,and 2.5 μg/mL) and Curcumin combined with Glycyrrhetinic acid in corresponding concentration for different time (8,16,or 24 h).Flow cytometry was used to detect the cell apoptosis and the cell cycle of HepG-2 cells after treated with Curcumin (5 μg/mL),Glycyrrhetinic acid (10 μg/mL) and Curcumin combined with Glycyrrhetinic acid in corresponding concentration for 24 h.Results Curcumin,Glycyrrhetinic acid and drug combination obviously inhibited the proliferation of HepG-2 cells in a time-and concentration-dependent manner,the effects of combination group was more stronger and showed additive effect or synergistic effect.The apoptosis rate of HepG-2 cells was significantly increased after treated with three groups of drug,combination group showed additive effect;Curcumin,Glycyrrhetinic acid and the drug combination showed significant G2 arrest.Conclusion Curcumin combined with Glycyrrhetinic acid has positive effect on inhabiting the proliferation and promoting apoptosis of HepG-2 cell.Curcuma combined with glycyrrhiza possess reasonability and scientificity.

Objective To observe the effect of early intervention on motor and mental development in premature infants. Methods 108 cases of hospital-born premature infants were divided into early intervention group (n=57) and control group (n=51). All the cases accepted conventional treatment and health-care, and the intervention group accepted the early intervention in addition. They were assessed with psychomotor development index (PDI) and mental development index (MDI) of Bayley Scales of Infant Development when they were 1 or 2 years old. The incidence of cerebral palsy when they were 2 years old were recorded. Results 2 cases (1 for each) lost during the follow-up.The PDI and MDI were more in the intervention group than in the control group (P<0.05), both as the 1 and 2 years old. The incidence of cerebral palsy was less in the intervention group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The early intervention can promote mental and motor development in premature infants, and reduce the incidence of cerebral palsy later.

Objective:To explore the preoperative diagnostic value of endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) for intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms (IPMN).Methods:Data of 62 patients with IPMN confirmed by pathology who underwent EUS before surgery from 2008 to 2018 in Peking Union Medical College Hospital were analyzed. Characteristics that could distinguish low-grade dysplasia (LGD), high-grade dysplasia (HGD) and invasive carcinoma (IC) were explored. A scoring system based on EUS findings was established to determine the preoperative pathology of IPMN by using logistic model.Results:Of the 62 patients, 15 (24.2%) were diagnosed as having LGD, 20 (32.3%) HGD and 27 (43.5%) IC. Univariate analysis showed that the size of mural nodules and width of main pancreatic duct (MPD) were predictive factors for IPMN pathology. The possibility of higher pathological grading would increase 8% for every 1 mm increment in mural nodules. Multivariate analysis showed that only mural nodules≥5 mm ( OR=7.31, 95% CI : 2.49-21.40, P<0.001) was an independent risk factor to distinguish LGD, HGD and IC. Mural nodules≥5 mm, main pancreatic duct (MPD)≥10 mm and mural nodules <5 mm were assigned 2 points, 1 point and 1 point, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity, and area under receiver operator characteristic curve (AUC) of the EUS scoring system to distinguish benign and malignant IPMN were 0.830, 0.867, and 0.867, respectively. Conclusion:Preoperative EUS helps to distinguish LGD, HGD and IC. The size of mural nodules and the width of MPD are vital risk factors to distinguish benign and malignant IPMN.

BACKGROUND:A series of pathological changes were found in atlas, including atlas dislocation, atlanto-occipital junction instability and vertebral fractures. Atlantoaxial pedicle screw, nail and rod fixation or nail plate fixation is a novel repair method recently proposed, and has certain advantages. OBJECTIVE:To compare the repair effects of atlas pedicle screw on different types of atlas lesions. METHODS:A total of 42 fresh vertebrae were obtained from Department of Human Anatomy, Basic Medical School, Inner Mongolia Medical University. In accordance with bone thickness of sagittal vertebral artery groove bottom, vertebrae were divided into three types:type I (common type), type II (light variation), and type III (severe variation). Al samples were subjected to atlas pedicle screw fixation. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The screw pul out force in different bone densities of vertebrae was not the same. Vertebrae with great thickness and great bone density had big screw pul out force (P<0.05). However, the screw in different cortical bone of vertebrae had the same function. No compression on blood vessels or phenomenon affecting vertebral activity was visible. These results indicated that atlas pedicle screw implantation showed good safety, no side effects, did not affect the normal work and life of patients.

Objective To evaluate the influence of different blood purification ways on the incidence,distribution characteristics and related factors of depressive symptoms in end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients.Methods Self-made questionnaires,short form 36 health survey questionnaire(SF-36),self-rating depression scale (SRS),medical coping modes questionnaire (MCMQ) and social support rating scale(SSRS) were performed to assess 80 hemodialysis patients and 78 continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis patients.If SDS score was higher than 53,the patient was diagnosed according to ICD-10.Results ①The detection rate of depressive symptoms in patients with ESRD was 61.22％,in which 50.8％ case met the diagnostic criteria of ICD-10.②Peritoneal dialysis group were better than hemodialysis group on the SF-36 (61.60± 18.50 vs 52.70 ± 20.00),comprehensive nutritional assessment (58.21 ± 13.56 vs 25.40 ± 11.21),urea clearance index(52.43± 14.20 vs 21.02±0.62) and SDS score (24.25±0.45 vs 23.89±0.91),and the results were statistically significant (P＜0.05).③Correlation analysis showed that the depression of ESRD patients was significantly negatively correlated with gender,educational level and household income (r =-0.278,-0.275,-0.283,P＜0.05),but positively correlated with course of disease(r=0.298,P＜0.05).In addition,the depressive symptoms were significantly negatively correlated with the face and avoidance factor of coping styles(r=-0.343,-0.316,P＜0.05),but positively correlated with yield(r=0.338,P＜0.05).Moreover,they were negatively correlated with objective support,subjective support and support utilization score (r=-0.330,-0.325,-0.297,P＜ 0.05).④Regression analysis showed that education level,social support and medical coping styles were influencing factors for patients with depression.The choice of dialysis way was also the influencing factor of depression occurrence.Conclusion Nutrition and urea nitrogen removal in peritoneal dialysis group is better than that in hemodialysis group.Education degree,social support,medical coping styles and dialysis way are the influencing factors of depression in ESRD patients.

Objective To study the relationship between serum tumor marker level and the apoptosis regulation gene of tumor tissue in the patients with primary hepatocarcinoma .Methods 40 cases of primary hepatocarcinoma and 40 healthy people were in‐cluded into the observation group and control group .Then the levels of tumor marker GP73 ,TK1 ,DKK1 in serum and the expres‐sion of apoptosis regulation gene in tumor tissue were detected in the two groups .Results The serum GP73 ,TK1 and DKK1 levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .The apoptosis inhibiting gene Plk1 ,Livin and Xiap levels in the hepatocellular carcinoma tissue were higher than those in the adjacent normal tissues ,while the pro‐apoptotic gene M TS1 ,Caspase‐3 and Caspase‐8 levels were lower than those in the adjacent normal tissues ,the difference had statistical significance (P< 0 .05) ;serum GP73 ,TK1 and DKK1 levels were positively correlated with Plk1 ,Livin and Xiap levels and negatively correlated with M TS1 ,Caspase‐3 and Caspase‐8 levels .Conclusion The levels of se‐rum GP73 ,TK1 and DKK1 in the patients with primary hepatocarcinoma are abnormally increased ,moreover which are closely cor‐related with the apoptosis regulating gene expression and the ideal indexes to evaluate the disease condition of primary hepatocarci ‐noma .
