International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(12):-
Transcranial Doppler combined with flow imaging technique can conveniently,nonin- vasively and accurately detect the blood flow in large intracranial vessels. It has practical signifi- cance in the diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases. This article reviews the appli- cation of transcranial color-coded sonography(TCCS)in cerebrovascular diseases.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(07):-
Objective To study the relationship between clinical diagnosis and children ventricular premature beat(VPB) electrocardiogram location and morph. Methods Both organic heart disease and without organic heart disease relationship with 109 cases of children ventricular premature beat electrocardiogram location and morph were retrospectively analyzed. Results Children ventricular premature beat location shows that organic heart disease mostly results from left ventricle, without organic heart disease often comes from right ventricle. There was significant difference between above two groups (? 2=37.25 P

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(23):-
Objective To explore the treatment of hemangioma associated with thrombopenia(Kasabach-Merritte syndrome,KMS) in infant. Methods The clinical manifestation and the therapy of 14 cases patients with KMS in hospital from 2003 to 2006 were collected ang analyzed, the 400 g/L urea(manufactured by ourself)combined with methylprednisolone local injection were used and followed 0.5 to 1.0 year. Results Two in 14 cases were emergency exairesis,7 cases were recurred for several times,12 cases were cured,1 case was improved,1 case was loss the connection. Conclusions It is an ideal therapy method to use the urea combined with glucocorticoid to treat infancy KMS,little trauma, definite effective, low side effect, high cure rate.

Objective To construct and implement theSTARnurse training model, and discuss its application effect and the problems that should be paid attention to, and to provide operational cases and practical basis for nursing clinical education. Methods Through literature review and expert consultation, the framework and content of STAR nurse training model were set up and implemented. The questionnaire survey and semi structured in-depth interviews were conducted among the nurses in the hospital to evaluate the effect of improving the nurses′self-directed learning ability. Results After the implementation of the project, the scores of the three dimensions of self-management, desire for study and self-control were (3.67±0.57), (4.05±0.54), (3.99±0.50) points, which were higher than (3.55±0.49), (3.71± 0.52), (3.53±0.42) points before implementation. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 or 0.01). The semi structured in-depth interviews showed that all the nurses believed that STAR nurse training model could promote independent learning and stimulate interest in learning. 14 nurses thought it was beneficial for the nurses to find the problems. Conclusions STAR nurse training model can create a favorable learning environment for nurses, and stimulate the learning motivation. It plays a positive role in improving nurses′ability of self-directed learning.

Microbiology 1992;0(03):-
Saccharmyces cerevisiae 220 has certain resistance to Pb2+ was found through the test of it's cultured on media containing lead cation. Sacchannyces cerevisiae 220 cultured was put into the media cotaining lead cation and it's biosorp-tion to lead cation was studied. The results show this strain has maximum biosorption ratio (96.6%) to 6mg/L lead cation, biosorption-equilibrilium period is 25-30min, biosorption kinitics equation is q-26.318C/ (1 + 0.437C) . Acetic acid is benefit to de-biosorption, glucose and KH2PO4 can improve biosorption ratio to lead cation.

China Biotechnology 2006;0(04):-
Endostatin is a potent, endogenous inhibitor of angiogenesis, which corresponds to the C-terminal fragment of collagen ⅩⅧ. The human endostatin gene was amplified from a human fetal liver cDNA library by means of PCR and was cloned into pPIC9K vector. Soluble endostatin was superexpressed in Pichia pastoris (50.5mg/L) . The recombinant protein was purified by cation exchange chromatography with the final yield of more than 95%. Western blotting analysis showed positive immunoreactivity to the expressed product. Recombinant endostatin was able to suppress the angiogenesis on the CAMs. Also, the endostatin inhibited specifically of the migration of HMECs stimulated by bFGF, with EC50 being about 0.4 ?g/ml.

Microbiology 1992;0(05):-
Nitrobenzene is one of the toxic compounds. Much work had focused on biodegradation of it sofar. Two main pathways for nitrobenzene biodegradation, oxidative and partial reductive pathways, were reviewed in this article. The mechanism of these pathways including involved enzymes and genes was introduce in details. Comparative analysis of the pathways would provide basis for the development and application of biodegradation technology for nitrobenzene and other organic pollutants.
