[Objective]To investigate the efficacy of tissue-engineerring artificial bone in treating rabbit bone defect.[Method]Rabbit bone marrow stromal cell were separated for cell culture,and subculture was done to increase the number of bone marrow stromal cell.A combined grafting material was made of bone marrow stromal cell and bioglass.The mixture,ilium and bioglass were used respectively to repair segment defects created in the radius of rabbits.The repair capability was assessed by figuration,radiography,histochemistry stains,scanning electron microscopy and biomechanical analysis at 12 weeks after operation.[Result]The amount of new bone formation with tissue-engineering artificial bone was more than that of other 3 groups.At 12 weeks the defect was bridged with the appearance of marrow cavities,but the bony healing was not found in the blank controls,which were repaired by fibrous tissue.After 12 weeks,the new bone formation in the group of the combined bone marrow stromal cells and bioglass showed the best performance.There was significant difference between groups.[Conclusion]Bone marrow stromal cell is a kind of good bony stem cell.The mechanism of osteogenesis may attribute to both intramembranous and endochondral ossification.The tissue engineering structuring bone marrow stromal cell is a promising method to repair bone defects.

Objective To explore the possible risk factors for autism spectrum disorders (ASD),and to pro-vide a basis for exploring the etiology of the disease.Methods This case -control study included 68 patients diag-nosed as ASD for a first lifetime(according to the fourth edition of the American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disordersfor ASD diagnosis)from May 201 4 to January 201 5,and 77 non -ASD controls (normal children, matched on gender)in Jiangxi Children′s Hospital were selected to undergo the risk factor survey for ASD.The survey content included 1 0 categories:general status,birth,feeding,the past history,mother′s pregnancy and her health condi-tion during pregnancy and environmental exposure,parents′occupational exposure,family history and relevant test re-sults.Logistic regression analysis was performed to analyze the results of the survey.Results The possible risk factors for ASD increased if mother had virus infection 2 years before pregnant (OR =7.97,95%CI:2.42 -26.31 ),had occu-pational exposure (OR =3.99,95%CI:1 .27 -1 2.52),volatile organic compounds exposure during pregnancy (OR =22.21 ,95%CI:2.28 -21 6.09),as well as living closely to transport passage ways during pregnancy (OR =0.59,95%CI:0.38 -0.93)or having a family heredity history (OR =58.50,95%CI:5.81 -589.57).Breastfeeding (OR =0.81 ,95%CI:0.66 -0.98)might be a protective factor in ASD.Conclusions In addition to genetic factors,the ute-rine environment from conception to birth and growth environment play an important role in the pathogenesis of ASD.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of perforin and granzyme B expression in peripheral blood lymphocytes and diagnosis of acute rejection in renal transplantation. Methods Sixty-seven recipients of renal allograft were included in the study. The expression of perforin and granzyme B of peripheral blood lymphocytes was studied by quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). The recipients were divided into four groups, including 7 cases of acute rejection as group 1, 8 cases of delayed graft function as group 2, 27 cases of stable function as group 3, 25 cases of long-term survival as group 4. OBJECTIVE:To develop a method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid,geniposide,gentiopicro-side,ferulic acid,baicalin and ammonium glycyrrhizinate in Yindan pinggan capsule. METHODS:HPLC method was adopted. The separation was performed on Wonda SilTM-C18 column with mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid solu-tion(gradient elution)at the flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. The detection wavelength were set at 325 nm(chlorogenic acid,ferulic ac-id),250 nm (geniposide,ammonium glycyrrhizinate) and 275 nm (gentiopicroside,baicalin). The column temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS:The linear ranges were 0.087-3.480 μg for chlorogenic acid(r=0.9998),0.201-8.040 μg for geniposide(r=0.9997),0.200-8.000 μg for gentiopicroside(r=0.9995),0.016-0.640 μg for ferulic acid(r=0.9999),0.105-4.200 μg for ba-icalin (r=0.9999) and 0.028-1.120 μg for ammonium glycyrrhizinate (r=0.9995),respectively. The limits of quantitation were 1.31,0.75,1.14,1.25,0.94,0.98 ng,and the limits of detection were 0.87,0.67,0.96,0.93,0.60,0.88 ng,respectively. RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 2.0%;recoveries were 99.9%-101.9%(RSD=0.7%,n=6), 98.7%-100.9%(RSD=0.9%,n=6),98.1%-101.5%(RSD=1.4%,n=6),98.5%-101.3%(RSD=1.3%,n=6),98.5%-101.7%(RSD=1.2%,n=6),98.2%-101.4%(RSD=1.2%,n=6),respectively. CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple and accurate , can be used for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid,geniposide,gentiopicroside,ferulic acid,baicalin and ammonium glycyrrhizinate in Yindan pinggan capsule.

