Objective To study the impact on pregnant outcome of reducing the number of embryos transferred from three to two in women at age less than 35 who received frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET). Methods The analysis was performed on 90 FET cycles (77 infertile couples, less than 35 years old) with slow-freezing/rapid-thawing method, including 48 cycles with two embryos transferred and 42 cycles with three embryos transferred. The embryo survival rate, high quality embryo rate, clinical pregnancy rate, implantation rate and multiple pregnancies rate were analyzed. Results No significant differences in embryo survival rate (88.9% versus 88.1%), high quality embryo rate (89.6% versus 81.0%), clinical pregnancy rate (37.5% versus 42.9%), implantation rate (26.0% versus 18.3%) and multiple pregnancy rate (38.9% versus 16.7%) were observed between two and three embryos transferred group (all P > 0.05). However, there were 2 triple pregnancies in three embryos transferred group while none in two embryos transferred group. Conclusion Reducing the number of high quality embryos transferred from three to two in women at age of less than 35 years old who received FET,could decrease the incidence of triple pregnancy and keep the similar clinical pregnancy rate.

Background:Capsule endoscopy has been demonstrated to be an effective diagnostic tool for small bowel diseases in a series of small sample researches. However, the results need to be verified by large sample studies. Aims:To investigate the diagnostic performance and safety of capsule endoscopy for small bowel diseases. Methods:Consecutive patients undergoing capsule endoscopy for suspected small bowel diseases from May 2008 to Apr. 2013 in Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Command of PLA were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results:A total of 573 patients were enrolled, the overall success rate of the examination was 99. 13%(568 / 573)and the overall completion rate was 88. 38%(502 / 568). The mean time of capsule passing the pylorus was 43. 45 min,and that of passing the small bowel was 287. 21 min. The overall detection rate of small bowel lesions was 53. 52%(304 / 568)and the overall diagnostic rate was 51. 06%(290 / 568). Both the detection rate and diagnostic rate in patients with obscure gastrointestinal bleeding(OGIB) were significantly higher than those in patients with obscure abdominal pain and chronic diarrhea(64. 26% and 62. 46%vs. 41. 72% and 39. 07% ,and 32. 14% and 27. 38% ,P all < 0. 05). Small bowel lesions detected by capsule endoscopy included angiopathy(21. 38% ),ulceration(20. 72% ),neoplasms(14. 47% ),erosion(11. 84% ),and Crohn’s disease(11. 18%),etc. Capsule retention occurred in 2. 29%(13/568)of the patients, and one acute intestinal obstruction and 2 perforations were observed. Conclusions:Capsule endoscopy is a safe and effective diagnostic modality for small bowel diseases. OGIB is the most common indication for capsule endoscopy, and capsule endoscopy is also helpful for evaluation of established or suspected Crohn’s disease.

