Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(01):-
Objective To observe the effect of relative humidity on indoor concentrations of formaldehyde and ammonia. Methods 12 currently decorated rooms were randomly divided into 3 groups, 4 rooms involved in each, in which the average relative humidity of rooms were 55%,65% and 75% respectively. The concentrations of formaldehyde, ammonia were monitored every two days for 9 consecutive days according to GB/T18204.26 -2000 and GB/T18204.25-2000. Results The concentrations of formaldehyde and ammonia decreased gradually with the prolongation of the experimental period. The concentrations of formaldehyde in the rooms of 55%,65% and 75% relative humidity groups decreased significantly after the 5th, 3rd, 3rd day of the experiment compared with those in the same group at the 1st day of the experiment respectively(P

Journal of Chinese Physician 2000;0(12):-
Objective To investigate the changes and relationships between the serum endogenously produced interleukin-10(IL-10),nitric oxide synthase(NOS) and inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) in acute myocardial ischemia and reperfusion. Methods Forty-two rats were randomly divided into two groups: myocardial ischemia and reperfusion group(the control group) and methylprednisolone treatment group. The rats in the control group and methylprednisolone treatment group received intravenous injection of placebo and methylprednisolone before ischemia respectively. The plasma IL-10,NOS and iNOS were detected at 0.5 h after ischaemia and 0.5h,2 h after reperfusion, respectively.Result The plasma IL-10,NOS and iNOS gradually increased at 0.5 h after ischaemia and 0.5h,2 h after reperfusion in the two groups. The levels of plasma IL-10 were significantly higher in the methylprednisolone treatment group in different time points than those in the control(all P

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(12):-
Objective To study the clinical result of the surgical treatment of upper cervical vertebra disease from high anterior cervical retropharyngeal approach. Methods Among 14 patients, there were 7 C_(2.3)disc hernia- rions combined with C_(2.3)dislocations,3 Hangman fractures,2 odontoid process fractures and 2 C_3 tumors. All patients underwent the high anterior cervical retropharyngeal approach.10 cases were given discectomy of C_(2.3)or focus clear- ance of C_3,iliac bone autograft or titanium cage filled and internal fixation with titanium plate.2 cases of odontoid process fractures were given anterior screw fixation. Results 14 cases got successful exposure. The decompression, reduction, lesion clearance and fusion with internal fixation were done in all patients. There were no important vascu- lar or nerve injuries. The surgical treatment could improve the spinal cord nerve function to a certain degree for the cases with compression of spinal cord. Conclusion Good exposure of upper cervical spine and effective surgical oper- ation could be achieved from high anterior cervical retropharyngeal approach, with minimal trauma and complication, and it was a favorable approach.
9. Rapid analysis on chemical constituents from roots of Gentiana crasicaulis by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with hybrid quadrupole-orbitrap mass spectrometry
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2016;47(18):3175-3180
Objective: An ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with hybrid quadrupole-orbitrap mass spectrometry (UPLC- hybrid quadrupole-orbitrap MS) method was developed to rapidly analyze and identify the chemical constituents from the roots of Gentiana crasicaulis. Methods: The 100% methanol extract was separated on an ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column (100 mm ×, 2.1 mm, 1.7 μm), and eluted with a gradient of methanol-water containing 0.1% formic acid. Constituents in the roots of G. crasicaulis were identified by HRMS in the positive and negative ion modes using both full scan and two-stage threshold-triggered mass modes. Results: A total of 34 compounds, including 13 iridoids, 5 flavonoids, 5 esters, 3 triterpenoids, 2 organic acids, 1 phenylpropanoid, and 5 others compounds were identified. Among them, 12 compounds were unambiguously identified by comparing with reference standards. Fifteen compositions wre reported for the first time in the roots of G. crasicaulis. Conclusion: Chemical constituents in the roots of G. crasicaulis were identified fast with UPLC-Q-Exactive hybrid quadrupole-orbitrap mass spectrometer technology to provide the scientific basis for the study on the material basis of the separation and crassicaulis chemical constitents.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(10):899-900
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Du meridian electroacupuncture of the scalp on deglutition disorder after stroke.Methods67 patients with deglutition disorder after stroke were randomly divided into the experimental group (n=34) and control group (n=33). The patients of the experimental group were received Du meridian electroacupuncture of the scalp as main therapy, combined with routine medicine treatments; the patients of the control group were only received routine medicine treatments. Before and after treatments, deglutition function of all patients was assessed by drinking water test and clinical effect was also assessed.ResultsAfter treatment, the deglutition function of the patients in the experiment group was markedly improved and superior to those in the control group ( P<0.01).ConclusionDu meridian electroacupuncture can markedly improve the clinical effect of routine medicine treatments on deglutition disorder after stroke.