BACKGROUND:Airway epithelial regeneration can effectively inhibit submucosal hyperblastosis and the occurrence of obliteration. Studies demonstrated that ventilation could accelerate the regeneration of airway epithelium. OBJECTIVE:To establish and improve an orthotopic tracheal transplantation model and to further observe the effects of ventilation on trachea in alogeneic mice. METHODS:C57BL/6 mouse's tracheal served as donor, and BALB/c mouse's tracheal as recipient. This experiment contained two groups. In the experimental group, the membranous part of trachea was longitudinaly dissected in two donors and sutured into an enlarged trachea, which was implanted in the recipient. In the control group, donor's trachea was implanted into the recipient in situ. Samples were obtained and detected at 28 days after surgery. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Hematoxylin-eosin staining results demonstrated that compared with the control group, wel-differentiated ciliated epithelium was visible in the epithelial lamina of tracheal lumen, accompanying a few non-ciliated single or stratified squamous epithelium, mild submucosal fibrosis and inflammatory cel infiltration. Morphological analysis revealed that ciliated epithelial proportion in the experimental group was higher than in the control group (P < 0.05). The ratio of lamina propria to the tracheal cartilage, submucous fibrous tissuearea and the degree of lymphocyte infiltration were lower in the experimental group than in the control group (P < 0.05). Immunohistochemical staining demonstrated that the transplanted tracheal epithelium in both groups was recipient epithelial phenotype. Results verified that a modified orthotopic tracheal transplantation model was successfuly established. The increased ventilation of the tracheal alografts can accelerate the differentiation of tracheal epithelium. The wel-differentiated airway epithelium inhibited the proliferation of fibroblast.

Objective To investigate the diagnosis value of a new tumor marker CK18-3A9 in gastric cancer patients. Methods The serum level of CK18-3A9 in 350 gastric cancer patients, 150 gastritis patients and 500 healthy controls was detected with chemoluminescence, the diagnosis efficacy between the serum CK18-3A9 and CA72-4 was compared. Results The sensitivity, specificity of CK18-3A9 were 46.29 % and 96.92 %, but the sensitivity, specificity of CA72-4 were 26.00 % and 93.23 %, respectively. The differences were significant (P ＜0.001). Conclusion The serum level of CK18-3A9 maybe a new auxiliary diagnosis marker for gastric cancer.

ObjectiveTo summarize the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of testicular tumor.MethodsThe clinical and followed data of 91 cases of testicular tumor were retrospectively studied. Results In 91 patients, was in 18-40 years old 70.3 ％ (64/91) and 91.2 ％ (83/91) cases were germ cell tumor. 18-40years old germ cell tumor was 75.6 ％ (28/37), there was no case below 17 years old, the older than 60 years was 2.7 ％(1/37). The percentage of below 5 years and 18-40 years was 16.1％ (5/31) and 67.7 ％ (21/31),respectively.The interstitial tissue tumor developed in each age section,the number was least.The mixed tumor cases of 18-40 years percent was 93.3 ％(14/15).The early symptom of testicular tumor was indolent swelling in one side testis or testis nodus.Combined therapy,including radical orchiectomy,retroperitoneal lymph node dissection, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, were taken. The one year, three years and five years survival rate were 97.3 ％, 91.8 ％, 91.8 ％, respectively. The percentage of Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ stage survived 5 years was 83.6 ％, 52.3 ％, 33.3 ％. ConclusionThe peak age of testicular tumor patients was 18-40 years old.The different pathological type is distributed in different ages,and the prognosis is related to pathology and stage. The survival time of germ cell tumor or early stage tumor is longer.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of a new tumor marker CK19-2G2 for lung cancer.Methods The serum levels of CK19-2G2 in 150 lung cancer patients,50 pulmonitis patients and 50 healthy controls were detected with chemoluminescence.The diagnostic efficacy between the serum levels of CK19-2G2 and CYFRA21-1 were compared.Results The sensitivity and accuracy of CK19-2G2 were 55.3 ％ (83/150) and 80.3 ％ (281/350),respectively,while the sensitivity and accuracy of CYFRA21-1 were 28.0 ％ (42/150) and 67.4 ％ (236/350),respectively.The differences were significant (P ＜ 0.001).Conclusion The detection of CK19-2G2 may be a new diagnostic tumor marker for lung cancer.