Objective To establish the finite element model of uterosacral ligament (USL) and cardinal ligament (CL) and analyze the stress distribution and deformation with USL and CL under different working conditions. Methods Patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳpelvic organ prolapse (POP) and healthy female volunteers were selected for research subject, and divided into anterior uterus group and posterior uterus group. Two POP patients and two volunteers were selectd into the anterior uterus group and posterior uterine group respectively. Pelvic MRI scan was performed in two groups. Based on the original MRI data sets, the finite element model of USL and CL was constructed by using the software such as the Mimics, and the stress distribution and deformation of USL and CL were simulated. Results Under the premise of the elastic modulus fixed and three different working conditions such as 60 cmH2O, 99 cmH2O and 168 cmH2O (1 cmH2O=0.098 kPa) with abdominal pressure generated by maximum Valsalva maneuver, according to the present conditions and the simulation, the trend was analyzed: the stress and deformation of the uterus, anterior vaginal wall, USL and CL in two groups were mainly distributed in the middle and lower part of the anterior vaginal wall or the ligament and the cervix-vagina junction, the maximum stress and the maximum displacement were mainly concentrated in the lower region of the anterior vaginal wall. With increasing of abdominal pressure generated by the maximum Valsalva maneuver, the maximum stress values of the POP patient in anterior uterus group under three different working conditions were: 0.027 9, 0.046 0, 0.078 0 MPa, and the maximum displacement values were: 9.145 5, 15.090 0, 25.607 0 mm. The maximum stress values of the volunteer in anterior uterus group under three different working conditions were:0.012 6, 0.020 8, 0.035 3 MPa, and the maximum displacement values were: 1.816 7, 2.997 5, 5.086 7 mm. The maximum stress values of the POP patient in posterior uterine group under three different conditions were: 0.069 4, 0.114 6, 0.194 5 MPa, and the maximum displacement values were:11.658 0, 19.236 0, 32.643 0 mm. The maximum stress values of the volunteer in posterior uterus group under three different working conditions were:0.009 1, 0.015 1, 0.025 6 MPa, and the maximum displacement values were:2.581 6, 4.259 6, 7.228 4 mm. The maximum stress values and the maximum displacement values were all increased with increasing of abdominal pressure in the two groups. The maximum stress values and the maximum displacement values of the POP patients were greater than those of volunteers. Under different working conditions, the maximum stress values and maximum displacement values of the posterior uterus POP patient were all greater than those of the anterior uterus POP patient. Conclusions The finite element model of USL and CL is completely based on the MRI technology and the model is real and reliable. The increase of abdominal pressure will produce a larger stress and deformation of USL and CL, which is one of the reasons causing the injury of the ligament.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2021;42(3):436-439
Objective:
To examine uric acid (UA) levels and their influencing factors among primary and middle school students in the Tongzhou District of Beijing, and to provide referential guidance for the prevention and control of hyperuricemia in teenagers.
Methods:
A total of 1 483 students from four middle schools and four primary schools in three cities and three towns in Tongzhou District were selected for a questionnaire survey, physical examination, and blood examination using a multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method. The results of the serum uric acid (SUA) examinations were statistically analyzed and the influencing factors were evaluated.
Results:
The UA level of the students was skewed, with a median value of 296.0 mol/L and an interquartile distance of 96.0 mol/L. The overall detection rate of hyperuricemia was 14.83% (220/1 483). Middle school students (342 μmol/L), students from villages and towns (307 μmol/L), males (309 μmol/L), family dining students (298 μmol/L), students with high levels of triglyceride (TG) (318 μmol/L), students with low levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) (329 μmol/L), and obese students (303 μmol/L) all had statistically higher SUA levels(H/U value was 119 938, 229 525, 212 043, 156 347, 42 052, 63 375, 33.49, P<0.05). The univariate analysis showed that the HUA detection rate was higher in older age groups, middle school students, township students, overweight or obese students, and low HDL-C students(χ 2=614.55, 73.20, 6.16, 30.56, 14.50, P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression showed that older age, being male, low HDL-C, high LDL-C, overweight, and obesity were risk factors for HUA(P<0.05).
Conclusion
The SUA level and the detection rate of hyperuricemia among primary and middle school students in Tongzhou District were high, and the risk of disease and influencing factors had significant characteristics. Therefore, targeted prevention and control measures should be strengthened.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2019;40(1):42-45
Objective:
The metaanalysis aims to estimate the prevalence of suicide plan among college students in mainland China, and to provide more clues and reference for control and prevention of suicide.
Methods:
The relevant studies were systematically searched via electronic databases (PubMed,Embase,CNKI,Wan Fang Data,VIP). We only selected original articles that either reported on Chinese retrieval words of "college students" "undergraduate" "university" "college" "colleges and universities" "suicide plans" "detection rate" "prevalence" "report rate", and the English retrieval words of "undergraduate" "college" "university" "suicide" "suicidality" "suicide plans" "suicidal plans suicide intending" "prevalence" "report rate" "detection rate" "China" "Chinese". And Stata 12.0 software was used to make a metaanalysis of the data.
Results:
A total of 18 eligible studies, with 47 071 college students, were finally included. The maximum and minimum reported prevalence of suicidal plan among college students in China mainland was 4.4%(95%CI: 3.4%-5.4%).Subgroup analyses showed that the pooled estimate of suicidal plan of boys(5.4%) was higher than girls’(4.2%); The prevalence among college students from earth, middle and west areas were 5.1%,2.7%,4.5%, respectively; The prevalence among college students in 2010 and after (4.4%)was higher than that before 2010(4.3%), The prevalence among college students of life time suicide plan (4.9%)was higher than that during the past 12 months(4.0%), but there was no statistical significance in the subgroup(P>0.05) . Sensitivity analysis suggested that the results of metaanalysis were relatively stable, while funnel plot analysis suggested that publication bias might exist.
Conclusion
Prevalence of suicidal plans among college students in mainland China is respectively low, and there was no statistical significance in gender, region, the period of time and simple size.

World Journal of Emergency Medicine 2015;6(3):179-185
BACKGROUND: The quality of chest compressions can be significantly improved after training of rescuers according to the latest national guidelines of China. However, rescuers may be unable to maintain adequate compression or ventilation throughout a response of average emergency medical services because of increased rescuer fatigue. In the present study, we evaluated the performance of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in training of military medical university students during a prolonged basic life support (BLS). METHODS: A 3-hour BLS training was given to 120 military medical university students. Six months after the training, 115 students performed single rescuer BLS on a manikin for 8 minutes. The qualities of chest compressions as well as ventilations were assessed. RESULTS: The average compression depth and rate were 53.7±5.3 mm and 135.1±15.7 compressions per minute respectively. The proportion of chest compressions with appropriate depth was 71.7%±28.4%. The average ventilation volume was 847.2±260.4 mL and the proportion of students with adequate ventilation was 63.5%. Compared with male students, significantly lower compression depth (46.7±4.8 vs. 54.6±4.8 mm,P<0.001) and adequate compression rate (35.5%±26.5% vs. 76.1%±25.1%,P<0.001) were observed in female students. CONCLUSIONS: CPR was found to be related to gender, body weight, and body mass index of students in this study. The quality of chest compressions was well maintained in male students during 8 minutes of conventional CPR but declined rapidly in female students after 2 minutes according to the latest national guidelines. Physical fitness and rescuer fatigue did not affect the quality of ventilation.
